10 Temptation

***Correlates with Chapter 10 in One Lie***

"It's best we head back" Margus said while stretching. "You holding up alright? You have an odd habit of dozing off easily."

"Mm, I'm doing alright... What do you mean dozing off?"

"Yeah, you don't remember?"

"Not really"

"Well, I guess its understandable. You did trek this far after stealing what's mine." Margus said, giving her a mischievous knowing look, as if saying 'I'm not going to forget this any time soon.'

"Could you not... I didn't do it maliciously. I saw things, and it was calling out to me and I thought it would lead me to answers."

Stepping towards her, the girl couldn't tell what he was thinking. She was worried she had upset him again.

Closing the distance between them, Margus was now less than a foot away. As he stood there, staring down at her with a calm expression on his face, she stood firmly, looking up at him with large hazel eyes. Raising his hand to her face, she winced, expecting to be slapped. Instead, he held her gently by her jawline, bringing his face closer to hers.

"Do not misunderstand my kindness, little one." Margus's tone began to deepen. His voice steady, firm, and commanding. The heat of his body penetrating her own; his smell infecting her into a dream-like state. "If we are to journey together, there is but one rule; You will listen and obey. If at any moment you do not speak your mind to me, there will be repercussions." His gentle grip becoming more firm. "You will confide in me, regardless of whatever trust you may or may not have towards me. Otherwise, you will be but dead weight to me. I will cut out whatever toxin that enters my life, do you understand?"

It was too much to comprehend all at once. Her distractions didn't help either. She was melting with his touch, but understood the colors Margus was brimming with; His intentions were sincere and genuine, with a touch of caution...

"Yes" she spoke, a shiver running down her spine.

"Yes, what?" Margus demanded.

"Yes, I understand." She had submitted to him.

After hearing her reply, Margus shifted his hand and held her securely behind her neck, gripping her hair with just enough force.

"Look at me." He said to her, his eyes aglow, staring deeply into her own. "By no means am I forcing you on this journey with me. You have this opportunity to leave freely, in whichever direction you choose. But, if your choice is to stay beside me," Margus gripped her hair tighter and brought himself close to her ear to whisper, "then you will not get in my way."

Margus released her, his gaze unwavering; She breathed in deep, her breath having had escaped her earlier. He turned away, and began trekking back, turning once to look at her and say "Choose wisely, little blue bird. Whichever choice you make, will be the wrong one." Margus smirked, turning back to the long walk ahead.

There was no decision for her to make. She had found herself following behind Margus; Her heart squeezing tight as she took in the features of his broad shoulders and strong back. In silence they walked back, each in their own respective thoughts.

"A woman who sees, but knows nothing?"

"A man brimming with power but can't see?"

"Can she lead me to my brother?"

"Can he help me find my memories?"

Side by side, they walked together, comforted by the other's presence. As they reached the cabin, Margus had gone inside without a word, leaving the girl to do as she pleased. Peering inside, she saw Margus preparing for supper. Watching him, his aura grew stronger with emerald greens. She giggled, realizing what he was up to. This was one of his ways of coping with stress. He was mindlessly baking and cooking, all the while deep in thought. He wasn't actually present. Taking advantage of this, she decided to head in the direction Margus would normally take during his walks of zen.

Curiosity took hold of her as she traversed the forest. She wanted to know more about him, and was excited to see where he had gone every single day when he was nursing her back to health. To her surprise, she found herself in front of a beautiful clear lake. 'A lake? Is this where he went every day?' she thought to herself. Beside the lake, she took note of a strange pile of wood; Chunks and chips in an elongated fashion. 'odd...' she pondered.

Looking back at the lake, she felt an urge to dive in. 'Ugh, it has been a few days. What I would give for a bath... Eyup, I'm doing it.'

With that, she ran right into the lake without a care to give. Fully clothed, she let herself soak in the cool waters. After a time, she removed her clothing to dry in the late afternoon sun. She felt refreshed; the water gliding against her luscious curves. Her hair was long enough to kiss the full curve of her plump ass. She desired nothing more than to remove the grime and sweat from her body. She felt embarrassed while near Margus; Comparing herself to him, she felt filthy and undesirable. A part of her wanted to impress him; to attract him. She turned red just thinking about it. She dove deep into the lake, massaging her scalp as she came to surface. She floated across the lake for a time, lightly scrubbing her body. Occasionally, she would touch herself just right; a feeling of euphoria would overtake her. Touching further, she crossed her legs together, slowly sinking into the lake. She rubbed herself deeper, periodically kicking to the surface for air. The loss of oxygen excited her; and she began to enjoy rubbing her clit more and more. Images of Margus would cross her mind; his voice echoing in her mind as he whispered in her ear. Her body twitched and ached as she pleasured herself, pinching her nipples and writhing in ecstasy. As she was submerged, she could feel her heart beat within her chest, begging her to come up for air. So close to her climax, she held on a little while longer. Her back arched, and her body spasmed and twitched in pleasure; her mind growing blank and fuzzy while her eyes shifted rapidly. All that existed at that moment was bliss. She could not think, nor act, and most certainly couldn't breath. Her body felt as though it was being lifted upwards. Her senses returning as she floated across the surface of the lake. She took in a deep breath, just barely satisfied with satiating her gnawing hunger.

