Slaugther

The six of them stood relaxed outside waiting for the visitors. They didn't wait long until group of people clad in white robes following a big blue wolf appeared.

The youth with silver hair touched his pendant and the blue wolf turned into a white light, entering the pendant.

The two groups faced each other. Dino was watching them with much interest. Through his eyes he could see the energy inside their bodies. It was different from the six of them. What he saw was a little core inside their belly, filled with compressed energy.  Only a little amount of energy was flowing through their bodies. The boy with silver hair had the greatest amount among them, his core shined brighter than the others. And the youngest looking boy under them didn't have a core, but there was energy flowing through his body. The amount couldn't compare to theirs, but Dino was now sure that Jonas theory about Body Tempering and Core Building was spot on.

Koray counted 11 people with excitement.

The boy with silver hair started talking to them, with an arrogant air around him. The boy even stretched his hand out at the end of his speech. The boys and girls behind him had wicked smiles all over their faces.

Jonas was the first to start laughing, he laughed so hard that it infected the others. The six of them were laughing hard because they didn't understood even one word, but could guess that the boy was demanding the fruits from them. Apo slapped his thigh while laughing.

The group felt greatly humiliated by the reaction from them and shouted things at them. The six could tell that those people were raining insults on them, but they had their good time laughing at them.

The youth with silver hair brandished his sword, pointing it at the group. Suddenly a white ray of energy was shot at them. Dino watched it with great interest, he saw the energy leaving the core inside the body, entering the sword through his arm and then being shot at them. He found it fascinating.

Apo dashed between them and the ray. He slapped the white ray away without effort. When the ray hit a nearby tree it exploded leaving a gaping hole on it. They were surprised how deadly that ray was and turned serious.

The other group looked at Apo in disbelief and the youth with silver hair had an ugly expression.

Dino didn't care anymore and said, "Apo kill that silver haired boy, he is the strongest and Claudia it would be nice if you could take on those two chicks. The rest of you, be careful they are all reached the Core Building Stage. Well not that little boy on the side he is still a Body Tempering Stage Cultivator."

The five of them were surprised at Dinos order but didn't hesitate and rushed forwards.

When the other group heard Dino speak they panicked and took a step back, the silver haired boy shouted something and their panic turned into pure killing intent. They brandished their weapons confronting the six of them.

Apo and Jonas were the fastest to attack, the silver haired youth intercepted Apo slashing out, aiming at his head. A white arc of energy two times stronger than before flew out at Apo. This time Apo didn't even bother to use react, the invisible repelling impuls rushed ot from his body.

The energy slash didn't touch one bit of his body, it looked like the attack avoided him. Seeing it the silver haired boy, activated a movement technique appearing behind Apo, slashing out again. Apo could feel the attack coming at his back, but he ignored it and punched at the boy. Apo's fist didn't touch the boy, but the boy felt as if an invisible wall crashed into him, sending flying over 40 meters.

Jonas didn't slack off in the meantime, punching and kicking to both sides sending teens flying vomiting blood here and there. Claudia dodged a saber from a female in white robes like Neo from Matrix, she turned quickly around sending a powerful cold palm, hitting the girls back. Cracking sounds echoed out. Koray big hands grabbed two boys, slamming them merciless into the ground, breaking their skulls.

Max sended a devastating burning fist out, scorching and killing another two youths. Dino was like a grim reaper, harvesting lifes right and left. He couldn't explain why but the youths seemed to move oddly slow under his gaze, making it a lot easier killing them.

The fight didn't last over 2 minutes. Apo walked to the heavy injured silver haired boy and killed him with a ruthless stomp on his breast, creating cracks all over the ground. Claudia killed the second girl after with another palm attack straight to the throat.

It was a one sided slaughter.

They looted the corpses and found surprisingly some nice things like pills, plants and 5 other fruits.

They gathered the corpses and Max burned them until they turned to ashes, not leaving anything behind.

Dino held the pendant in his hand and tried to activate it, but it didn't matter what he tried it didn't show signs of reacting. Jonas walked to him guessing that only Cultivators could use it.

What followed next was a bunch of questions directed at Dino about his eyes. Dino explained in detail what he could see. Jonas started to create a bunch of weird names for his eyes but Dino rejected them all. Jonas ignored him end decided to call them Eternal Eyes

They went back to the cave starting to eat the remaining fruits. Even Apo and Max felt their powers soaring after consuming the fruits. No wonder people would kill for those fruits.

In the outside world the five elders were still floating in the sky with closed eyes.

Suddenly the eyes from an old man clad in white robes snapped open, shooting out a frightening white light. He opened his hand and out of nowhere a lamp appeared. It had a small blue fire burning inside it. It was flickering unstable until the last wisp transformed into the image of Apo.

The four other elders opened their eyes looking at the image of Apo and ignored it, closing their eyes again.

The old man in white robe saw Apos clothes with the black flood dragon emblem on his back. He snorted laud and shouted something to an old man with the same black dragon emblem on his back as Apo.

The old man didn't open his eyes and answered something that made the other elders smile faintly. Only the old man in white clothes had a furious look on his face. Killing intent flashed through his eyes and he closed them. The elder in red robe nodded and made a mental notice about Apo.

Claudia walked out of the cave when night came. Dino and Jonas joined her. There were 7 moons on the sky and Claudia was really happy. She could feel the Lunar Energy entering her body.

Dino saw pale blue dots descending from the sky entering Claudia's body. He asked Jonas if he could see it too and Jonas answered that he didn't see anything, he could only feel the cold air around Claudia.

Dino watched the Lunar Energy inside Claudia's body starting to transform. It turned slowly from an pale-blue energy into a white mist. Claudia's body started trembling and she was excited. She reached the Third Stage.

From Dinos point of view her body looked like it was filled with a strange white fog. When she urged her new Power a white fog started to rush out her body. Dino and Jonas shuddered, the white fog was too cold, even the grass under her feets started to freeze. Anything that came in contact with the white fog turned into ice.

They entered the cave informing the rest of Claudia's advance into the Third Stage. Everyone was happy and they slept, changing the guardian every 3 hours.

What worried them was that the night was too quiet. There wasn't even one sound from animals, very strange.
