3 New Coach and Their Ambitions!
After relying on his negotiation skills and good looks, Haise finally got approval to create a men's Volleyball club at Kumayuki High.
They are provided alternating training grounds with the Kumayuki High women's Volleyball club. If the club Haise and his colleagues perform well, the gym they train in will be expanded and will no longer be placed with the Kumayuki High women's Volleyball club.
They are also supported by a school program that wants to increase their performance in sports. So .. Haise and his colleagues will get one of the experienced coaches who are graduates from Kumayuki High who have previously been national players.
Kumadori Kuma or better known as "Ferocious Bear from the Cold Land" is one of the best MB ever produced by Japan. Even though he had to retire early due to injury, his ambition in Volleyball did not make him give up this sport.
Kuma-san was tall and large with muscles so muscular that it earned him the nickname "Ferocious Bear of the Cold Land". Even so, Kuma-san wasn't that fierce and was more of the kind of guy who was attentive and creative.
It's just that .. When he was in the field, he would be a different person and more of the "Destroying with absolute power" type.
Kuma-san had once faced Karasuno's "Little Giant" and frustrated him. But in the end his team had to admit defeat because the strength of his team was not balanced.
Kuma-san got his injuries when he competed for his country against Argentina which ended in the defeat of Japan and the end of the career of the "Ferocious Bear from the Cold Land".
After retiring, Kuma-san did not stand still and immediately set his next goal of becoming a coach.
He started seeing Nekomata-sensei, Ikkei Ukai-sensei, Washijou-sensei and Fuki Hibarida-sensei who was one of those talented young coaches.
He studied all of them and when they saw his ambition in Volleyball making it hard for the four to resist.
In the end Kuma-san learned from the four of them and after five to six years, he finally returned to the cold land of "Hokkaido" and decided to train the men's Volleyball team at Kumayuki High.

One could see a tall and large man in his mid-twenties standing in front of the gym entrance which was currently open.

After waiting for ten minutes, finally Haise and company arrived at the gym and the six of them saw that there was a big, burly man sitting alone on the edge of the field.

Kuma-sensei just nodded his head and then looked at Rei to continue.
Rei complained but kept saying his ambition "I just want to sleep and relax every day!"

"Say that one more time and I'll increase your training portion!" said Kuma-sensei while glaring at Rei which made Rei shivered in fear.
"I want people not to think of me as weak just because I am a lazy person!" shouted Rei earnestly.
"Accepted! Next!" said Kuma-sensei who then looked at Hito.
"Kyahaha .. I just want to play against monsters and defeat them all!" said Hito with a laugh.
"The current you will only end up depressed!" said Kuma-sensei.
"I'll get better sooner or later!" said Hito who knew what Kuma-sensei meant. "Arrogant but I like it! Next!"
"Kukuku .. I just want to see the reaction of the monsters when I get better when they all put their best!" said Jun who then wiped his saliva with the palm of his right hand.
"How sadistic you are but I like it! Next!" said Kuma-sensei who then looked at Shunsuke.
"Me? Well .. According to the calculations I did, I have 50% to be the best high school level Setter in Japan this year, if I train hard this year!" Shunsuke said which ended by adjusting the position of his glasses.
"Is that your ambition?" asked Kuma-sensei who didn't understand what Shunsuke said. "No, my ambition is to bring Kumayuki High the Interhigh champion three times in a row!"
"Finally I found a normal reason! Next!" said Kuma-sensei who was sweating a little on his forehead because of the strangeness of the six teenagers in front of him.
"I just want to help the five of them have fun and make sure that their every ambition is fulfilled!" said Haise with a smile.
Hearing this, Kuma-sensei felt a little unhappy, but he still needed a player with a character like this to make things go according to plan.
"I will accept it, but with the reason I want to know the ambition for yourself! Say it!" Kuma-sensei said to Haise.
Haise fell silent and he doesn't know what his ambition is, because whatever he does he will always be the best. But he knew, in this world there would always be someone better than him and suddenly the sunlight began to shine on Haise's body and gave him enlightenment.
