67 The end
Kresha felt happy to see Lindon slowly go back to his normal self.
He is always beside her and he would always accompany her every monthly check-up.
They already bought the dresses for their baby. They had already completed everything.
At the first week of June year 2004.
Kresha woke up at 4 am she feel uncomfortable.
She feel a bit pain in her abdomin.
She thought that it's just a normal pain, so she did not mind it much.
She can't sleep back , so she just get up from bed and headed to the kitchen to cook for breakfast.
The pain that she felt earlier have subsided already.
But after a few hours, she can feel the pain again.
And she would urinate every once in a while.
But then the pain would subsided again.
"Oh! Why do I feel pain but it would gone after a while? And then after a few hours, I can feel the pain again.?" Kresha stroke her abdomin.
"Sweetheart?" Lindon called Kresha when he saw her stroking her abdomin.
"Huh?!" Kresha turned her head to Lindon's direction.
"Are you all right?" He asked.
"Uh, yeah... I'm all right." She replied.
"Are you sure?" Lindon asked her with doubt.
Kresha nodded her head. "Hmmm.."
Yeah, She thought she's okay.
But at five pm, she can feel the pain again.
But this time, the intervals of the pain is only one hour.
Kresha did not eat her dinner. The pain that she felt become severe and she don't have the appetite to eat.
"Are you sure, you're really all right?" Lindon asked her again.
Kresha thought for a moment.
No! I think I am not all right! This pain is not normal at all!
I think, I'm giving birth tonight!
With that thought, Kresha looked at Lindon and speak in a calm voice.
"Hey, could you get ready everything?" Kresha asked.
This time, she can really feel the severe pain in her abdomin and around her hips.
"Are you giving birth now?!" Lindon asked in a excited and nervous voice.
"Uhm, I... I think so... I can feel the severe pain in my abdomin and around my hips.
And it wasn't gone at all!" Kresha replied.
"Wha!?" Lindon's eyes went wide open.
"I've already feel the pain this morning, but I thought that it was just normal. But tonight, the pain become severe and I would urinate every once in a while." Kresha explained.
"Why you have not told me right away?!" Lindon asked.
"Hey! Are you going to scold me or bring me to the hospital?!" Kresha almost yelled.
She bit her lower lip as she started to feel the pain again.
Lindon snapped back to his senses!
Right! It's not the right time to scold her!
"Uh!... uh... all... all right! I'll bring you to the hospital now!" He quickly said.
He pick-up the bags which is stuffed with the things that Kresha and their baby needed.
As soon as he pick up the bag, Lindon quickly run towards the door but his footstep stopped when Kresha suddenly yelled.
"Hey Lindon! Are you bringing those bags without your patient?!" Kresha yelled.
"Aaiisshhhh!! Sorry, sorry , sorry!" Lindon said while walking back towards Kresha.
He assisted Kresha until they reach the carpark. "Are you all right?!" Lindon asked.
"Hey! I'm giving birth, and my abdomin hurts. Do you think I would be alright?!" Kresha felt annoyed. It's not like she wanted to fight with him.
She just feel so much pain and she get irritated because Lindon keep in asking her.
"Sorry sweetheart, I just want to make sure that you are all right." Lindon replied.
Kresha looked at her husband, and she saw the fears in his eyes.
"Are you scared?" Kresha asked.
Lindon did not response. He just lowered his head.
Kresha hold Lindon's hand. "Lindon, don't worry, I can make it!" Kresha tried to calm Lindon.
Lindon looked at Kresha and saw the determination in her eyes.
He froze for a moment.
His wife was not scared! So why would I?
He know, she is brave! I should trust her!
"I'm....I'm sorry, i should be the one to tell you those words." Lindon felt embarrassed to his self.
"It's all right, I know, you're just worried about me and the baby." Kresha replied.
"Sweetheart, I love you." Lindon said and embraced her. "And please, come back to me whole and alive!" He added.
He is scared. He know that giving birth is not easy!

At the hospital....
Lindon is pacing back and forth out side of the delivery room.
Assistant Chen, Gracy and Elder Tang are there too.
The four of them have waited for almost three hours now, but the doctor has not get out yet.
"Argh!! What's taking them so long?!" Lindon asked.
"Hey, just relax. I know they will be all right." Elder Tang said to Lindon.
Lindon sitted in the waiting chair and rubbed his face with both of his hands.
He can hear a faint noise from the inside of the delivery room.
But even though it's just a faint noise, Lindon can still identify Kresha's cries.
At exactly 5:00am, the faint noises suddenly gone!
Lindon's heartbeats become faster!
But before his mind gone wild...
Suddenly....
"Uwah!"
"Uwah!"
"Uwah!"
It's a baby's cry!
The doctor get out from the delivery room.
Lindon quickly get up from his seat and approached the doctor.
"How's my wife and my baby?" He asked.
"Your wife is currently resting and your child is a healthy baby boy!" The doctor replied.
The four of them finally have a sigh of relief.
Especially Lindon!
He can't describe what he feel!
He feel like crying and then he wanted to laugh at the same time!
After a few hours, Kresha was moved to the private room.
Gracy, Assistant Chen , Lindon and Elder Tang get inside the room.
Lindon looked at his wife's pale face.
He quickly approached Kresha and embraced her.
"Thanks God! You made it!" Lindon embraced her tightly.
Kresha smiled. "I told you, I can make it!" She replied.
The nurse who is carrying the baby get inside Kresha's private room.
"Good morning Mrs.Mo! It's time to breastfeed your baby." The female nurse said.
Kresha smiled and stretched her arms to carry her baby.
Gracy quickly peek at the newborn baby.
"Oh my! Kresha, he got your eyes, nose and lips! He looked like you!" Gracy said.
Kresha curved her lips.
Assistant Chen peek at the baby too.
"Hey! What are you saying?! The baby is a boy, so it would look like CEO Mo!"
Gracy twitched her mouth. "Tsss... you just want to have a bonus from the CEO that's why you're saying that!"
Kresha and Lindon let out a short laugh.
"Hey, hey, hey!" Elder Tang interrupted them.
"The Grandpa is here, so the baby would surely look like his grandpa!" Elder Tang said.
"Little Princess, what's his name?!" The old man asked.
Kresha was silent for a moment before she look ta her grandpa.
"Grandpa, I know, you missed your bestfriend." Kresha looked up at Lindon too. " And I know, you missed your grandpa." Sha said to Lindon.
"So, I would like to call him Redicc Mo!" Kresha replied.
Elder Tang and Lindon looked at each other.
And they have the same thoughts.
Redicc, Cedric...
Elder Tang smiled. "Oh! I think, it's a good name anyway!" He said.
Lindon was speechless. He just stared the woman that he love.
This woman in front of him, that he hurt before.
Is the woman that he promised to love in this lifetime.
She is the best woman that he know.
He know, there are more trials ahead of them, but who cares?
As long as he have her and their son, everything would be all right.
And even if he would be reborn again and again.
He will still choose to love the same woman!
He would still find her and love her until his last breath!
