Sandra saw Christine leaving with her bag. When she came to know that Christine is leaving for the day, She suggested going for snacks break. Christine did not object to her idea. Sandra immediately tagged along with her to Global travel desk. Christine gave them her travel dates. The team informed her that they will email her air tickets once she uploads her Passport scan copy with business visa.

Afterwards, When Christine was done with her work at Travel desk, Sandra and Christine went to Starbucks outside the office building. This outlet was just opposite to their office building so they were frequent visitors here. Sandra and Christine placed their orders. Being a Coffee Lover, Sandra had ordered Cappuccino while Christine went on ordering Mango Dragon fruit Lemonade. They waited until Server served their orders.

"Christine, how did you managed to leave office so early today? Are not you afraid of Ray scolding you for slacking off?"

"Why would I worry about him when big boss ordered me to do so?"

"Do You mean Mark told you to leave early ???"Sandra thought Since when did Mark become generous to allow someone to leave early.

"Nope. Mark did not say that."

"If not Mark then who gave you permission to leave ?" Sandra became more confused and curious to know the answer.

"Your Male God told me to leave after I have finished my work related to travel. He told me I do not need to report to Ray in the project bay."

Upon hearing this, Sandra nearly screamed.

"What ??? When did this happen? You chatted with him but did not mention anything to me. How could you do this to me?"

"Why should I tell you? By the way, it was a phone call. We were not chatting over Skype."

"Are we still friends? I have not heard his voice for more than 24 hrs." Sandra made a sad puppy face.

"You seems to forget that he is our big boss. I wanted to get an answer from him on Skype but he said that he is heading out for lunch and then he asked my number. I was already very nervous thinking about how to make conversation with him. Would I have time to think about anything else?"

"Okay, but at least tell me what did you both talk?"

Christine had a bad feeling about this. This lady asked her questions like her mother. What's there to tell her? It was all work or trip related. Christine still narrated their entire conversation. However, Sandra's facial expressions were ugly.

"I had always said that he is a nice guy. Did not he speak more than 5 sentences? He is down to earth like all people have said before. You were the only one who had a negative impression of him. I am telling you to be a good girl and be nice to my Male God. Don't say nasty things about him. I won't like it. Try to become his friend. Tell him about this loyal disciple. When I get there, it will be easy to get along with him. I have a strong feeling, he won't refuse to go with me on a date."

Christine inwardly Sighs. Sandra is daydreaming again.

"Sandra, Did not you said Sam has not returned to the country for 5 years now. He is Talented, Successful young man. I believe that he must be someone from well to do family. Moreover, He is graduated from a top engineering institute in our Country and has masters from Top management school. If he has everything that everyone dreams of then why is he not visiting his home? Could it be that he is not close to family or could it be that he has a conflict with them? Could it be that he already has someone by his side in Country N who his family does not approve of So, he is avoiding home? I am just speculating here. Don't you think that it's strange for a person to not visit home for 5 long years?"

"Ever since I have seen his pictures from on-site project parties, I thought that he will visit our office at offshore and I will get a chance to introduce myself to him but he has not come here till now. I have waited for 3 years but that day has not come yet. There must be a reason behind him not visiting home. When you go there, You will eventually come to know if he has a girlfriend or not. I have always considered him as my idol. He is number one in everything he does but he may have his own flaws."
