01/01/301…

—At the 60th floor; In the Grimwald Dungeon, Rosaline Kingdom…

Chained at the center of the room, Alto can't see, hear, touch, taste, nor smell. Not only that, he became mute and deaf after being transferred into this world. Everything is in total darkness for him, his thoughts in an endless void, not knowing he's Sensory Deprived. He's currently being guarded by the boss of the 60th floor, the Elder Basilisk.

"(I wonder how much time passed on in the real world…)", Alto gloomily thought.

Until, a familiar voice telepathically called out to him.

"{Help me! This bastard is a maniac!}", the voice desperately called out for help as a bloodied man wielding a magical scarlet rapier sword entered the boss room.

Surprisingly, the one who called out for help was the sword.

"{Who's there?!}", Alto questioned in shock.

"{Oh great! A person! Can you help me get away from this maniac?!}", the voice anxiously pleaded.

"{I can't do that. I don't know where I am. Everything is in darkness.}", Alto sadly responded.

"{Wait… You're the one who's chained?!}", the voice appallingly realized.

"{Alto, is that you?!}", the voice joyfully asked as the man began to fight the Basilisk.

"{Yeah. How did you know my name?}", Alto inquired in surprise.

"{It's me, you're classmate, Theodore! The one who gets bullied because I'm a weeb!}", Theodore happily reintroduced himself.

"{Oh, sorry about that. I don't even know what's happening right now.}", Alto depressingly explained.

"{Don't worry, I'm getting you out of your chains after I get Status Points from the Elder Basilisk.}", Theodore confidently assured.

"{What's a Basilisk?}", Alto asked in confusion as the man chopped the Elder Basilisk into pieces.

After that, Theodore quickly opened his Status Window Shop and bought a skill.

"<-200 Status Points.< p>

You have learned [Skill: Lv. 1 Telekinesis II].

Current Status Points: 40>", Theodore's Status Window notified as Theodore activated his [Skill: Lv. 1 Telekinesis II].

"{Alright! Time for you to die!}", Theodore menacingly exclaimed as he made himself float.

"What?! My sword!", the man exclaimed in shock as Theodore stabbed him on his chest.

"{That's for killing your subordinates, you ungrateful thug! You're no adventurer! You're a murderer!}", Theodore frankly insulted as he released himself from the man.

The man instantly died on the spot and lifelessly collapsed to the ground while blood leaked from his wound. After that, Theodore cut off the chains that bound Alto. Alto fell on the floor, but didn't felt any pain. With Theodore's Telekinesis, he supported Alto's movements and made Alto wield him.

"{Come on, let's get out of this dungeon.}", Theodore excitedly proclaimed.

"{Dungeon?}", Alto thought in confusion as Theodore made his body dash to the exit.

2 hours later…

—Outside the Grimwald Dungeon; In Rosaline Kingdom…

After killing a bunch of monsters along the way out with the help of Theodore, they finally went out of the Grimwald Dungeon.

"{So… Let me get this straight. You can't see, hear, feel, and smell?}", Theodore asked in confusion.

"{Yes, It feels like I'm in total darkness.}", Alto calmly replied.

"{So in short, your Sensory Deprived.}", Theodore concluded in dismay.

"{Well, that's one way to say it. Can you explain to me what just happened?}", Alto composedly questioned.

"{*Sigh*. Fine, I'll tell you everything }", Theodore grimly responded.

"{After the light that flashed in our classroom, I suddenly became a sword lodged in a stone in this fantasy world. Soon after, the psychopathic adventurer back then found me and killed his subordinates using my blade. Then… We both went to the dungeon… And I found you.}", Theodore seriously narrated.

"{Fantasy world? You mean a medieval world of swords and magic?}", Alto inquired in surprise.

"{Exactly.}", Theodore po-facedly answered.

"{I don't know where our classmates are, but I have a guess that they were also transferred here on this world.}", Theodore humorlessly speculated.

"{By the way, looks like your body regressed when you were four.}", Theodore casually informed.

"{Really?!}", Alto asked in shock.

1 hour later…

—In the Brower Forest, Rosaline Kingdom…

Theodore and Alto are currently finding a town or a village for shelter. While Theodore was carrying Alto using his Telekinesis, they wandered in the woods, when suddenly they arrived just meters away from a human town.

"{Finally! We found a town!}", Theodore enthusiastically exclaimed.

"{Too bad I can't see it.}", Alto depressingly mumbled as they both went to the town's gates.

