*Thud!*

A sound of a door closing can be heard by the girl named Mai Keyaruga. She was now all alone in the house. All of her family and even the servants except the security guard uncle who's guarding outside were going to McRonaldo to celebrate her twin brother's test result.

Mai was instructed to stay home and clean the house. She can only comply to it because she didn't have any other choice to begin with.

But the house is too big, hence, she knew that she wouldn't have the time to clean all of it. So, she only focuses on the important rooms. Such as the guest room, living room, dining room, and her parent's bedroom.

Even when she has cleaned all of that, her family still hasn't come back yet. She contemplated what room to clean next and decided to clean her twin brother's room. It's been so long since the last time she went there.

When Mai arrived in front of the room, she unlocked the door and came inside. The first thing that she notices when she's in the room is the pantie that's just laying down on top of the bed. It's hers. She was shocked.

Mai wasn't your normal pure maiden. Well, not that she saw those cultured things, but she does read too much biology books to know where this is going.

Mai went closer to check if it was real or not. She then picked it up and held it in her hand.

"Yep, it's real!" Mai couldn't believe it. Now, she's terrified. She then saw a paper just beside the pantie that she had picked up before.

All she can see on the paper is blank, she felt curious. Maybe, the text is on the other side. She flips the paper and reads it.

"Wait, isn't this the test score result paper, just like mine?" Mai then focused her gaze on the piece of paper. From the top, she saw the owner's name. {Gai Keyaruga} "Yup, it has my twin brother's name!"

But when she looked at the content, her hands started shaking. The paper fell slowly to the floor. 'There's no way!' She thought to herself. She became like that because she saw that his scores were below 50 on all subjects.

(Flashback Start!)

Mother: "Just don't be like your sister, Mai, alright?"

Twin Brother: "Don't worry mom, I won't!"

(Flashback End!)

Tears start welling up in her eyes, but she holds them in. 'No, don't cry. Crying won't solve the problem. You have to be strong,' she cheered herself.

Now, she knows that her parents didn't care about her scores at all. Because they only hate her. It's as simple as that. Though, Mai didn't know what she did wrong to make them treated her this way.

"I must flee from this place!" Mai clenched her hand. Her face looked full of determination. She reached that conclusion not only because she didn't feel like she belonged here, but also because of her brother who had now become a dangerous existence to her.

Mai immediately went to her own room to get her secret bag. Fortunately, she still got her own pocket money. Even if it's only a tenth of what his brother gets. Also, she almost never uses her money to buy useless stuff, such as jewelry and such.

That's why the money in her bag was piling up. With the amount of money she got right now, If she uses them sparingly, she can live without worrying about work for around three years.

Also, she didn't want to steal things from her parent's room. She felt that it would become more troublesome for her to run away from home if she did that.

Mai then carried her bag and went out of the house. Nighttime had already come, so it's pretty dark outside. But Mai wouldn't let this chance of fleeing to fell off.

The fence around her house is so tall, there's no way she could climb it. So the only way out is through the main gate. She brazenly walks there. She didn't feel the need to hide because...

"Zzzzz....."

"ZZZzzz..."

"ZZZZZZZ..."

Mai knows for a long time that the security guard of the house likes to loitering around at work. She then walks toward the giant steel gate and then opened it, making her way outside.

Mai didn't realize that just as she went out, the guard's eyelids opened.

"I'm sorry young miss..." He then turns on his phone and dialed up someone.

*Dring~Dring~Dring~*

Somewhere in a McRonaldo, a family of three was occupied in eating food and drinking while their servants could only look at the background. The youngest one of them felt his phone vibrated. He stood up from his seat and excused himself toward his now drunk parents to answer the call.

"Young master, the young miss has just fled from the house..." When then one called 'young master' heard this from his phone, he had a huge grin on his face.

"Good, you must go silently follow her! Tell me her location when I asked! I'll reward you handsomely later..." He then shut his phone and went back to his parents.

"Father, mother, my girlfriend just said that she wanted to meet me, I'm sorry that you both have to go home without me..." The boy said that to his parents.

