2. THE PREPERATION

The both families started the preperation for the engagement of Lili and Shiyi.

The mothers were making dinner for all with the help of maids.

While the fathers were talking about the decorations and themes and all preparations for the event while Shiyi and Lili was with them.

"I think Blue is right!!" Lili exclaimed.

"No Red is better" Shiyi said diagreed with Lili.

"Blue" lili again said.

"Red" shiyi said while looking at his phone.

"Blue"

Shiyi looked at her with his eyebrow raised. He was just looking at her, while lili gulped that lump in throat which she don't know why appeared.

He smirked at her while realising that she got off gaurd and all of them were looking at him,while he just went back to his phone again. But they continued while Lili and Shiyi made some eye contacts but didn't spoke another word.

" All... the dinner is ready. Come Fast"Mrs. Chen shouted from the kitchen.

Lili internally thanked her mother and went from there,while shiyi turned back his head to her direction while sitting ,looked at her and after a while stood up and stepped to the dining room.

After that all arrived on the big rectangular dining table kept in the hall near the kitchen.

They all dined and now they were selecting their respective rooms to sleep.

"I will sleep in the room of the first floor." Shiyi said after memerising the each room.

"That's mine ,you can sleep on the couch if you want." Lili said her last words in a voice which was only audible to Shiyi.

"Why would i sleep on the couch?"He asked but not accepting any answer from her as he just taunted her.

"Because the person like you , deserves that place"She savage replied and then her pet dog came to her.

" Awwwww....my baby, did you sleep well?"She asked the dog after picking him up in her soft pure milk coloured arms.

" Look, isn't he cute?... By the way his name is yeontan, you can call him tanny."She asked Shiyi taking the dog in front of his face.

"Right Tanny?" She said and tanny barked cutely while licking her hands.

He quickly stepped back and said " He and cute..huuhhhhh, What a joke"

Lili can't tolerate anything about Her dog so she shouted out.

" What do you think about you huh? You know dogs are more trustful and good than humans ...like you"She said stressing on the last two words and showing her pink tongue to Shiyi.

He make a face like he will eat her at the same time but can't.

"Baby let's go and leave this non-Human here, ,okay Tanny?" She said while looking at Tanny and went away from there.

There, Shiyi was boiling in anger or say jealousy. Because No one has ever disrespected him like Lili has.

Lili left showing her pink tongue again to him.

"I'm going to MY Room....bye!...." Lili said while running up the stairs and Shiyi went after her with something in his mind.

He thought something to himself and took large steps to her, and God knows what.

Lili was running through the corridor towards her room with yeontan still in her hands when she saw Shiyi behind her.

She placed Tanny on the floor because it was slowing her speed and again rushed towards her room.

Shiyi was close to her. She reached her room , entered in and was about to close the door but Shiyi was quick enough to catch up and he held the door.

Lili was putting all her strength to close the door but all in vain cz he is so strong.

He pushed the door slightly making enough space for him to enter.

"Get out from my room..!!!!" She shouted as she never allowed anyone to enter in her room.

"What if i don't?" He said smirking.

"Then catch me if you can" She said confidently and was about to ran towards the door but Shiyi get in her way and locked the door behind him.

"Now say..." He said with a winning smile on his face.

And she started running in her room.

And ofcourse why Shiyi will not chase her.

She went on the right side of the bed while Shiyi was at the left.She thought of a plan and climbed on the bed and started throwing pillows on him.

He also started throwing pillows against her. The room started filling with the soft cotton which was in the pillows.

As she was throwing pillows on him she also started moving towards him on the bed.

Seeing her, he too climbed on the bed and they were now fighting with only one pillow in their hands.

Lili was about to throw one more pillow on him but her ankle twisted , about to fall she grabbed Shiyi's shirt making both of them to fall.

Now Shiyi was at the top of her on the bed. Their eyes widened. Their faces were so close that their nose were touching each other's.

Lili's cheeks were red now and she was cursing herself for this stupid plan of her.

On the other hand Shiyi felt butterflies dancing in his stomach.

The feeling he never felt before. Her light brown eyes, her little long nose, her glossy pink lips. he urge to taste them. He was slowly coming more closer to her, more and more and now he was just to kiss her. They both closed their eyes unknowingly, Shiyi gulped hard. But...

The door of the room knocked not too loudly but the sound was enough to be heard by them. they both opened their eyes immediately.

Both don't know what they were about to do. Shiyi quickly got up and Lili after him.

The door again banged lightly. Lili went to open the door but found no one there.

Then she felt a soft thing on her foot.

"Ohh..... Tanny.....you missed me, my baby!!!...Huh????" She asked after seeing yeontan, rubbing his soft fur on her feet and she picked him up while he barked cutely.

"Baby again...?" Shiyi huffed and walked towards her but stopped three steps away from him.

"Get aside" He ordered.

"What if i not?." She replied.

He grabbed her both shoulders softly and pulled her towards him.

He was watching in her eyes deeply and she too stared at him back,

But he moved her aside from his way.

"Then i will always do this!!." He replied and walked out of the room leaving Lili and yeontan there dumbfounded.

"Tanny!!..." She shouted and yeontan looked at her as if he can understand her.

"We have to do something about this non-Human...." She said and tanny barked cutely at her statement. (saying 'Exactly'.)

_NEXT MORNING_

Lili left her room and was shocked at the preparations.

The mansion was looking so beautiful. There were golden ballons, lights, decorating flowers and all. But the colour was neither blue nor red.

She was still wearing her pyjamas while she climbed down the stairs.

Her mom was in the kitchen but when she looked at her, she rushed towards her.

" Good Morning,my darling" Mrs. Chen wished her.

"Morning, Mom..." She said and sat on the couch.

" Morning everyone"She greeted all as they were already present there.

Then she went in the kitchen after her mother going in and started working with two more maids.

"Help me to get the dishes on the dining table." Mrs. Chen said and Lili one by one started moving the dishes .

"And this..." She said after she was done with the dishes but a smirk came on her face when she thought of a plan.

She took out a small transparent bottle in which there was a red powdery substance. she was about to put that on a plate but saw all coming towards the dining table so she quickly hide it in her pocket again and sat on her chair.

"Wow..nice smell.." Mr. Lu said.

"Let's start" Said Mr. Chen and they all started eating.

She saw that all are busy in eating and the lucky thing is that Shiyi is sitting beside her.
