'Nice! Got to do something fun and improve my skills! Guess I'll eat some lunch while I come up with a name for this little guy. Wilson would be way too cliché.'

As Roy munched on his collection of critters, he watched his pet slowly adapt to it's new, safer environment. When it started munching on the decaying blades of grass, a sudden inspiration hit Roy harder than truck-kun hits heroes.

'That's it! Latin class is finally paying off.'

'I dub thee Inbellis, a weak non-combatant, free from war.' After coming up with a name for his new pet he felt something happen. A very thin connection between him and Inbellis had formed.

Allows the user to form a bond with another living thing.

Bond is initiated after 3 factors.

1) Must consider the candidate for taming a pet.

2) Must name this candidate.

3) Candidate cannot attempt to resist the connection, if it does, the bond will fail.

Weak beings do not require much mana to bond (>.01 mana particles in most cases) while the stronger the being, the more mana it will take.

The bond will be strengthened as the user and the pet grow using the ambient mana in the air.

Experience can be shared with pets.

'Wow that's a lot of info to digest, but I don't get what mana particles are, and how did I form this bond without any MP?'

'Wait what? He had the same stats as I did at level one how does that even make sense? Are stats relative maybe?' Inquiring to the system over his confusion Roy was soon informed that his guess was indeed correct.

'So stats are relative to the species huh? Well if I ever get a real appraisal skill that lets me see an enemies stats, this information could be vital. A dragon with one strength is still a dragon.

After broadening his views, Roy had finally finished his long lunch, and decided to get back to work. His experience was now being divided three ways so he needed to work just that much harder to survive and thrive.

Roy sat up and wiped the sweat stuck to his forehead while looking at the giant pile of bugs near him.

'Took ages, but I finally managed to kill 90 critters!' Roy happily said as he looked at his level grinding success.
