As I stood in front of the queen I saw her expression turning from shocked to amusement to shock again she looked at me and said and '
'"how sure are you that I am your grandma child"
the queen asked me this and I replied
" I knew I was related to you cause I saw you in one of my visions I am what a magical wizard will call a seer I can see images and clips of the future I saw myself going to Hogwarts going to Gringotts and finding my self as a pendragon heir so I thought it would be better if we meet on earlier on than in the future"
the queen and everyone in the room felt short that I can see the future they were flabbergasted for a moment until the queen said
" oh my what else did you say about the future"
I replied
" many things but I can't share them with you as futures are always changing so there is no point in discussing so are you guys gonna adopt me as some things are going to happen in future and I need to prepare myself early on and I will need time as much as I can"
the queen and Charles hard Margaret looked shocked than the queen said
" very well done we are here to adopt you Michael would you like to go home with us"
I was happy as has given being an adult in a child's body I still had some child's emotion and finally having a family makes me happy so I replied

Queen: don't mind Charles Michael he may be a bit cold towards you but he is a good person in heart

Queen: the queen laughed and said you are too old for age don't you think Michael

as we enter the palace released a big hall and several maids who created us more specifically grandma as we entered I saw all the people look towards me and my hand that was holding their Queen's hand.
Queen: everyone this child is named Michael and he shall live in the palace from now and is a part of the royal family so so shall be respected as one.
they all look so spooked by the unidentified prince of the royal family then grandma call for her Butler and told him to arrange a room for me and told me to follow him I followed him to a room which according to him is right next to the queen I entered the room and is bigger and beautiful than any presidential suite I ever saw in my life. it was massive but as I am tired I went on the bed and lied on it it was comfortable, the butler then told me if I needed anything I can call him by a remote in the drawer right next to the bed. and then he left.
you may be thinking of me being a seer well I am not well technically I am as I know about the future and I can use it to my advantage and I needed proof as a 4-year-olds reason got to Gringotts and claiming heirship. so a seer is a better option as it will give me many advantages in the future but as I am tired right now I should take a rest now. so I closed my eyes and went to dreamland.
(Queen's POV)
I saw Michael going towards his room I look towards the market and ask her Margaret now what should we do about Michael identity the world will soon find out that he is living with us in the palace.
Margaret: we can tell the world that he is a distant relative of the family as Prince Charles said this way we don't have to explain his highness prince Michael's origin.
Queen: you are right but you are forgetting he is a child and doesn't have a parent the world will ask about that and we need to have a perfect reason and answer for that.
Margaret: then we can say that they are no more and we can not tell about their identities due to security reasons and then we can use several media outlets under our control to stop the people to be curious about his highness parentage and focus them on something else but it will be better than the prince Michael's introduction to the world should not be massive by making him a prince of England after prince William and it shall be done before this weekends as we will shift the news toward some other massive news around the world cup cricket. as it has a higher public view as the final is in 1week on 25 June.
Queen: wonderful plan Margaret very well then Margaret take care of it it shall be done on this coming Saturday and send a letter to the magical bank and thank them for their work. and I shall take care of Michael for the time being.

as I opened my eyes I felt my self hugged in someone's arms I look behind me and saw grandma sleeping while hugging me in her arms I was shocked and they smiled feeling the familial love from her as I tried to get away from her moved a bit she slowly opened her eyes feeling my discomfort and said.
"oh you woke up my child"
Michael: yes I did grandma why are you here are you comfortable sorry to wake you up
Queen: no I am good it is okay
Michael: grandma I have something to ask when you found out I was one of your own why did you believe it to be true why didn't you question me about it all.
Queen: well because I felt it in a way when u called me grandma I felt it I don't know what it was but I felt the need to take care of you and we already had the goblins telling us that you are part of the family so there was no need to question
Michael: thank you.
then the queen hugged me for some time and then she inquired that if I was hungry and I was so she left me to get something to eat. after some time she came back with a plate with two sides of the sandwich and a cup of Hot Cocoa.it was nice I guess then as we were talking there was a sudden ringing of a bell seems to me like it was the house bell or more in my case a palace it seems Charles came then Charles came into the room I was at guided by the butler opening the door he entered and greeted up and took out an envelope and opened it and said
Charles: well good evening mother and William I hope you are a good child well your report came and you would be happy to know that you are indeed the part of the royal family .distant but apart as I show 99%similarity in our DNA as mother and your genes matches and it shows you are part of the family now well as this is done now its time to get you instated in the family officially and I think mother have plans about it if you my mother.
the Queen smiled and then said
Queen: well yes I did will be in instating Michael as the prince of Oxfordshire so as William will be the next in line and yes we .me and Michael have already talked about it and he is not interested in being the next in line of the throne but rules and regulations are the reasons the royal family survived for so long. so we shall announce the world of his existence in a few days and shall only the information of him being a distant relation shall be disclosed to the world and the. Queen making him the prince shall be the main point of the royal announcement.
Charles: very well then mother it shall be done mother in two days.
well, that was that. and it was soon Saturday the announcement was supposed to be done and here I am at the main balcony waving my hand toward people as I am announced as the second prince of United Kingdom heir to the second in line of the throne after William (u know just for popularity and stuff)
