6 Meeting Rose!

The sun in the sky shined brightly on a patch of green grass surrounded by trees. On one patch in particular, it made the entire area become one of the most beautiful places to visit in the world. Early in the morning after a group of people passed by, inside that patch of green grass surrounded by trees, giving it a natural cover, a black whirlpool appeared and spit out two multicolored stones on the ground then disappeared as if it was never there.

'Where am I? Sophia?' Arthur opened his eyes and scanned his surroundings. In front of him is a freshly built cabin next to a waterfall surrounded by mountains.

"Ahh!?" While Arthur was still searching for Sophia, he heard Sophia's voice coming from the cabin.

"Sophia!" Arthur's face turned pale in fear of the unknown as he stood up from the grassy ground and ran to the front door of the cabin. Without caring about the door, Arthur used himself as a battering ram and slammed himself into it. When Arthur hit the door with his body, the door instantly broke open, revealing a scene that made him dumbfounded. An almost transparent Sophia was sitting at a table with another almost transparent girl eating Tacos.

"Arthur!?" Seeing Arthur come breaking in through the door, Sophia dropped the Taco she was about to put in her mouth. Standing up with excitement, Sophia threw herself into Arthur's arms and wept.

Arthur hugged Sophia tight and let out a sigh of relief. "Thankfully your alright…"

"Ahem…" The woman sitting at the table coughed getting Arthur and Sophia's attention and spoke with a smile. "I'm sorry for breaking your joyous reunion, but I still have some stuff to explain while your here."

With his worries gone, Arthur finally looked at the woman siting at the table. The woman wore a long red and black dress showing off her impressive curves. She has pale white skin, a small round face, long blood-red hair, thin black eyebrows, grass-green eyes, a small button nose, thin lips with a slight red tint to them.

The woman seemed to understand what Arthur was thinking and leaned back into her chair with a grin, making her curves even more noticeable.

Arthur resisted the urge to continue and look at the perfect figure in front of him and asked Sophia in his arms. "She is…"

"I don't know. After I woke up, she asked of questions about you. I didn't want to tell her, but she said that if I answered everything truthfully, you would appear." Sophia explained with a confused look on her face. "Besides, how did we appear here? She wouldn't explain anything to me."

"If you want to know my name, then why don't you just ask me? I'm right here." The beautiful woman pointed at herself and joked.

Arthur glanced around the cabin, secretly alert, and asked. "Who are you?"

"My name is Rose." The woman smiled and introduced herself with a wink.

Arthur looked at Rose with skeptical eyes. "So Rose, what is it you need to explain to us?"

"Oh, right! I almost forgot." Rose laughed and crossed her legs, causing Arthur to see some purple lace making his throat dry.

"Oops, Id better not do that again." Rose winked at Arthur, causing Sophia to look at Arthur in confusion. Shaking his head, Arthur sat down across from Rose with Sophia on his side, waiting for Rose to explain.

"So lets start off where we are." Rose pointed out the window at the waterfall. "Everything looks real here right?"

Arthur and Sophia nodded in agreement.

"Well, it's all fake." Rose settled her chin in her hand and snapped her finger.

Arthur and Sophia watched in shock as the entire space around them cracked like glass and shattered into thousands of pieces. Leaving an empty pitch black space around them, even the floor underneath them was gone.

Not giving Arthur and Sophia a second to adjust and understand. Rose snapped her finger again, causing the world to change again. The cabin reappeared, but instead of the sound of a waterfall outside, the sound of magma popping came as a heatwave hit them.

"What were currently in is the internal space of the Fantasy Gem that merged with your soul after getting your wish granted." Rose explained, then snapped her finger again, causing the volcano to be replaced by glaciers of ice and snow.

Sophia glanced outside, then at Arthur. "What wish?"

"While reading the book on the plane, I wished we could travel to fictional worlds together like the people in the book." Arthur explained in disbelief.

"Yep, and afterwards you dropped some blood on the Fantasy Gem, completing the wish offering ritual." Rose nodded and continued to explain how it works.

"Wait… So how did we get here?" Arthur thought about a crucial problem. "Are we still in the plane?"

"Well…" Rose used her index finger to tap on the table with a grin. "… yes and no."

Arthur frowned and asked. "What do you mean?"

"Technically, your bodies are still on the plane, but your souls are not." Rose explained with a wink.

Sophia turned pale and shudder. "Are we dead?"

"No, no, no." Rose shook her head and explained. "Thanks to the system, you and Arthur's souls were pulled out and transported to another realm, avoiding an almost certain death."

Hearing that he was still alive, Arthur sighed in relief and patted Sophia on the thigh before looking at Rose again. "You mean the life saving card?"

"Yep!" Rose nodded and gave Arthur a 'good-job understanding' look. "Every System will only get one unique life saving card most people wait until their desperate to use it but…" Rose laughed. "… you used it within seconds after getting it."

"I don't care." Arthur shrugged his shoulders and leaned back into his chair. "It just means that I can't get into situations like that again."

"Boo, your no fun." Rose picked up a taco and ate it happily.

"You know…" Rose glanced at Arthur across the table. "You're really lucky. Fantasy Gems are almost impossible to find and yet you have two in your possession."

"Oh, crap! That's right!" Arthur sat up with a worried look on his face. "What about the Fantasy Gem on Sophia's finger? Did we just leave that in the crashing plane?"

"No." Rose used a napkin to wipe her face. "Right now it is sitting alongside this Fantasy stone in another world."

Sophia looked at Rose in confusion. "Why did it only take our souls and not our bodies?"

"Because." Rose smiled and explained. "Like I said, every System gets their own unique life saving card. The one Arthur was given takes his soul along with another and escapes to another realm."

Arthur picked up a taco and noticed an obvious difference of what she said. "Realm? Not world?"

"Yep, realm." Rose snapped her fingers, making a poster appear behind her. Pointing from the beginning, she explained. "As you know, the Universe is made of millions of galaxies. But what you don't know is that this universe is just one of many."

Arthur wiped his mouth with a paper towel and spoke his thoughts. "You mean that beyond the universe there is something bigger outside? Such as realms?"

"Correct!" Rose nodded with a smile and snapped her finger again, causing a new poster to appear. "There are millions of realms out there holding trillions of universes."

Not wanting to interrupt Rose, Sophia raised her hand and asked when pointed to. "What's beyond realms?"

"Well, that's planes of existence." Rose thought for a second and replied. "But you don't need to know about that yet."

Arthur frowned for a second then asked. "So what about the System?"

"I was just getting to that." Rose winked and snapped her finger again, but this time instead of a poster board behind her, an almost transparent blue screen appeared in front of Arthur. "The System has three primary functions and one unique function." Rose pointed to Arthur. "If you would please click the profile button on the left panel."

Arthur did as she asked and used his finger to press the profile button. The page changed and became an in-depth profile of Arthur.
