My eyes are stretched to the extent they are about to fall out.

My face is contorted in pain.

Heart about to explode.

Deep within me is something banging a door… a seal about to break.

I want to kill.

Someone is crying out my name. But, I see no one in the shadowy alley other than the one before me.

-KILL! THEY HAVE TO DIE! KILL THEM ALL!

This absolute demand for murder is devouring my mind.

Lili's spear is in my trembling hands. Like a monster waiting to be unleashed.

[They have to die… For their sin is too big for me to forgive!]

My eyes focus on the only person around me.

[It's him! Fuckin kill him!! No… wait!]

[Lili! Where's Lili?]

I try to scream but, nothing comes out.

No matter how much I want to shout, how much I want help… No one comes.

I'm all alone.

My body is no longer mine.

I slowly walk towards the oblivious man before me.

"Mashta… close… here…" I hear his muffled voice.

My spear is ready.

Eyes contorted in evil.

My body rocking in madness.

It all fades away in an instant.

Color returns to my world.

The tip of the spear stops just a few inches away from her neck.

Panting to get my breathing under control, I collect myself as fast as I can.

"Hohohuu… doesn't she look loaded tonight?" says one of the three men before me.

A Raccoon- Animal Person and two Humans are walking towards us.

Infuriating grins are plastered on their faces. Eyes gleaming in unhidden greed.

My sweat covered neck cranes towards Lili.

Her scared eyes, shivering frame, and clenched fists are speaking for themselves.

/ Argus, I know you're angry at me… but please I'm begging you! Do nothing irrational. /

[You better not speak to me ever again! I almost killed her because of you!]

/ I-I… Understood. /

[Think Argus! There's gotta be a way outta this…]

After the last deep breath, I tap on Lili's trembling shoulder.

My red eyes are reflecting on hers. The remnants of my madness are still there.

[Wait, a min… I can use this to my advantage!]

Mouthing 'stay here' I gaze at three men before me.

"You with the shrimp, boy?" asks the Raccoon-Person in the middle, with a sneer on his face.

"Fuck off kiddo while I'm lettin'a… I wouldn't mind guttin a bitch." Spoke another.

"M-master Argus, the inn is right around the corner… Wait for me there… I'll see you there in a minute?" Lili said as her lips stretch in a painful attempt to convey a reassuring smile.

In response, I take a step forward- Shielding her from their gaze.

My eyes getting maddening-red by the second. While a round of their laughter echoes in the quiet alley.

"Ha! Look at this clown… The hero descends! Haha… Ohh! I'm dyin!"

"Aye! Shit your protectin ain't no princess boy! Go back to them mama's tittes… and take me along with'ya!"

"Enough! Have ya'all forgotten? Arde is our family! How could you disrespect her little toy'ere? Now then… let's get this over with… What do you say, Arde?" says the Raccoon-Person as he flashes a bloodthirsty grin. His eyes leaking every intention to kill.

But, before Lili could open her mouth to speak, I walk towards the three men with slow and steady steps. The spear is grasped in my right hand.

Standing only a single step away from the Raccoon-Person, my eyes glares into his's.

My shoulder's merely reaching his chest.

[I'm up against three level 1s. A tap is all it would take…]

-SHING!

"Wah… you wana start something you lill'punk!?" snarls the man while drawing a sword from his waist.

I'm only a few seconds from having my head spinning in the air.

Then, suddenly!

My eyes open wide in shock!

Slowly raising my trembling left hand, I point my finger behind them. Their 5 o'clock to be exact.

"Hugh? Why is SHE NAKED?!?"

Three 'big heads' and a 'small one' spins towards the direction I pointed. Allowing me a one-second window to attack.

The spear in my right hand comes alive.

-SWISH!

-TRITCH!

My beautifully executed thrust stabs exactly where I wanted it to- The Raccoon-Person's balls.

-AAAHHHHH…!

My lips curve in satisfaction as a heartbreaking - high pitch scream pierces through the silent night.

*Re-Directive Blink*

Letting go of the spear, I activate Re-Directive Blink.

[Now let's see…]

My spear is impaled where I wanted it too. It's just that it went in a little too deep.

The Raccoon-Person's fancy expression is like gentle warmth to my soul.

The other two men are frozen in confused-fluster. Their eyes glued on the tip of the blade coming out of the other side of his body.

[Let's check on Lili…]

Lili's focused eyes greet me. Her hands in the middle of throwing something towards the two Humans.

[What are those little black balls? Smoke bombs?] I wonder.

30 seconds are almost up.

Canceling Blink, I grab the end of the spear and break a dash towards Lili.

-HEYYIA!

-BUSHHHH…

Time resumes. The balls Lili threw heads straight towards the two humans and explodes into blackish-red smoke.

"AHHA! My eyes!!" Comes a cry from behind.

While dashing towards Lili I shout, "On me!"

Before running past her. Lili follows a second later.

And another second later, she surpasses me along with her enormous bag. While shouting her panic, "SHIT! SHIT! SHIT! SHIT…"

[Man, I need a Falna…]

"Lili! Turn right!" I shout again.

It was an alley I noted while wandering here. It ended with a dead-end but that 'dead-end' was only 8 meters tall.

In the alley, there is no one to see me 'teleport' so I can now Blink at will.

"Grab my hand, Loli!"

Once again activating Blink, I aim the Exit Point at the top of the 8-meter wall and initiate it. Blinking alongside her.

Being in physical contact with me during Blink allowed Lili to see how my Blink works.

She saw the Exit Point moving. She saw herself running towards the dead-end and reappear on top of it the next second.

Re-Directive Blink didn't activate since I was sprinting- making forced movements. Spearing her from a mental breakdown. But she was still shocked into silence.

Looking at her super cute silly expression I instructed, "Keep running… and don't let go of my hand."
