58 Chapter 58: Dorms

Alvar gave the demons two hours in total to finish assigning themselves their courses. Even when someone asked for assistance, she ignored them and pretended that she could not hear them.

Once the two hours passed, she finally spoke again.

"You should all be done. Or not. Don't worry about it. You have a week after the first day of school to select your classes. They begin on Monday so you have time to think them over and drop classes if you want.

Just like how you selected the classes, the dorms are able to be seen when you focus your mind on the dorms tab. That will tell you which dorm building is yours.

You are only able to get your dorm once you create a team though. Until then, you guys are stuck in the inn you stayed in before.

You create a team by focusing your mind on the team tab and opening it. Once you are in the team tab, focus your mana on the card and press it against another student's card. You will then have the option of being on the other person's team.

Your teams determine your dorms. The dorms are divided between mansions, villas, houses, and apartments from the largest and most elegant to smallest and most basic.

The higher you go, the more that comes with the housing. Apartments just have small bathrooms, houses have large bathrooms and kitchens, villas have all the same that a house has, are larger, and also have a private training area, and mansions have all the same that a villa has as well as rooms for all the contracted beings under a demon and comes with servants.

There are 5 mansions, 10 villas, 20 houses, and a bunch of apartments. Too lazy to count. You all get an apartment unless your team has a Ranker on it. Even if you have a Ranker or multiple, you still might get a house depending on their rank.

Since the SS ranks are here, they are guaranteed mansions. They most likely have already formed their teams though so anywhere between 2 and all 5 mansions are taken though that does not matter to you unless you join them.

The remaining mansions would go to the top Rankers and their teams before the next highest get villas, and then houses.

So, yeah. I've told you all you need to know. There are city maps in the inns or your dorms if you already made your teams. Bye-bye!"

And with a flash, the succubus left the classroom without waiting for any demons to ask any more (or any) questions.

Mordred did not even blink at the eccentric teacher's departure. He had grown used to it from being around his aunt for so long.

'I wonder if this is just a succubus thing. Every one of the ones that I get to know is an insane weirdo.'

Mordred let go of the thought before entering the team tab and inserting mana into his card. He put it up to both Persephone's and Satana's cards before they finished registering their team.

After confirming his dorm number, Mordred left his friends and the classroom full of demons trying to talk to him. He wanted to return and read up on information for his classes as well as reaffirm his information on the most common Dark Beings.

Pushing his way past the crowd, Mordred was able to make it into the hallway before exiting the building. He then left the inner district and made his way to the 2nd district.

Finding the dorm was very easy. There were only 5 large gates between the inner district and the second district that were numbered 1-5. Mansion 2 would obviously be near the second gate.

As soon as Mordred walked out the gate, he saw his dorm. The large mansion seemed to be at least 20,000 square feet but that was just the size of the main building. There was also a large, domed arena attached to the side as well as a large open space in the back of the mansion. All in all, the place was huge.

'Nyx. Make sure to grab my stuff from the temporary dorms later and bring it here.'

After sending out that mental message, Mordred made his way into his new temporary home before immediately making his way to the library, ignoring the servants that tried to greet him.

When he arrived, he was not surprised by the size but the number of books inside of it.

'It seems like the school supplies plenty of books or the old students left them here. Either way, I got plenty to read for now.'

Mordred had a small smile on his face as he began going through the bookshelves to try and find something interesting to read. But once he noticed that the books were not in any particular order, he changed his plans.

'Fools! How do you not organize a library like this? I can't even read in here knowing that these things are so out of order!'

Mordred began going through the shelves and began organizing the books in genres and categories.
