'Seriously? instead of blabbing around what else could he do? wasting any moment chanting and cringing around' He thought, well he can also do that but that was meh, anime fights are full of wasted time chanting their powers instead of attacking.

Yuki intentionally didn't mock him using boobs, so maybe Issei would have become more powerful. Call it fiction logic when the protagonist became more idiotically powerful when their ideals were being damaged.

Asia blushed in shame as she ran to Issei, she immediately heal Issei using her [Twilight Healing].
"So you really had a sacred gear huh. I didn't expect you to be such a violent person." Rias scowls seeing her beloved Issei unconscious.
"Me? Are you serious? He clearly attacked me first, I just retaliate" Yuki said as he didn't expect this event, well even the peerage hated him. Why care? he'd just force them to suck his dick when he is powerful enough.
It was really a reckless decision to injure Issei, he didn't expect him to be his weak. He didn't even use his sacred gear to it's extent just using two forms (Namean Fist) (Immortal shield) which is broken as hell.
