5 Hidden Chamber

Ruined Mansion - Occupied by group of female members of Black Resort Division

The morning sun was wholly illuminating around the vast area of mansion property, or perhaps, the time in that certain region had reached its dawn uprising. They were told that it was taken care of by a certain raven-haired lady with a crimson eye which her purpose was to save someone who could believe that she came from somewhere mysterious.

Outside the mansion, the garden surrounded with a clear variety of bushes, flowers, and trees around — which used to centralize the stone pathway leading towards the primary entrance. It provided with much emphasis for the visitors to enjoy the surrounding view.

Speaking of visitors, there were several uninvited women — wearing a black rubber two-piece bikini outfit with a white hoodie cloak mounting behind their back to avoid irritation from sunlight for comfortable purposes. They were not being invited or interested to head inside the mansion as a guest. They apparently went in for a brief investigation since a bunch of bandits who formerly lived here already raided this place; hence, these women had the priority to visit the mansion. They all belonged to a squad named Black Tears — subdivision of Black Resort Corps. — only for women only. Their chief commander to re-investigate the mansion apparently assigned them if there were some changes that might feel peculiar once an arrival.

One of them stood in front of the others. She had purplish hair with an exposed forehead on which her front layer supposed to lie on its own, but something held on top of her head which made her front hair swaying back to the rear instead — it was a yellow-colored headband. She also had quite an appealing and determining appearance like a typical student council president who would draw her own charisma to most male students and somehow became entitled with the most beautiful student whom she was probably a human incarnation of a certain goddess.

Although her age didn't consider that of a high-school year, she probably had reached college level from a biological perspective.

"Rachel, I found something."

From afar, someone who was also part of her squad loudly mentioned her name — belonged to a purple-haired woman named Rachel.

Which she received a notice from her caused rounding her view towards the calling.

"What is it? Camelia," Rachel caught an eye towards her. "Are there any odd figures?"

Rachel and others who followed her approached Camelia, who had her glasses kept around her eyes gluing on what she had found. She had caught her attention towards a particular object which seemed to be some underground entrance that was hidden among the bushes in the middle of a garden. All the members besides Rachel were approaching Camelia's founding.

Once they finally reached beside her, she could see what it was like.

A hidden door — wooden — leading to an underground cellar.

Analyzing its perimeter, the width seemed to fit for two or three people if they would walk beside each other in a parallel position.

Camelia curiously asked, "Is this what the commander was referring to?"

"Yeah, it rumored this red coat guy whom her had dealt with to be dealing with the Kross Empire. Besides, he had bought around 200 slaves according to the Slave Auction Accounting Records," explained Rachel while grabbing the lever to open the cellar. "If this is where he stored dozens of women for delivery, then it must have reasons around here."

"I guess that's true too… we cannot let these slaves be smuggled to the hands of the Imperial Army."

"Hmph~ after all, they seek tyrannical domination around this continent, so they will have the greater capacity to function the slave trading in the worst possible cases."

"I heard her younger brother will reinforce the Imperial Army on this continent. If this happens, surely the Knights of Reversia including us will be totally devastated— if we don't measure it up, vigilantly."

Camelia held her glasses up tight to make sure it secured it was still around her nose bridge.

Rachel remarked to her, "You're right, but still our commander had been preoccupied ever since I was asked to investigate the mansion with you guys if there had been changes around."

Maria asked, "When and where did you meet with her?"

Rachel answered her question, "Last night at the nearby area of a certain river. We should not waste time chattering. After all, our first priority is to gather some slave women around here."

"Yes, milady!"

Henceforth, they continue to proceed for further investigation. While pushing the lever upward, the opening of the door caused the creaking sound of the gateway. Upon entering the cellar, they heard a constant moaning voice coming from the depths of it. The majority of them belonged to the female, so they grabbed — rather summoned their weapon from their dominant grip to secure their vigilantly. They all equipped with pointy-head cutlasses to signify themselves as the members of Black Tears.

Walking hurriedly to the depths, they kept their eyes sincerely checked.

Although, it was too dark and nightmarish which Rachel could complain that the commander should have come with them in no time while some subordinates except Camelia slightly agitated, even, they still did not want a single ruckus since this would be their life and death situations.

Rustling sounds made the fear of others, causing the little breeze to convulse their limbs. Still, a hard grip of their glaives were shaking, although it resisted because of their narrow concentration. Camelia, however, relaxed with a constant focus around her; she lowered her grip as she prepared for a probable surprising strike from an unknown spot between walls and corridors.

Until something came up with a louder noise, clear as a chanteuse.

"Gyaaaahhh!"

The screaming noise from the distance caused the Black Tears member to run for means.

"(Shit! We're just uptight!)"

Rachel had not forgiven herself because she held the authority as a leader among her squad — next to her commander, and Camelia rushed beyond Rachel's sprint as her swiftness could wash their dangers away from them.

And it turned out…

They heard something — or someone who fell on the rough surface with the booming sound from a certain cause.

"Bull's eye."

Camelia suddenly announced something that made her lucky. She suddenly had a crossbow with light, convenient features that made it handy for her while mounting on her left hand. While her skills amazed Rachel and others in dating games. Upon taking a clear look, they all saw a dead corpse belonging to a long-eared and pointy nose which looked like an elf, but actually not — they classified them as the monster called Troll.

Beside it was a living naked woman who might be a part of an abducted slave.

She cowered onto the floor while holding her abdomen, which was the hit point that made her screamed a while ago.

She felt exhausted because of certain brutality that the dead-now monster committed such painful misery beforehand.

Rachel lent a hand to her, "Are you okay?"

The slave woman nodded with an opened-jaw while holding Rachel's helping hand. It was her sigh of relief, but her troubled look had still made them frown as there are several more than herself.

"Please… save… others!"

She had a gradual voice in which the numb within her bothered although her breathing and consciousness were yet stable to handle the pain.

"One of us should carry her outside to the carriage," Rachel requested to her particular subordinate. "Maria, you do the escort. Guard the carriages well and secured."

Maria nodded as she accepted the order.

Rachel knew Maria competently because she had a slightly muscular body despite her slender body which could carry much weight.

"The rest of us must continue to rescue more slaves. We cannot let a single sacrifice and suffering allow us to surrender idly."

"Roger that!"

Even though they cried, they frequently controlled their voice to minimal if in case they lowered the tone to avoid some probable nearby enemies around the chamber. They all continued turning their side to the front as they clenched themselves without fear might kill them sooner enough.

To proceed, they continued hurriedly while prowling to the depths.

They must save the lives of others before it would torment them to hell.
