The teacher that entered the room quickly started the class with a brief explanation of cultivation and the way it works.

The entire lecture lasted for about 2 hours until the teacher dismissed them. For the entire lecture, Tai Meng was staring at him and it seemed like she wasn't even listening to the teacher. Jiang Chen quickly got up and walked to the next class which was outside. Tai Meng got up as well and started to follow him. The same thing happened in Body-Tempering class, Tai Meng kept on staring at him with an angry face.
"When are you gonna stop stalking me?"
Tai Meng just ignored him as she kept on walking after him.
Jiang Chen just waited for her to say something but she was keeping her mouth closed. In the meanwhile, Jiang Chen digested the information that he acquired during the classes. The cultivation teacher said something about preference which had Jiang Chen thinking.
"What's my preference? I rather have the opportunity to attack someone while they don't do anything to me. I also don't want to be attacked by my enemies and have a chance of dying."
Jiang Chen suddenly got an idea and quickly rushed off to the skill hall.

During the time that Jiang Chen was there, he found a manual. Jiang Chen ran passed the main entrance and got searching. The manual was called "Lightning Touch". The system's opinion on it was less than desirable. However, the effects of the skill were exactly what Jiang Chen wanted.

Jiang Chen brought the book over to the elder at the entrance.

Jiang Chen bowed respectfully and extended his arms to give the manual to the elder. The elder took the book and raised an eyebrow. He, then, passed the book back and said two words.
"One month."
"Thank you, elder!"
Jiang Chen hurried back to his house to start training Lightning Touch. Meanwhile, Tai Meng went back to the Tai Family.
"What! You said that the brat went to the Divine Sect!"
"Yes, Father."
Tai Feng was the father of Tai Meng and also an elder for the Tai family. After she had lost Jiang Chen when he rushed off to the skill hall, she went back to the family to report what happened.
"That brat is always so disrespectful to his elders. Now he went off to the Divine Sect to cause trouble, I wouldn't be surprised if all of our people at the Divine Sect get kicked out. If no one is going to teach him a lesson, then I will personally."

Tai Feng rushed off and a gust of wind followed closely with him. Tai Meng just stood there in silence and waited for her father to get back.
Jiang Chen quickly learned the Lightning Touch to the 1st stage. There is a total of 5 stages to Lightning Touch. Each stage adds 0.1 seconds of paralysis so right now, Jiang Chen's skill has 0.1 seconds.
"This can be easily exploited...Hahaha."
Jiang Chen smiled and laughed evilly with his head towards the ceiling. Jiang Chen would be able to touch someone infinitely to make then paralyzed and then, be able to do anything he wants. This book was most likely not well known since it was sitting in the corner of the library and it was dusty when Jiang Chen held it. Jiang Chen couldn't wait to test out the Lightning Touch skill. A loud bang entered Jiang Chen's ears from the front door the moment he stood up…
"Come out here, you sick bastard!"
Jiang Chen cautiously walked out of the cultivation room. When he got out, he saw two people at the front door.
"There you are! How dare you go near our Fei Yun! You must be tired of living!"
"What?"
Jiang Chen was dumbfounded by the words he spoke. He thought that they broke into his house to rob him of his stuff.
"Here, take my sucker punch!"
The man in the front sprinted at Jiang Chen and shot a punch out at him. Jiang Chen avoided to the side and grabbed the man's head. He then activated Lightning Touch and held on. The man just stood there and Jiang Chen let go of his head.
"What did you do to my brother!"
The first man, hearing those words, turned around and started to attack the second man. They quickly engaged in a heated battle until the second man took a blow to the face.
"You will not get away with this!"
The second man shouted and quickly ran with the first man right after his tail. Meanwhile, Jiang Chen was surprised at the effects.
"Does Lightning Touch affect the brain if I hold onto their head? Doesn't that mean I can make an army from my enemies!?"
Jiang Chen was overly excited that he managed to pull off this off and managed to find a new effect of the skill.
"The least they can do is repay me for the door they broke..."
Jiang Chen shook his head and went out. Many were gathering around the marketplace with the two brothers were fighting each other.
"What happened? Aren't those two brothers as close as fish and water?"
"Something must have happened between them that made them this way."
Jiang Chen looked and sure enough, it was the two brothers exchanging blows with each other. They were both equally matched and Brother A had white eyes that were creepy similar to a person who had fainted.
"Huh, where am I?"
Brother A suddenly came to a realization and a fist shot toward him, launching him into a pillar behind him.
"Ok, B*tch, prepare your self!"
Brother A stood up and looked at Brother B with an angry look on his face. The fight continued on even though the effects of Lightning Touch wore off.
"The time I affected him was around 10 minutes ago. That's probably how long this lasts for."
Jiang Chen thought to himself and left the scene.
Sect master's Office
"Ahhh, Brother Jun, you have decided to visit me."
The same elder that was at the front of the skill hall walked into the room.
"Yes, and I wanted to ask you something."
"No problem, before I became the sect master of the Divine Sect, you and I were brothers."
"Did we have a manual named Lightning Touch before in the skill hall?"
"Lightning Touch? Hmm...I never heard a manual by that name before."
The sect master picked up his cup and blew the surface a few times. He, then, took a long sip.
"There was an outer disciple today that went in a borrowed the book today. When I scanned the contents, I was surprised by the effects."
"What kind of effects?"
"You are able to stun an enemy for 0.5 seconds when you master the art and the manual didn't specify it had to be someone of a lower realm than you."
"What! When did we have a manual like that in the sect? If that was paired with our sacred art, the whole world will have to bow underneath our sect."
"That was why I hurried to you."
"I'll think this over. Tell no one about this manual and the effects."
"Yes, sect master!"
"Come on, don't call me sect master!"
The elder left in a hurry and the sect master continued sipping his tea while muttering...

Jiang Chen didn't really bother to pay any attention to him and ran toward them and extended his arm and grabbed onto Brother A's head. He then grabbed onto Brother B's head. Both of then charged at the crowd while Jiang Chen held onto any head that went near him.
"Give me your noggin!"
The entire time, Jiang Chen walked around grabbing noggins while his so-called "army" fought the masses. This entire scenario ended in about 30 minutes with the fan clubs running away...
"Do those guys stalk their goddesses to know that I was near them?"
Little did Jiang Chen know that the fan groups have appointed shifts for their spies to stalk their goddesses, but, of course, not when they are going to the bathroom.
