57 Special Move
After Kiba and Koneko had gone, Rias made Issei try to use his demonic power, as she thought he had been training only in physical training until now.
It was not her fault to think like that, since the only time Issei ever used his demonic power aside from when he learned how to use it was when he fought Furuichi during the Chunin Exam.
*Poof* Issei created an orb of demonic power around the size of a tennis ball.
"Ara, it seems that you haven't neglected your training in demonic power as well." -Rias
"It's still a long way to go though, I'm only capable of casting some fire spells right now." Issei then turned the orb of demonic power into a fireball.
"Hmm... Alright then, I want you to come up with a special move before we leave this place." Rias pondered a bit before telling Issei.
"Yes, Buchou. Ah. If it's a special move, I think can create one righ-" -Issei
["NO!"] Ddraig shouted angrily before Issei could finish his word.
"Gosh! You're too loud, Ddraig." -Issei
["Don't think that I don't know what you're up to!"] -Ddraig

["Just create something else! There are still many other powerful techniques out there!"] -Ddraig

Murayama, Katase, and Asia stopped what they were doing upon hearing Ddraig's commotion and came over to see what was happening, while Ophis remained on the sunbathing chair.

"Finally... I did it... Dress Break..." Issei said with tears of joy.
["Your perversion really leaves me speechless."] -Ddraig
"Oppai... They're beautiful..." Issei's mind seemed to ignore everything except the naked girls in front of him.

After that, Akeno cast a spell to repair everyone's clothes with Issei happily watching them from the side.

Murayama and Katase were the first to get their clothes repaired, so they went to pick up their shinai and came to Issei.

"Yes, Ma'am!" Issei then closed his eyes obediently while waiting for his punishment.
With his eyes closing, Issei only heard Murayama and Katase giggling instead of hitting him with their shinai.
"*Giggle* We're joking. You can open your eyes now." -Katase
"*Phew* I'm sav- Ouch! Ouch!" Issei couldn't finish his words as his ears were pulled by both Murayama and Katase.
"We're not going to hit you with our shinai, but that doesn't mean you'll be forgiven." -Murayama
"That's right, you still have to be punished for creating such a vulgar technique." -Katase
After that, everyone also came to Issei when Akeno finished repairing their clothes.
Asia praised Issei for creating an amazing technique despite her being his lab rat while Akeno just teased him for being naughty; As for Rias, she pinched Issei's cheeks while calling him 'pervert'.

Rias decided to end today's training session after Issei informed the actual time. Then, she ordered Issei to check on Kiba and Koneko to make sure they were not confused by the time on their phones.

Issei first headed to Koneko's location as she was training in the forest nearby.
"Konek- Whoa!" Issei was surprised as he saw Koneko lying on the ground like a corpse.
"What is it, Issei-senpai?" Koneko asked while standing up.
"Today's training is over. Let's go get Kiba and head back to the mansion." -Issei
Issei then led Koneko to the lake where Kiba was swinging his wooden sword.
On the way back to the mansion, Issei explained to Kiba and Koneko the difference between the time on their phones and the actual time, just as he had done with the others earlier.

The dinner was ready by the time Issei's group returned, so they sat down at the dining table with the rest of the group.
After dinner, Rias announced to her peerage that she will let them do whatever they want, but they still have to report their training progress to her every 3 days.
