1 Accident
Victoria Yue had always been the apple of her parent's and brother's eyes until the day when she did a vicious act where she hired a professional assassin who got exposed by her beloved, Vincent Li. In a heartbeat, their doting stares altered to a scrutinizing gaze.
"It was a good thing that May Zhang was able to escape from the assassin. When Vincent Li informed me about this, I didn't believe it. However, observing your reaction, I know for sure you did it." Upset, her beloved brother, Victor Yue, revealed her deed. His announcement had successfully made the surrounding of the Yue family gloomier.
"Brother, I didn't do it." Victoria Yue lied with beautiful fluttering pleading eyes. This tactic of hers had always worked out in the past. For the very first time, Victor had turned his back on Victoria and left her with their parents silently.
"Vincent Li informed us that he will not sue you and let Yang's family business partnership with the Li's will remain unbroken, as long as we, the Yue family, disowned you." Beatrice Qiao, their Mother, with her unsympathetic gaze. Victoria froze in her place, unable to retort back to her Mother.
"Here, an account with some money for you to preserve your life. I have already sent your clothes and stuff to your new apartment at this address. I also paid for it for a whole two years. I hope it helps, as we cut ties from hereon." Vicenzo Yue, her Father, still had a gentle gaze in his eyes, although its evident disappointment reflected in his eyes.
Victoria's heart couldn't take these cold treatments anymore, and she chose to take the bank account and keys to her apartment. She gripped the account book and the key tightly to suppress her feelings.
"Very well, Father, Mother, and Brother. If that is your final decision, Farewell." Victoria could feel her heartbreak into smaller pieces with every step she took. Her heart hurts more than it did when Aiden Li didn't return her love. For sure, it's different from losing her family love. As an act of kindness to their 'once' beloved daughter, The Yue family prepared a chauffeur to drive her to her new apartment.

When she arrived at the apartment, Victoria's heart filled with stupor. The place that her father rented for her was a tiny apartment! She sneered in disgust.
"How did my life lead to this?" Victoria's aloof question made her silently reminisce her past with her blank expression.
It all started on that day.
"Victoria, there is this man who secretly loves you!" Britney Xue, her so-called closest friend, was whispering excitedly into her ears. Britney was known as Victoria's lackey without Victoria being aware of this. Thus, it ignited the jealousy before ill-intention toward her best friend.
"Who is this man?" Victoria Yue, who had no interest in love, answered her indifferently. Before this, men had been throwing themselves toward her, and none of them ever caught her attention.
"The CEO of Li's corporation. Both of your families are close, correct? I had eavesdropped! He secretly loves you! My life was on the line when I did that!" Britney exaggeratedly boasted about her memories to Victoria, who by all means, trusted her.
"Is that so." Britany silently planted a seed of 'interest' to Victoria, and this attraction steadily grew towards the famous aloof CEO. She was appealed to the fact someone harbored some secret feelings for her. Furthermore, with his exceptional background that has everything, what kind of girl wouldn't be falling head over heels with him?
From then on, Victoria's interest started to grow in this particular, aloof man. At first, it was only a harmless curiosity. Not long after that, thanks to Britney planting how beautiful Vincent's pure love is in her mind, it grew into an obsession where no woman was allowed to be close to him. Although Victoria sometimes wondered why an astounding man such as Vincent Li didn't confess his love, Britney always had excuses to obliterate all of Victoria's doubt. When Victoria wanted to confess her love, Britney always obstructed her intention.
One day, a woman started to throw herself at her beloved Vincent Li numerous times. Britany kept on pouring her more horrible thoughts, such as bullying her. Just like the usual pattern, at first, Victoria didn't want to until Britany, miraculously, manages to convince her to do the wretched stunt.
Vincent Li had known her antics but stayed silent because their family has a close relationship. His warning to her always ended up as an empty warning. Thus, the little villainess, without doubt, bloomed into a complete villainess.
In particular, after the arrival of May Zhang, the beloved childhood friend of Vincent Li, Britany's stories were like pouring oil into a fire. Thus, by trusting Britany's advice, she hired an assassin with Britany's recommendation as she planned to eliminate May Zhang's existence in this world.
May Zhang is only an insignificant person without a family. Her only merit is that her backing is the Li family because she and Vincent Li had known each other ever since they were small. Therefore, tacitly eliminating her wouldn't be a problem. At least, that is what she thought.
And yet, Vincent Li knew everything before she even successfully eliminated her.

Victoria elegantly stood up and took her bag while putting a kitchen knife for cutting meat inside it before she walked out of her apartment door with a blank stare.

Not long after, Victoria's eyes filled with a deadly stare as her mind filled with bad moments when she instantly lost everyone's trust and her luxurious life. She lost everything within a snap of a hand because of her coercing.
Victoria clutched her bag tightly, knowing for sure that she will need the knife soon after she arrived at her scheming friend, Britany.
On her way to this 'dear friend', her mind wanders about the methods she should take to torture this 'dear friend' of hers. She made a list in her head.1. Chop her fingers one by one and let her feel the pain for a week. Then, I continue with her wrist.

3. Give her some disgusting creature that wanders around her body
