15 Chapter 15: Sports Festival Announcement

DROP SKILL/ABILITY SUGGESTIONS

DROP MYSTERY BOX SUGGESTIONS

A/N: For the Skill ranks, I'm basing ranking them up (i.e. Low-newbie to Mid-Newbie) off of usage and the damage. Basically, imagine it like an MMORPG, hope this makes sense. I did this so that it's not just the usual: One day = master everything.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The day after the USJ incident, school was temporarily closed allowing for Yuuto to complete his daily goals quickly after waking up, and then following up by training his flexibility alongside his [Black Leg] Skill.

Unfortunately for him, it wouldn't be easy levelling up his Skills. Hence, even after spending the whole day training both flexibility and Black Leg, it still remained at the Low-Newbie Level.

Fortunately though, he could feel himself becoming a little more flexible after it. Normally it would be hard to tell the difference due to how small it was, but Yuuto was able to tell. This allows for Yuuto to maximise the potential and usage of the Black Leg style.

And so, with 1 free day, Yuuto spent it by: Gaining 3 stat points, a mystery box, becoming more flexible, and getting closer to Froakie (Who trained alongside him) - Which made Yuuto think of something.

'Technically... can't I use Froakie as a training partner? I can make him attack me, and all other things, making both me and him stronger at the same time... it's a win-win' He thought.

Another day passed, with the school finally being back open for the students.

Returning back to class, the students of class 1-A felt relief seeing everyone in perfect shape... well~, except for Aizawa who current looked like a mummy.

Aizawa, who say his students looking at him with concern, denounced his appearance by saying, "Don't concern yourselves over me. After all, the battle for you hasn't ended yet"

With his words and suspenseful pause, the class started thinking of what the 'Battle' may be. Most people's imaginations were thinking of 'More villains?!'

However, Aizawa's next words debunked these thoughts as he dryly announced: "UA's Sports Festival is approaching, boys and girls!"

"OH YEAH! FINALLY, A NORMAL SCHOOL ACTIVITY!" The class cheered in excitement

"A SPORTS FESTIVAL!!" Another cheered

"I keep forgetting this is an actual school!"

Shortly after, a student voiced an opinion that shortly silenced the class, "Wait! Wouldn't that be an event that makes infiltrating the school easy for villains?!... Is it really safe for us to do this festival?!"

Seeing the students' silence and slight worry, Aizawa sighed before saying, "On the contrary to that: Since we're going ahead with this, it means the school is confident is confident in its security - increasing the amount of police presence being five times bigger than normal.

What you should REALLY be thinking about is... what a HUGE chance the sport's festival holds for you all"

After this, the class took turns voicing what they knew about the festival, which includes:

- The fact heroes will be watching to scout the students of UA, whether it's the hero class, support class, etc.

- It's a festival that has taken the place of the Olympics in Japan.

- And that it's one of the biggest events in the whole of Japan, having a super high viewer count every year.

After all the Sports Festival talk in Homeroom, the day proceeded until it was break time, where almost all of class 1-A sat around each other, bringing multiple tables together in order to talk about things.

The main topic was obviously about the USJ, and the class were talking about what they had to deal with.

After a few minutes of people talking about their experience, Uraraka innocently popped up and said

"Actually. Yuuto, where were you when the portal guy surrounded us? I don't remember seeing you there with us"

With this comment, all attention was on Yuuto for a bit as he began to explain what happened to the class.

After his quick story, he saw the shocked faces of the class, causing him to cluelessly tilt his head a little, "Somethin' wrong?" He asked.

"WELL NO CRAP! How the hell did you manage to survive a punch from that monster!? Even All Might had to deliver about 500 punches - according to him - before sending him flying!" Kaminari exclaimed loudly in shock.

"Built different" Yuuto puffed his chest before laughing a little, "Nah, I'm joking. I mean, simple and quick answer is just 'coz of my quirk, I've already explained it to you guys, haven't I?" To which his question caused some of the class to shake their heads, leading to Yuuto quickly explaining

"My quirk is called 'Limit Breaker'. To be blunt and quick, my quick obviously allows me to break my limit, allowing me to get stronger mentally and physically as I break it"

"So..." Momo started, "Does that mean Nomu's punch actually made you 'Stronger'?" She asked, to which Yuuto nodded, shocking the class a little more.

"So basically, as long as you don't die in one hit, you get stronger?" Nejire asked, to which Yuuto nodded

'I really wish that were the case' Yuuto sighed inwardly before replying with, "Though, the only downside is I obviously still feel the pain every time. So I'd rather not get hit like that multiple times in order to get stronger. For now, atleast"

Anyway, shortly after the conversation moved to everyone's excitement for the Sports Festival, even Yuuto was quite excited - as the class found out from Aizawa that there would be a fight tournament similar to past years.

"What does everyone plan on doing?" Yuuto asked

Nejire: "Probably work on my stamina and accuracy a bit more. And get better at fighting, it's not really my strong point"

Kirishima: "Make my fists stronger! And improve my stamina a little as well"

Kaminari: "Most likely gonna try and withstand more of my electricity, and make them stronger if I can"

Momo/Sato: "Eat"

Ashido: "I'm gonna improve my fighting skills, in case I get to that stage!"

Everyone else then added their own plan (Bakugo and Todoroki obviously aren't there).

"What about you, Yuuto?" Nejire asked, to which Yuuto paused to think a little

"To be honest, I don't fully know just yet" 'I mean, I don't really think I need to train for the Sports Festival, I have the feeling I'll win easily'

" I'll probably focus on my flexibility and martial arts, but then obviously a little of everything else" He added.

"Hey! Yuuto!" Kirishima called out to him, to which Yuuto replied with a simple "What's up?"

"Do you mind helping me with my training if I need your help? If you're free of course" Kirishima asked whilst doing a very good job of hiding his fear of rejection.

"Of course, we're all friends here, and a class. I'd say it's our duty to help each other" Yuuto's reply made everyone nod in passive agreement, "Though, that doesn't mean I won't step over you all at the festival if I have to in order to get 1st place.

Don't forget, whilst we're all friends here. In a tournament, there's only gonna be one person left standing at the top"

His passive-aggressive remark lit a spark in the class's body, accomplishing what he wanted. 'Can't let them get too carefree and relaxed'

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A/N: Before people forget, remember that MC is still someone of their age, meaning he's actually friends with them and wants them to do the best they can.

I can't lie, by my calculations it'll definitely be a long while until Yuuto goes to another world. Not 'Long' as in 100 chapters, but I'd say that since we're in season 2 right now... we're probably 1/3 if not 1/4 of the way there (Since I actually plan for the MC to make connections with people in his class instead of being a lone-wolf)
