2 AUDITION
"Ms. Angel, they are waiting for you" said a man. I guess he's the secretary of the CEO. He leaded the way to the audition room
Other trainees kept on looking at me while we're walking. They keep on whispering to each other while looking at me. I glanced at my outfit to see if it's bad. I'm wearing a white over sized long sleeves polo and a navy blue high waist pants and a black shoes. The end of my polo is tucked in because its over sized.
There's nothing wrong with my outfit so I just shrugged it off
We stopped at a big door, labeled 'audition' in the door.
"Come in" The man opened the door for me so I let myself in
I saw a 2 older mans in suit. I recognized the CEO at the center and the other on on his left is Bumzu, the main producer of Pledis Ent. On his right is the producer of the SVT
"Anyeonghasayeo. Angel Joy imnida" i bowed at them
"Can you sing?" Bumzu asked. I nodded and the man earlier handed me a mic
I sang 'bye' by Gfriend since its the song i'm confident to sing.
"Can you rap?" Asked a girl producer
"A little?" I tried Irene and Yeri's line in their song 'Red flavor' and the CEO nodded while looking at my portfolio
"How about dancing?" I nodded and danced Gfriend's Rough while singing the lyrics
The CEO nodded "Your resume said that you're a fast learner?" The CEO asked and I nodded
"I'm a fast learner in dancing. I memorized red velvet's Badboy in just an hour" I said and they look impressed. It may be sound unreal but its real though
"Your voice is getting better. All we have to practice is how to breath so that your voice will be stable. Congratulations, you passed!" They all clapped and I bowed at them many times while thanking them
"Come here around 3 pm tomorrow and we'll talk about stuffs" the CEO said
"Thank you very much" I bowed again one last time to show respect. His secretary, the man earlier went to him and whispered something. Since the room is quiet. I heard what he said
"Seventeen just arrived from the world tour" the CEO nodded
"Take ms. Angel off and tell them to come to my office and we'll talk" I bowed again last time and his secretary lead the way again
I can feel a lot of eyes looking at me. Probably thinking why I'm with the CEO's secretary.
I saw seventeen walking towards us. The secretary stopped and make a way for them so i did it too. He bowed at them and i did it too. They stopped and look at us
"CEO's secretary! Anyeong!" Dk oppa happily said and wave his hand.
"The CEO wants to meet you in his office" he said. I looked at Joshua oppa- one of my biased. He's standing beside Jeonghan oppa. I looked at him while his talking with Seungkwan oppa.
I felt a gaze so I looked at my right and saw Jeonghan looking at me without an expression so I cant read what he's thinking. I felt my heart skipped a beat so I avoided his gaze
"Yes. He said to go there now" I came back to my senses as I heard the secretary talked to Scoups oppa
"Is that so? We'll go now" they bowed to us and we did too.
The secretary called a cab for me and he bowed and wave his hand as the car drove away. I shouted my thank you as the car drove away faster. I told the driver the cafe so that I can continue my work. A little steps and I can finally reach my dreams.
The next day, I woke up around 6 am and went to work. As usual, there's a lot of costumers. Jooha's not around since he have school so I only talked with Alyssa unnie. Around 3 pm, I went to the agency like what the CEO said
The guard greeted me so i did it too. A step inside the building, I saw the secretary waiting for me
"You're just in time ms." He said. I smiled and he leaded the way again. We stopped in the elevator and wait for it.
"The CEO seems to like you" i looked at him shock
"Like me?" The elevator was here so we went inside. I saw a man in all black. He's wearing a cap and a mask so I cant see his face. He's just standing in the corner with his head down and arm crossed.
The secretary didn't seem to know him so I just shrugged him off.
"Like you. I mean, he really likes you to debut. You did great yesterday though" the secretary said and pressed the 21st floor
"I don't think so. I'm really nervous"
"Hahahaha boss is kind. He doesn't have any kid so I guess he sees you as his daughter" he said with a smile
"Tell me more about your self. What are you doing nowadays?" He asked curiously that made me laugh
"You see, I'm from the Philippines. I'm 18 years old and I'm working at a cafe, its just a part time though" I said. My korean age is 18 and my international age is 17
"How about your parents?"
"I live alone here. They are in the philippines. I'm still surviving with the help of my unnie. Shes teaching me how to live here"
"Your sister?" He asked
"Nope. I don't have any sibling. She's just a friend but I'm treating her as my sister and she's older than me so I call her unnie" I answered
"You're fine being alone?" He asked worriedly
"Hahaha ofcourse I'am! I actually felt free now that I'm leaving alone" I said and smiled at him
"How about school? You're 18 so you still need to go to school" He asked
"If none, I can enroll you" He offered
"Thanks mr. Secretary but Unnie already enrolled me. SOPA" I said. He looked at me with an amused smile
"That's good. Drop the 'mr. Secretary' jusy call me Siwoon. When are you starting?"
"Okay mr. Siwoon hahahahaha. Next week so I still have a plenty of time" the elevator doors opened as we reach the 21st floor.
He guided the way again and we stopped in front of a glass door and I can see the CEO writing in his papers
Siwoon opened a little bit of the door and peeked on it "Sir? She's here" the CEO nodded so Siwoon opened the door widely and gestured me to walk in.
"Take a sit" CEO said and pointed out the chair in front him.
"You can now start practicing as a trainee but please, as much as possible, keep your identity from everyone you're not close with. Specially your classmates and others. Being a trainee here is a big secret okay?" He said and I nodded.
I actually told Jooha and Unnie but I trust them. They wont tell anyone. As of Jooha, i'll just talk to him later
"Sir, about my schedule. I actually enrolled in SOPA and my class starts at 9am - 3pm. Then I have a part time job at 8pm - 10 pm" I said
"Then practice whenever you have time. Practice around 4pm - 7 pm. You can do that since you already have a talents and it can easily be fixed" He said and smiled.
"Thank you sir! I'll really do my best to debut. When I have free time, i'll focus on practicing" I said and do a 'fighting' pose
He laughed and told me I can go. I stood up and bowed at him before going out of his office. I cant help but to smile while walking out of the building.
When I got to the 1st floor, I saw Jeonghan, Joshua, Woozi and Hoshi walking towards me so I bowed at them and happily walk out of the building.
