Sam put his bag on his desk. He did not even bother to switch on his laptop. He went to Cletan's cubicle.

"What time are you meeting with Christine for your session?"

Rick saw Sam at Cletan's desk. So, he also went there to check what they were discussing.

"Sam, we have already started our sessions. I will send you a daily report on the progress."

"Good morning, Rick."Cletan noticed Rick coming in their direction. He changed their topic of discussion.

"Good morning Rick. You are early today?" Sam quickly greeted Rick when he saw him approaching them. He understood Cletan's intentions.

"Hmm. I have to attend to some personal matters in the afternoon. I am also taking time off tomorrow. Sam, if any urgent work matters need my attention then call me on my cellphone. By the way, what were you both discussing early in the morning?"

"I was taking updates from Cletan on his KT's. Is everything Alright with your family? You are suddenly taking this leave."

"It's nothing serious. My wife insisted on going out on a mini-vacation. I am only granting her wish." Sam and Cletan smiled at Rick's explanation. Cletan had experienced his wife's mood swings and had handled tantrums. Sam was not married but he was ready to be a wife slave for his sweetheart.

"I am almost done with architecture design for our new integration that Christine will be working on. I had scheduled call with you in the afternoon to mull over it. Should I postpone it to Monday since you won't be there"?

"Please move it to Monday. You come along with me. I need your inputs on some of the incidents pending in our queue. Would you Call Paul too, he is support lead so he should be aware of our current issues?"

First, Sam went to call Paul and then, followed Rick to discuss incidents from the support team's queue.

"Looking at his dark and gloomy face, I have lost my courage to discuss the technical challenges that I am facing on the story. Why is he in bad mood today?" Kylie has come to Cletan's desk when she saw Rick and Sam leaving his workstation.

"Good morning Kylie, it is better if you discuss your challenges sooner or you get ready to hear mean words from our boss. He is in bad mood but he won't take his anger out on you. I have already said my prayers to God for that person who is asking for beating."

"Only you know, your bro the best. I will take your advice and meet him today. Thank you so much. What will we do once you left this company?" Kylie made a sad face. Oh my God, Who will help her in judging Boss's Mood? She can imagine that she is having a hard time in the future.

Sam had a very long discussion with Rick and Paul. When he came out of the meeting room, it was 10 in the morning. He then checked his cellphone for any missed calls, texts. He had put his phone on silent mode during the meeting. There was a text message from Cletan -

"Bro, You are offline on Skype. I have sent you the screenshots of my conversation with Christine. Check out your inbox later when you get a time." He entered his cubicle and unlocked his laptop. There was an unread email from Cletan. He went through the email contents.

His sweetheart was not feeling well. These two people are meeting only in the evening. His heart aches for his sweetheart. He failed to protect her from that whore and did not take good care of her. If he had gotten rid of Lisa long ago then would this incident have happened today? His face was dark and gloomy for an entire day. Per Cletan's advice, Kylie decided to approach Sam.

"Sam, I am facing some technical challenges in my user story. Can we discuss it now?"

"Hmm. Pull up a chair and let's get started on it."

Kylie started explaining her approach to incorporate the technical requirements and what are the challenges she has faced so far. After half an hour, Sam started massaging his temples.

"Kylie, If there is a simple solution available to implement the requirements then Why did you use this logic?"

"Sam, I would try to code my solution. I did not think that my approach would not be the best approach to these requirements. Sorry, Next time, I would be more careful." Kylie knew that she has messed up her story.