"W-What? you have a girlfwiend?" His mother asked drunkenly.

"You can go take one of the cars if you want, the servants can just go home walking..." The supposed servants could only maintain their smiling expressions on their faces even when they heard that. "But it's already night time, why would your girlfriend call you? Maybe..." The boy's father was more sobered than his mother. He had the same grin as his son when he looked at him.

"Yes..." The boy answered wickedly while he walked away from the restaurant. 'I won't let you get away from me, my dear sister!'

It's been more than ten minutes since Mai left her home. Right now, she's on her way to the nearest train station. Yup, she's walking. She wants to save up as much money as she can. It's not that far away, only approximately 25 minutes of walking from her house.

It was great that there are also many people who're walking on the street. She felt safer that way. But, at the time of her trip, the next road section she had to go to looked very deserted.

Mai contemplated whether to wait for other people to also travel using this road or to just go alone. She takes a look around and it looks like no one's going to use this road. She then decided to go alone. Her time was limited. It shouldn't be long for her family to go home and realize that she's gone.

Just moments after she had separated herself from the crowd, she felt something was wrong. But it was too late as she had already felt a stabbing pain in her back.

"A- Mffmfmmf!" Mai wanted to scream but her mouth was blocked the assailant's hand. She felt her energy leaving her body because of the injury, making it weaker and weaker. Blood starts dripping from the wound as the weapon was pulled.

Mai was actually a prodigy at martial art. She can even beat a bunch of adults alone if she's serious. But because of the successful sneak attack, she couldn't fight back against her aggressor anymore.

She was thus dragged by her attacker to a nearby alley and then got thrown into a wall. But she uses her remaining stamina to turn around and used the wall to support her body. She got a good look at her assailant.

"Y-You..." Mai was astonished. It was Gai, her twin brother. "W-What are you doing, twin bro?"

"Kukuku... what do you think I'm gonna do?" He then swung his knife and stabbed Mai on the shoulder.

"a- aaaaa..." Mai didn't even have enough strength to cry out of pain. She can only sobbed a little.

"Hey, dear sister... You've always given me that cold look whenever we meet. Now, I can see so much expression from you. I'm dying from happiness!" Her brother said gleefully. After Mai heard that, she stopped her crying and turned on her usual expressionless face that she used toward her brother. She didn't want him to get what he wanted.

"Playing hard, aren't we? But that only makes me want to break you more. Let me tell you this in advance. I'm gonna do that to you and you're going to bear my baby! Kukuku!" His smile widened.

"N-No... p-please don't..." Mai whimpered. She had already broken away from her cold expression.

"No can't do! Kukuku!" He said while licking his lips.

"s-someone... help..." Mai tried her best to be as loud as she can but it just couldn't be achieved in her state presently.

"No one going to save you now, my dear sis. Now, don't be stiff. Just enjoy the session. I know you'll get addicted to it..." He already throws his knife randomly somewhere far away from Mai's reach. Both of his hands right now are implying a grabbing gesture.

Just as his hands were about to reach her thighs, his whole body exploded. Blood splattered everywhere. Mai's whole figure right now just looked like it coming from a horror movie. She was filled with the red taint of blood.

'Am I... saved?' That was what appeared in Mai's thoughts after she witnesses her brother blew up into nothing right in front of her eyes. Not terrified or anything like that. She wants to faint right here and there, but she prefers to make sure she's safe first.

"Onee-sama, How did my work go? Is that good enough?" As her conscience thinned, Mai heard a cute, pure, and childish voice ringing in the previously silent alley.

"No, Flan~. The blood has already touched the ground and become dirty. We can't extract it if you keep on using your ability. Well, it's his fault for throwing a knife at you anyway..." Answered another person with an elegant voice that sounded a bit mischievous.

Mai then saw a glimpse of their unique appearance. 'Are they the ones who saved me?' She asked herself before she suddenly blacked out.

"That girl... what a fascinating fate..." The person with an elegant voice mumbled when she took notice of Mai. Of course, Mai didn't know anything about this.
