Evan Allen is a genius researcher who leads the Artificial Intelligence project. He was appointed as the leader of the project by the prime minister because of his extraordinary genius.

Several times the prime minister was amazed by his previous discoveries such as the Electrical Hoist System which is used to increase the robustness of an old building to look like a new building, and a boost system embedded in military vehicles so that its strength increases 10 times even when tested by an RPG that can withstand 9 shots.

Now Evan is immediately offered by the Prime Minister to lead a project that was once developed but failed without success, namely a project to make Artificial Intelligence which will be used for industrial purposes.

"What about the project I offered you, Prof. Evan?" The prime minister spoke lightly to Evan, the latter was sitting across from the cabinet room of the prime minister's office.

"Isn't the automation system in the industrial world quite advanced and sophisticated? Even now we have entered the industrial era 4.0 which already uses the internet as its operator? What will we get from Artificial Intelligence which has been developed but failed?"

Evan is trying to further inquire the Prime Minister's intentions regarding this project. Evan was a little suspicious of the Prime Minister, because if he only offered Evan the Project, why did the Prime Minister seem to immediately give the project with confidence?

Unlike other men's apartments which are messy, Evan's apartment is very neat and in his room is also filled with several sports equipment, computers, and papers from his research that have piled up quite high on his desk.

Before he slept, Evan sat for a moment and thought about the Prime Minister's offer a while ago.

'The research that was talked about about the Prime Minister just now, it seems like I've never heard of it. What Artificial Intelligence has been made before and failed? ' Evan was wondering without definite answers about the Artificial Intelligence project's research.

Evan suddenly remembered a State Online Database that could be accessed exclusively by registered special researchers. The database is secret and has a lot of research data from those that have been successfully implemented in the world, then research data that has been declared failed and abandoned.

Evan already understands the access method to the database because all of his research data, whether successful or unsuccessful, have also been listed there.

"There is no suspicious research data from the list of failed research data, the majority of the problem is only due to resource problems."

Evan read one by one the list of failed research in the Online Database, Evan's suspicion was slightly reduced after reading the Database. After that Evan went to the kitchen and opened the refrigerator and took a box of Vanilla Milk, and drank it.

The next day, Evan went straight to his meeting place with the Prime Minister at the Test Center Of The Progression Of Electrology Laboratory, Oskal.

Evan entered through the laboratory's main lobby entrance, then a receptionist came to greet Evan and ask him.

"Good morning sir, how can I help you?" Asked the receptionist woman to Evan.

"I'm Evan Allen, I have an appointment with the Prime Minister, can you help me get in touch with him?" Evan asked back, feeling a little confused.

The receptionist lady should have been informed beforehand about him coming to meet the Prime Minister, but why did the receptionist seem strange and didn't know anything? Evan asked without a definite answer.

"Sorry, sir. Please wait a moment, I'll contact him. You can first sit on the sofa while waiting."

She directed Evan to sit down with a slightly confused face. She has no information or a notification regarding the Prime Minister's meeting with a man named Evan Allen. Then she hurried back to the reception desk and made a call to an unknown person.

After finishing the call and hanging up the phone, the receptionist woman came over to Evan who was sitting in the waiting chair.

With a respectful tone she conveyed her humility to the guest of the Prime Minister, it seems that the receptionist has been given information about Professor Evan and his purpose in coming to this Laboratory.

After that, in front of the lobby came a military class car in absolute black Vepr Commander type. Then the receptionist directed Evan towards the main exit of the laboratory lobby. The receptionist kindly opened the military vehicle door for Evan.

There were only 2 people in the military car with military uniforms complete with special equipment, 1 driver and the other was probably a bodyguard because he was armed with a rifle that he held in front of his chest.
