after waking up, Yue Yang heads to the arena and greets Wu Xia

"good morning Wu Xia"

"good morning Yang"

after the two speak for a while a tough looking guy approaches them

"excuse me, are you two perhaps Yue Yang and Xue Wu Xia? "

"yes, we are"

" I see, my name is Feng Lin and I have something to discuss with Xue Wu Xia"

Yue Yang interrupts

"you do not mind if I listen or is it private?"

"I do not mind"

Feng Lin continues

"seeing as you are two years younger than me I will let you surrender"

Wu Xia answers him with determination

" I am thankful for your kindness but I refuse "

Feng Lin looks at her with surprise and Yue Hai's voice resounds in the arena indicating the beginning of the match

the two walk on the stage

Xue Wu Xia calmly examines her opponent .

Feng Lin just looks at her weirdly. earlier he clearly stated that he would not harm her if she gave up however she unexpectedly refused his offer. he looks confused but after a few seconds his look towards her changes to one of respect and he raises his hand towards the sky. at the same time he says

"Xue Wu Xia, out of respect for a true warrior I will not use any beasts against you. but do not be mistaken, while I may not use any beasts I will still use my lightning. be sure to not lower your guard"

she answers him with silence and she uses her skill of Instant Summoning to manifest her grimoire

Feng Lin notices the rank of her grimoire is bronze ranked-intermediate and he murmurs to himself

"bronze intermediate huh, this is going to be fun"

Wu Xia summons her guardian beast, Blizzard Lady which just recently broke through to bronze rank

Feng Lin shouts

"come, thunder! "

a thunder descends from the clouds and strikes towards Blizzard Lady

Wu Xia orders her beast to use lightning in order to respond to his attack. she knows that in this fight her beast is at a disadvantage

Blizzard Lady is in fact a dual attribute beast of lightning and water

after confirming her beast's safety she immediately attacks him using icicle (it is a basic water skill)

an icicle quickly forms from the light mist surrounding her and flies towards Feng Lin.

he jumps to the side and throws two more thunders at her

Wu Xia easily dodges and blizzard lady launches a ball of water towards him.

he laughs out loud and strikes the water with a bolt of lightning. the attack makes its way towards Wu Xia but, all of a sudden, a barrier forms around her.

it is one of the basic techniques of Summoners, the halo shield

she launches more icicles at him in combination with blizzard lady and seeing as her attacks don't hit him she moves away in order to avoid his next strike. the strike misses them and hits the arena causing part of it to be destroyed

Feng Lin jumps towards Wu Xia but he is blocked by a thunder from her beast.

while looking at the fight of the two Yue Yang mutters to himself

" why must their fight be this showy . I never even destroyed one millimeter of the arena during my fights but they are going at it as if their very life depended on this match"

in the meantime the fight is reaching the climax

Feng Lin avoids the storm of icicles that is flying at him and makes distance between them

then he looks at Wu Xia and speaks

"I did not expect any less from one of the two little geniuses but this fight went on for far too long, it is time to end this"

he then raises his hand and from the sky a big and thick thunder falls towards Wu Xia

seeing it she suddenly rushes towards Feng Lin and uses thunder Palm (skill)

Blizzard Lady also launches a barrage of icicles at him

Feng Lin, who can't move, is hit by the attacks and flies towards a wall, destroying it.

seeing the result of the match, Yue Hai shouts

"the result has been decided. the third match is Xue Wu Xia's victory!"

Wu Xia returns next to Yue Yang and speaks

"well, the fight became flashier than expected"

"I ask just to be sure but did you two really have to destroy the arena? "

"no, but I wanted to try it once "

"is that so? well, congratulations"

Yue Hai immediately shouts

"the second match of the day is about to begin! "

'what did that old fool just say? are they going to fight with no ring?'

princess Qian Qian and a short man are standing in the field full of craters, staring at each other

Qian Qian speaks while grinning

"You look like you will be an easy opponent "

"don't get too full of yourself, you little girl "

she snorts and answers

"if you call me little girl one more time I will make sure to lower you by another meter, you shorty"

Yan Duan's eyes turn colder

"it seems I will have to make sure to teach you your place"

after saying that he takes out two knifes

Qian Qian snorts once again and says

"do you think you can beat my giant sword with those little knifes of yours?"

she raises her sword in front of herself

at that time Yue Hai's voice resounds

"begin!"

Yan Duan quickly rushes towards Qian Qian and slashes with his two knifes

she swings her sword in his direction and repels his attack

then she jumps towards him and swings her sword downwards

knowing that he cannot avoid the strike he raises his knifes to parry it however the blow is to strong and the knifes shatter

at that time Yue Hai's voice resounds once again

"the result has been decided. the fourth match is Qian Qian's victory!"
