Trip 1

Derek took lead to attack first. he closed the gap between Peter and him in instant. however, Peter was fast. he swung the sharp claw toward Derek aiming his neck.

Looking at nearing attack Derek dodged while moving away from Peter. while Derek getting ready to next attack Scott jump over sending a kick to lower body.

Although as an Alpha, Peter was fast and stronger, two Betas somehow manage to gain a bit advantage. with Scott's kick to the lower abdomen, Peter took step back. seeing his chance Derek sent a hard blow toward Peter's back.

*Bang!*

Peter furiously turn around sending Derek flying away. the same fate befell on the Scott but much better condition than Derek.

"Oh! my god. My beautiful...oak tree"

Looking at wasted Derek, Max put his hands on cheeks and exclaimed dramatically. he just having fun while looking at the fight. Max knew Peter just playing with two Betas. after all, Peter is planning something much bigger than killing those two.

"Dude, that's not an Oak tree" Stiles commented from the back.

"What? are you sure about that?" Max looked at Stiles doubtfully. but seeing him nod Max looked at Scott "Oh! my god he ruined my beautiful garden"

Stiles facepalmed. there wasn't even single grown grass where Scott lying.

"Peter, I'm going to kill you" Derek screamed getting up. he looked at Scott and nodded before attacking again.

"Heh! you think you're little team up could beat me?" Peter chuckled "if he joins you might have a chance"

Saying he pointed Max.

Before Derek or Scott attack, Peter stood using all four. in a blink, he moved toward Scott and caught him by the neck. Derek panicked and ran to save Scott. next moment Scott came flying toward him. Derek was unprepared, the strength Peter used was astounding.

This time both Derek and Scott hit the three. Derek first.

"Next time I won't be merciful," Peter said looking at the duo "and you! stay out of my way"

It was a clear warning to Max. but Max only laughed without saying anything.

"Are you going to let him go" looking at fleeting Alpha Stiles couldn't help but ask.

"Of course" Max nodded "go check on your friends, I'm hungry and sleepy"

Max believed he stood by his promise to Stiles. he helped Scott with the shifting problem and he helped them fend off The Alpha. although the previous exchange between Alpha and Beta was brief. Max was able to learn a few things.

First thing is Peter quite powerful than he thought. when Max fought with him that day he was able to gain upper hand but that situation was too short. now Max understood if he were to fight with Peter fair and square, he wouldn't be able to come out unscathed. although winning was sure. this changed everything Max was planning.

There is pending Alpha pack threat and then No-Kitsune, Berserkers, Ghost Riders, Dread Doctors and last but not least the La Bete. every one of them stronger than others. without sufficient strength, Max's 'living as pleased' will be just a dream.

'I need my first vampire' he thought 'he must be ruthless too'.

"Oh! Stiles while you at it, give me the contact information of that blood bank dude you promised me"

Despite drowning in deep thoughts Max didn't forget about his conditions for helping Scott.

Max wanted to make Vampires, he didn't mind Vampires running here and there scaring people.however he needed blood bag for future. after all he didn't like to run around drinking blood from strangers. the thrill and other things asides Hybrids he planning to make are all girls. besides Hybrids sees Max as their God. no need to compel like Vampires. they do anything Max asked. so Max wasn't willing to send girls on the hunt. someday Lydia might need blood bags, being ready is always a good hobby.

Derek was in a rush to find Peter while Scott worried about his mother and Allison. after thanking Max and promising to meet him later, Derek drove away. Stiles gave contact info and went with Scott. although three of them, not best friends they much closer now.

"Megale Jose, haha so this is where Stiles got the name, I thought he made that up" Max laugh loudly seeing the name of Stiles' dad's friend. Max remembered numerous occasions, Stiles using this name.

"But the guy work outside Beacon Hills" he frowned "So nearest blood bank is the Hill Mount Blood Bank"

Hill Mount situated west side of California. miles away from Beacon Hills, a few good hours of a ride.

'Maybe I will find a candidate for the first Vampire' Max though while getting blood bottle out from the refrigerator. it was collected from his fellow employees at part time job 'i have three days before school dance starts. if I go tomorrow I can make it back here in one day so if everything goes to the plan. alright let go tomorrow'

Max finally concluded his plan while drinking fresh blood. his lips were dyed in red, it was mesmerizing for girls. too bad no one present to see it. wiping out blood Max went to his room. it was time to sleep. only vampires don't sleep at night. werewolves do sleep except for full moon nights. Max nither Vampire nor a Werewolf, he can stay awake or he could sleep.

However, Max prefers to sleep at night. it makes him refreshed, more than anything. of course, drinking blood does that too.
