24 The savior's identity
Kresha thought for a moment .Seriously?
He is willing to risk his life for me, he want to protect me and he want to start over again with me.
What happened? Why he suddenly change? Should I give him a chance? What if his feelings changed? What if he hurt me again?
I guess, Im not yet ready for it.
"Lindon I'm---"
"Kresha." Lindon interrupted her. "I know what you're going to say. But I'm willing to wait. I'm not rushing you. I know that it's hard for you to believe me. But just give me a chance. I'm willing to wait even after fifteen years." Lindon said.
Kresha thought for a moment and nodded.
The entire room become silent for a moment.
"It's time for you to take a rest." Kresha said when she can't find any words to say.
"You're leaving?" Lindon asked and loneliness flush in his eyes.
"No, I will stay here. I will be watching you." Kresha replied.
Lindon smiled he took her hand and kissed it. Then he hold her hand tightly as if he is afraid that she might leave.
Kresha's heart skipped a beat. She is still thinking about what Lindon said.
He is right, it's hard for her to believe his words. She was hurt for fifteen years.
And when she was ready to let go, he suddenly changed.

"You failed to your mission again Jack!" Arriene yelled at the man sitting on the couch while stroking his swollen arm.
"I almost kill them but someone suddenly came and helped them!" The man replied. He balled his hand when he remember the person who helped Kresha and Lindon.
Arriene froze." What ?! Somebody helped them?!"
"Yes! And he moved so fast! He even defeated me in just a short period of time." Jack replied.
"Ha! I thought you are excellent in martial arts! If I have only know that there is someone who is better than you, I would never hire you!
Arriene is so angry! She wanted to hit Jack and vent her anger to him but her phone suddenly ring!
He violently pick up her phone and answer it.
"You really dare to harm her huh?" The strong and cold voice came from the other line.
Arriene's brows raised. She thought for a moment." So you're the one who helped them, don't you?"
"Yes I am!" The man from the other line did not deny.
Arriene gritted her teeth. "She's a big burden to all my plans!"
The man on the other line speak. " What plan? Revenge? Do you think revenge could make things better? It will only destroy you!" The man on the other side is obviously angry.
"Besides, your revenge would be useless! Grandpa is dead already, so why don't you just leave them alone!?" The man added.
"Leave them alone? Hahaha!" Arriene laughed sarcastically. "I know how grandpa suffered when he lost the company! I know how many times did he attempted to kill his self just to runaway from all the problems! So if you won't help me to avenge grandpa, fine! I can do it on my own!"
"I am warning you Arriene! Never ever dare to harm Kresha! You won't like me when I'm mad!" And then the man ended the call.
"Ggrrrr!" Arriene roared like a mad lion! "Big brother! You're useless!" She almost smash her phoneon the floor.
"Boss don't worry, I will finish my missio---" Jack was not able to finish his word because Arriene suddenly yelled.
"No!" Arriene yelled.
Jack knitted his brows. "Why?"
"From now on we can't touch her!" Arriene replied." Somebody is protecting her!"
"Who is her protector that made the fearless Arrriene become a coward?" Jack smirked.
Arriene glared at Jack. "I'm not a coward! I just don't want to lost the only family that is left in me!"
"Hahahaha!" Jack laughed as though he heard a ridiculous joke!
Arriene glared at Jack again. "What are you laughing at?!"
"I never thought that you still have a soft side in your heart!" Jack continued to laugh.
"Shut up!" Arriene yelled.

Meanwhile, at the mansion in Red Wood Mansions.
A man with a black angel tatoo on his back put his phone at the top of the bedside table.
He is Arriene's big brother! They have a deffirent mother but the same father. They grew up together with their Grandfather.
He glance at the picture frame at the top of the table. He stroke his finger on the photo. His gaze is gentle as if he is looking at the woman he love.
"Kresha, I will protect you as long as I Iive. Even if I lost the only family that is left in me." He said while staring at the photo.

Kresha is standing at the balcony of the Tang old residence.
She is looking up at the sky. The cold breeze blow which made her shiver.
"It's late, you should take a rest little princess." Elder Tang speak behind her.
Kresha turned and look at her grandpa." I can't sleep grandpa." She replied.
"Why?" Her grandpa asked.
Kresha take a deep breath before she speak.
"Grandpa, I am thinking about the person who helped us back to the night when Lindon was shot."
Her grandpa look at her." Don't think too much about it. What's important is both of you are safe."
Kresha revealed a faint smile and nodded her haed.
Outside the Tang residence. The man is hiding outside the Tang residence's gate.
He can see Kresha from the spot where he is hiding.
" Kresha I'm glad to know that you are safe." The man mumbled.
He stood there for a while.
He did not leave in his spot until he saw Kresha get inside the house.