Meanwhile…

—Outside of Brogan Town, Rosaline Kingdom…

When they arrived, a long line of people were waiting in line to get in. Theodore saw one of the person in line giving an entrance fee of 10 copper coins.

"(Damn it! We don't have money!)", Theodore angrily thought as an idea popped in his head.

Theodore used his Telekinesis to sneakily steal 10 copper coins from the person in front of them. The person in front didn't notice it and a few minutes later, when it was the his turn he couldn't find his money, so the guards threw him away.

"NEXT!", the guard unsmilingly shouted as Alto walked in front for inspection.

Controlling Alto's body, they paid the entrance fee without a hitch. However, the guard noticed that Alto's sword wasn't sheathed. Not only that, he's suspicious that a child like Alto was carrying one.

"Kid, you better have a sheath for your sword, or else you'll get caught.", the guard unenthusiastically advised as Theodore made Alto's head nod.

Alto heard everything the guard said, since he's connected to Theodore's Telepathy. The two then proceeded inside the town.

"{Okay… Where are we?}", Alto curiously questioned.

"{We're inside the town. We got to earn some money so that we can buy some food.}", Theodore calmly proclaimed.

"{Food? I thought swords can't eat.}", Alto protested in confusion.

"{Not for me. It's for you.}", Theodore replied in kindness.

"{Why are you helping me in the first place? I barely even knew you.}", Alto inquired in curiosity.

"{It's because you helped me once when I was at my lowest. It inspired me and became my motivation to try and help the innocent.}", Theodore heroically answered.

"{Oh…}", Alto responded in surprise.

"{I bet you don't even remembered how you helped me.}", Theodore gloomily added.

"{Going back to the topic. How in the world we're going to get money? I look like a kid and everyone doesn't take me seriously. They'll think I'm a psychopath for holding a sword without a sheath.}", Alto stoically questioned.

"{Yeah, your right.}", Theodore grimly agreed.

"{But there is one way to earn money in a fantasy world. As a weeb otaku, I've read a ton of Isekai manga and watched a plethora of Isekai anime. And all of them have a one thing in common}.", Theodore proudly expounded.

20 minutes later…

—At the Adventurer's Guild; Brogan Town, Rosaline Kingdom…

Theodore is currently signing up Alto as an adventurer.

"{So your saying that every in every 'Isekai' genre, the main character joins an Adventurer's Guild?}", Alto seriously asked.

"{Yes… Mostly.}", Theodore confidently answered.

"{First of all, what the hell is an Adventurer's Guild?}", Alto inquired in confusion.

"{It's an association in medieval fantasy that does quests and hunt monsters to earn money. Basically, it's a self-sustaining organization that's not owned by any country.}", Theodore lightheartedly explained as he was done writing Alto's application form.

"{Well, good thing I have you. A normal guy like me won't survive in this medieval place.}", Alto said in relief as the receptionist gave him a guild card.

"{Also, in anime medieval fantasies, when a main character is signing up to be a adventurer, an arrogant guy is suppose to mock and attack him.}", Theodore composedly predicted.

"{What?!}", Alto appallingly exclaimed as an adventurer walked up to Alto and Theodore.

"{And here he is. Just as I predicted.}", Theodore proudly said.

"(Is this some sort of cliché?!)", Alto unhappily pondered.

"Hey, kid. Aren't you young to become an adven-?", the adventurer mockingly asked as Theodore quickly burned him unconscious with his flame magic.

Alto heard everything through Telepathy as the adventurer senselessly collapsed to the ground with severe burns.

"{Holy shit! Did you kill him?!}", Alto appallingly questioned.

"{Don't worry, he's not dead.}", Theodore tranquilly assured.

"{Now that we showed our true power, no one will dare to challenge us!}", Theodore cockily exclaimed.

"(This guy is a total edge lord.)", Alto thought in disappointment.

2 days later; 01/03/301…

After doing quests and earning some money, Alto bought a sheath for Theodore.

Meanwhile…

—At the Adventurer's Guild; Brogan Town, Rosaline Kingdom…

While Alto and Theodore are finding quests, they stumbled upon a wanted poster. A poster of a bandit leader named Alden Fulor with a bounty of 30 silver coins.

"{Dude! We need to hunt this bandit guy! There's 30 silver coin bounty on his head!}", Theodore excitedly declared.

"{I don't think it's a good idea. I mean, the guy has a huge bounty.}", Alto fearfully protested.

"{Oh come on! You don't have to worry! I'm here with you!}", Theodore assured in excitement.

—In Brogan Town, Rosaline Kingdom…