Partially returning back to shore, the girl was in a daze. She looked back, already reminiscing of what took place. The girl was easily aroused, her very juices overflowing once more; mixing with the water droplets on her skin, and flowing into the lake. She bathed in the sunlight, allowing it to warm her. She squeezed the water from her hair and gave a sigh of dissatisfaction. Her body showed what she desired; Her cheeks were rosey red, nipples hard and erect, and her labia puffy, pink, and hot.

Before she heard it, she sensed Margus, jolting her heart. 'Is he near?' she asked herself. As if in answer, the brush behind her bustled and out came a stumbling Margus, clearly annoyed. Rather than being embarrassed, a thought crossed her mind; 'How is he going to react, seeing me this way?'

Margus had caught himself before falling over. His stomach grumbling and annoyance clouding his mind. He had finished cooking and desired to eat, but the girl had gone again. Though mostly hungry, he did find himself worry over where she had gone this time. Raising his head to look up, he most certainly found her, in all her glory. She was standing in the lake, back to him, fully naked. She held her hair to her chest, completely exposing her backside. Looking at her slender neck, he quickly shifted his eyes to her ass. She was glistening in the orange-red sunlight as it was setting. The girl turned her head and shifted her body just enough to look at him. He froze, his hunger replaced by a new one. He attempted to look away, awkwardly straightening himself, but she locked her eyes to his. Margus couldn't break away from her gaze; he cursed aloud by mistake, "Fuck." She giggled at his discomfort and held out her hand. Taking hold of his dignity, he called himself an idiot and began walking towards her without breaking eye contact.

Burning her image in his mind, Margus debated with himself.

'No signs of being appalled, and the giggle was a good sign. Whip it out and take her.'

'For fucks sake, what is wrong with you? That is not how you build trust. That is how you LOSE IT.'

'She is clearly okay with this situation. What's the worst that could happen?'

'Impregnating her and forgetting your GOD DAMN MISSION.'

'I'm not gonna forget... its fine, besides, something about her is very... alluring.'

'Oh yeah, real honorable Margus. Just keep thinking with your prick.' Lawson's voice replaced his conscious.

'… Fuck.'

'Yeah, no, no fuck.'

'No, no I know. Just a temporary set-back. Giving in so easily would take the fun out of it anyway.'

'True... but you also know she isn't stable. You care too much, I know you, Margus.'

She waited for Margus to approach her. His colors excited her; He was struggling. His usual greens shifted, and a shade of red was introduced. She had seen red once before, and it was due to his anger towards her for stealing from him. This time though, it was maroon and his gold brightened. He certainly didn't seem angry. 'Ugh, I totally want to tease him right now. Show some more emotion already!' She thought.

Margus closed the distance between them. Taking her hand into his own, he pulled her into him. She looked surprised, 'Something is different. The maroon is thinning.' He had closed his eyes, and with one swift movement, removed his cloak and draped it around her. She could never quite understand him. As she thought this, he had placed a hand within the cloak, firmly holding her hip. She began blushing, now feeling embarrassed; 'Fuck...' she thought. His hand moved in further, now touching her back. He dragged his nails against her skin. A shiver was sent down her spine, 'The maroon is thickening again...' Having felt no resistance, that taste of temptation led his lips to hers. An echo in his mind cried out from his heart.

*Take what is yours*

Time seemed to freeze for the two; The world around them forgotten. Margus opened his eyes, honey gold irises prevalent. He would have her, but now wasn't the time nor place. He picked her up in a princess carry instead, and carried her back to shore. Her thoughts began scrambling. Before placing her down, he made sure to cup her breast. Her face reddened deeply, not knowing if this was intentional or not. Placing her down, he gave her a look she couldn't understand. He broke away and began walking back to the cabin.

Though confused, she smiled knowing she had stirred something in him. She hugged his cloak and felt the warmth he left behind in it. It smelled of sweet cigar and sandalwood.
