11 I will never allow anyone to bully you

"I dare you to say that again." No one knew When Ray had arrived. Sandra quickly shut her small mouth and hide behind Sean.

"Christine, Lisa and you two follow me to Mark's office." Ray pointed to Sean and Sandra while saying this.

"Don't you all have work to do? Everyone seems to be idle." Everyone returned to their seats. Today's fight in office was no less than television drama.

Mark got a headache when he saw them entering into his cabin. He asked Ray to explain why they were all is here. He became very angry. These people don't want to obey his orders. Today, he should teach them a lesson.

"Christine, tell me what have you decided. I had given you 48 hrs but I want your answer now."

"Mark, I have made my decision. I will take up this role." He was satisfied with her answer.

"Good. Go to the medical centre and apply ointment to your injury. Then, continue working on what you were doing earlier." Christine nodded her head and left the scene.

"Lisa, did not I told you yesterday that If you think that we have done injustice to you then put down your resignation. I don't want a resource like you who bullies other resources. Don't you think that I don't know what kind of work you do in the project? I have always ignored your behaviour. I thought that you will realise your mistakes but you are still the same. This time, you have gone overboard. I will never tolerate this kind of behaviour from anyone in this project or this company."

"Sean, I want you to assign Christine's user stories to Lisa. I want a daily report from you on the progress she has made on all the stories."

"Lisa, I don't know how you will plan to complete your stories before the end of this iteration but make sure you complete them without any major bugs else prepare your resignation letter and keep on my table on the first day of next iteration."

"Sandra, Stop meddling in other's business. As your punishment, you are going to schedule one brown bag session(SME can choose any topic to share knowledge in this type of session ) in our project bay."

"Ray, you stay back with me. Everyone else can leave now."

" Ray, Stop supporting Lisa. Sooner or later, She will create trouble for all of us. Don't blame me if I make any major decision at that time. I know that you don't like Christine for whatsoever reasons but can you please stop ignoring others mistake. If you want to oppose us on this matter, then go ahead and complain about me to Denise (Delivery Head). Do you think Denise is not aware of this matter? She supports this decision. I can't reveal it to you yet why have we decided to send Christine there. You will get to know eventually in a few months. Don't act rashly otherwise, you will be the only one responsible for your reckless actions. Now, Off you go to handle your matters. Be nice to Christine for the next few days until she is here."

"I won't let such incidents happen in my project again. Sorry for the trouble that my team has caused here today. I will take my leave now." Ray was scared. Now, He had an epiphany that there was someone powerful than Mark who was supporting Christine and that's the reason behind Mark's decision of sending Christine but he had never realised it before. He can understand why Mark supports Christine all the time. He needs to be careful when he speaks to Christine.

Mark had managed to handle this situation here but he has to inform one more person about today's mess. If that person gets to know this from someone else, he will make everyone suffer in this project.

Thinking about that man, Mark felt his face is dripping with sweat. He gathered his courage and dialled Sam's number.

" Sam, did I disturbed your sleep? I know it's quite early for you but this matter is related to Christine so I thought of reporting to you immediately."

"I am outside home, Jogging in the park. Tell me, What happened to her? Did she found her excuse to refuse this role?" Sam found a bench nearby and sat down there.

"No, that's not the case. This morning, She has informed me that she is accepting this role. She has even started all formalities. This is a different matter." Suddenly, he lost all his courage to talk further. He started regretting his decision to call this guy before thinking about it properly. Sam would not take this issue casually .
