1 Department's number 1s

Luke was in front of a man who called itself "God". No matter how much he couldn't believe its words facts speak louder than words, him being here with him not noticing at all is almost impossible.

"The three of you are surely confused as of why and how were you even here." the man spoke as he looked at each one of them.

"I heard that the three of you are your world's most promising talents, one a fighter, the other an assassin, and lastly a marksman." he continued.

Indeed the three could be considered to have to be the most talented in their academy. The two other people could be considered Luke's peers. Luke belonged to the academy's Ghost Department which specialized on intel gathering and assassinations. The other two here also belonged to the same academy, one was from Dragon Department which was a department solely for melee personnel. Lastly, the other one belonged to Red Eye Department which specializes in using guns and the like.

The three looked into each other and nodded as if having a tacit understanding.

Suddenly, the three took out their weapons and rushed to the man going for a kill!

Luke took out his throwing knives and obviously threw it to the man heading for his vital parts.

The other two also didn't idle, Julius Red Eye's number one shooter took out his 92 FS and fired bullets at the man. The bulky student from Dragon's just maintained his distance from the man avoiding the crossfire with his mallet ready to "nail" the man.

But something unimaginable happened, before even the bullet and Luke's knives enter within a 1-meter radius of the man. As if a scene cut out from a movie, the bullets and knives halted in mid-air and fell to the ground.

Seeing that all three couldn't help cursing to what just happened.

The man laughed and waved his hand as the bullets and knives disappeared and reappeared in Julius's magazine and Lukes' hand.

"Hehehe, merciless, savage, but too weak! Don't worry I wouldn't harm you, instead, I would you grant you strength and maybe in the future you could at least block one of my attacks."

Luke just smiled to himself thinking how silly this man could be. Bullets couldn't even get near him, and although their confrontation was short Luke didn't even notice a single trace of effort from the man as if blocking their attacks were as effortless as breathing.

"Since all of you have certain paths ready for you to go, how about I'll give your life a bit of fun!" The man stomped on the ground lightly as the phones inside Luke's and the other's pocket flew toward him.

Three phones floated in front of him as he casually picked and opened one.

"This should be yours, Bryan," the man said as he held a red phone.

The bulky teen from Dragon nodded in confirmation.

"I'll let you pick one game from your phone and I'll "customize" it a bit. Good?"

Bryan didn't really know what customize meant so after thinking for a while he chose a game he played frequently during on his missions.

"Pokemon Go?" the man asked and nodded after seeing Bryan confirm his choice. After a while, he threw the phone back at Bryan whom just barely caught the phone.

The man then pick the blue one and asked, "Julius? Same as Bryan pick one."

Julius just did what Bryan did and picked out a game.

"Soul Knight?

Julius nodded embarrassingly as this was only the game he had and he just loved playing rougelite games and Soul knight happens to be also a shooter game.

As the man tinkered for a while, Luka was sweating badly. The feeling his feeling right now was like when his mom saw his "collections", but this time was even more embarrassing.

The man then threw Julius's phone back to him and proceeded with the last black colored phone.

"Luke?"

Oh nooo. Luke thought.

Luke also had a few games and apps as he was always on missions and couldn't play often. So mostly his games were like Clash of Clans or MOBA, but it just happens that he already deleted both of it and the only remaining one was a cafe game. If it was just that then Luke wouldn't be as nervous, but this cafe game's biggest selling points were ACG and focused on anime characters as its employee.

The man just smiled and spoke softly, "Moe Girls Cafe?"

Ahhh, I'm Doomed. He just had to say it!

While Luke was dying from embarrassment, Julius and Bryan were holding back their laughter in fear that they might anger the man in front of them. But based on their bulging cheeks it would only take a moment before everything burst out.

After calming himself down, Luke nodded and prepared to catch his phone.

Julius slowly gets near Luke as he gave him a nudge. "Never knew Ghost's no.1 to actually play games like this."

Finally, Bryan couldn't stop himself and laughed out loud. "Hahahahaha"

Hearing Bryan's loud laughs the two looked at the man and saw him grinning.

Just as they were about to sigh in relief the man's smiling face turned into a complicated face. But this didn't matter anymore as the three was swallowed by darkness before fainting.
