As Lisa stood up and moved to the seat in front of Y/n I signaled Jimin to sit beside Lisa, which he did "what are you doing?" I turned my head only for me to see Y/n looking at Jimin with a cold stare "sitting, what does it look like to you?" Jimin replied as I smacked him behind his head, turning around and looking at me with confusion plastered onto his face, I looked at him indicating that he shouldn't push "Park Jimin, what did you just say to me?" Y/n said as I witnessed Jimin along with Jungkook freeze.

[why do they always ruin the perfect plan?]

I thought to myself as I facepalmed and sat down beside her as she snapped her head towards my direction "and what are you doing Kim Taehyung?" She asked with a raised eyebrow as I shrugged and smiled "sitting beside you, I just wanted to sit beside you today" I said to which she only scoffed.

[this is harder than I thought]

I thought to myself and looked over to Jimin and Jungkook who were both in front of me sitting beside each other "Jimin" I called out as he turned around and looked at me "yeah?" He said oblivious to what I'm hinting "what time is it?" I asked giving up as he was too oblivious to know "it's currently 8:10 why?" I sighed as I looked over to Jungkook who seemed to be getting all my hints right "why isn't the teacher here yet?" I mumbled to myself, or so I thought "that's because we still have ten minutes left you idiot" I turned my head to my right as I saw Y/n looking at me with a bored expression.

As the teacher came after a few more minutes and directly started the lesson, I found myself glancing at Y/n from time to time. As soon as the lesson ended, I along with my friends made our way towards the door, as soon as we came out of that door we heard girls screaming while at the same time came running towards us "not this again" I heard Jungkook murmur in annoyance, as we stepped back I felt my back bump into something along with someone saying "watch out will you?" By the time I turned around to see who it was, Y/n was already looking at me, annoyance written all over her face, I felt a sudden euphoria rushing through inside me knowing that I had annoyed her in some way "Come on let's go" I heard Lisa say giving me a what seemed like a warning look before they walked off.

As they disappeared around the corner the screaming of the crowd that surrounded us only became louder as I turned my head to my right for me to see the others coming towards our direction "hyung!" Jimin exclaimed as he went to the others clinging onto Namjoon "what took you guys so long?" I asked as I went to walk towards their direction with Jungkook walking right behind me "Yoongi got surrounded by a bunch of girls and we went there to help him" Hoseok said looking over to Yoongi who only shrugged "let's go" he said as he began to walk to the cafeteria with us following behind, as soon as we stepped foot into the cafeteria girls instantly started fangirling "what kind of throats do they all have for them to scream almost 24/7?" Namjoon asked with a frown "I do think the same" Jin said and sighed as we began to sit on our spot.

Sitting with our food we began talking about random stuff "so Namjoon how was your class?" Jin called out to Namjoon who only shrugged as he opened his mouth after swallowing his food to speak "it was the usual, nothing new really" he said and began to eat his food once again "I didn't really pay any attention" Hoseok added as he earned a chuckle from Jimin and Jungkook "Y/n!" We heard a voice say "I need you to sign these papers before I forget" we turned our head to where the person was heading only for us to realize that Y/n and Lisa were sitting at the table that was right beside ours "is this for the chemistry competition?" Y/n asked as she took the paper along with the pen "yes, the others have been looking for you as well, I'll tell them to come here as you need to sign for the physics and biology papers as well" the girl said as Y/n nodded while handing her the papers that she just signed, at the same time two other girls came with papers in their hands as they handed them to Y/n for sign and thanking her for her approval as they bid their goodbyes after Y/n handing them the papers back.

"I wonder why they had to ask for her approval" Jungkook said as he stared at the girls who were chatting about something serious judging from their faces "why don't we ask them?" Hoseok said and shrugged as we looked at him in utter shock "hey Y/n!" He called out as Y/n turned to our table "yeah?" She said only looking at Hoseok "what was that all about?" He asked as he waited eagerly for a response "ah, it's about the science competition, specifically chemistry, biology, and physics" she replied as he nodded "but why did you have to sign those papers? Are you joining in for the competition?" He asked another question as we all sat there jaw dropped looking at him having a conversation with her as if they were long time friends "oh, no I'm not joining, I needed to sign those papers as I'm the head leader of the science club" she responded as Hoseok smiled "ah how do you join the competition? I think I could join the physics competition with my friend Namjoon here" Hoseok said as Namjoon looked at him with a confused face "well, you need write your name and your partner's name on this sheet of paper right here" she said as she stood up and walked towards Hoseok to hand out the paper "should I hand them to the girls earlier after this then?" He asked her while looking at the paper before grabbing a pen to write his and Namjoon's name on it "no you can give it directly to me" she replied along with a small smile "alright then, I hope I filled out everything correct" he said as he handed the paper back "your friend needs to sign this part as you guys are partners" she said pointing to where Namjoon would sign "ah okay okay, hey Namjoon sign this" Hoseok said as Namjoon grabbed the pen followed by him signing the papers "okay great, see you at the competition at 5:30 pm on Saturday then" Y/n said as she smiled at Hoseok to which he gladly returned "alright, 5:30 pm on Saturday right?" He asked as she nodded "I will be one of the judges, just do your best and don't forget about teamwork okay?" She said as Hoseok nodded while she returned to her table and continued to talk to Lisa "alright, I have set a reminder" Hoseok said as we all turned to him "tell me why I signed those papers?" Namjoon said looking at us with a shocked and surprised face "because you're going to help me and because you love me" Hoseok responded as we chuckled at Namjoon's reaction "I guess I'm in on the competition then" he said as we all looked at Hoseok with a surprised face.
