22 Rescue

Kresha hang up the call... After a few seconds...

She hear a footsteps coming to her direction. Her heart beats fast! Oh God! Does the bad guy found out that I am here?

Indeed! Kresha was right!

A hand suddenly grabbed her!

"Aaahhh!!" Kresha screamed at the top of her lungs!

The man covered her mouth with his hands.

"Let me go! " She struggled to free her self while still holding her phone.

Suddenly her phone ring indicating that there is an incoming call! Her phone's screen lit up and she accidentally catch a glimpse of the dragon tatoo at the man's wrist. But Kresha did not mind it! All she wanted is to escape!

She bit the man's arm!

The man groaned and release her! ""Ugh!" The man hold his arm which Kresha bitten.

Kresha stood rooted in the ground. She was stunned when she saw the man's glaring eyes!

The man is wearing a ninja-like mask and all she can see is his eyes!

Kresha's body trembled, she is not even aware that her phone is ringing! Her legs feel weak!

The man slowly approach her and grabbed the phone from her hand.

The man smashed her phone on the ground!

Kresha step backward, "Who are you?!" She asked with her trembling voice.

"Who am I? Why would I tell you?!" The man replied with his glaring eyes!

"W-what do you want from me?!" Kresha stopped in her track when she was cornered on the wall.

The man is now only inch away from her, and she can sense his killing intent!

Kresha did not dare to make a move! She is so frightened! Why would someone try to harm me?

"Why don't we just enjoy the time before you die?" The man said maniacally while carressing her face.

Kresha can't help but shiver! Randy Gao!

Kresha thought it was him!

But he is inside the jail! No! He is not him!

"Oh! You look more pretty up close!" The man said.

Kresha slapped the man's hand. " Let me go! If you want my things , then you can take everything and go!"

"Hahaha! The man laughed out loud. "I don't want your things, all I want is your life!"

Kresha's eyes went wide open! Her life?!

"But before that... I want to enjoy your taste first!" And then the man started to tore her dress!

Kresha was alarmed! "No!" She cried."No! Please!

Suddenly she hear a sound "bongk!" Then the man stopped what he is doing and cried."Ah!"

Lindon have just done calling the police.

Now he keep calling Kresha but she's not picking up his call! He don't know why but his heart is beating so fast! He got a bad feeling. He still tried to call her but this time she is out of reach already!

Lindon increased his speed! In just ten minutes he have arrived at the Mo Corporation. Without turning off the car's engine, Lindon jump out from his car and headed straight to the fire exit of the building and tried to find Kresha.

He was about to call out her name but he heared a sudden noise!

Lindon quickly look for the source of the noise!

And there! He found two silhouettes of a man and a woman! The woman is struggling while the man is trying to tore her dress! Lindon 's face darkened! He did not think twice, he run towards the two person and aim his fist to the man!

The man was hurt! "Ugh!" He release Kresha and face Lindon!

"Oh, so here comes the superhero! Hahaha! "The man laughed! While stroking his pained face.

And then he attacked Lindon!

The man kicked Lindon! Fortunately, Lindon was able to escape from his attack!

But the man was so fast!

Before Lindon could regain his balance, the man release another attack!

He release a flying kick and it landed on Lindons chest!

"Ugh!" Lindon groaned! He put his hand in his chest! The attack is so strong that it made him hard to breath!

The man walk towards him and try to make another attack but Lindon tried to fight back!

He release his upper cut and the man was hit in his jaw!

"Ugh!" The man groaned as he hold his painful jaw!

He glared at Lindon. "You f***ing b*stard! You really want to save your little secretary huh?!" The man yelled.

And then he pulled an object from his waiste.

It's a gun!

"I will let you witness how she die!" And then he aim the gun to Kresha!

Lindon and Kresha's eyes went wide open!

Lindon is just two meters away from Kresha.

The man fired the gun to shoot Kresha!

Kresha closed her eyes, God! Is this my purpose of being reborn? Just to die again? Kresha thought. She expected for the bullet to bury into her body.

But to her surprise! The bullet did not reach her body but into someone!

Lindon blocked the bullet!

"No!"

Kresha heard someone cried and then groaned. "Ugh!"

She quickly open her eyes and she saw Lindon fainted!

"Lindon!" She cried his name.

She moved and try to catch his fainting body before it could reach the ground!

She is now holding him from behind him. Kresha shifted her possition and rested Lindons head to her arms.

Her face drained it's color when she saw the blood oozing from Lindon's chest!

He is wearing a white long sleeved polo, so she can see the blood stains on his dress!

Her heart beats faster and her body trembled!

"Lindon!" She cried again.Lindon's eyes are tighty closed!

"Lindon!" She patted his face ." Lindon wake up!" But Lindon did not response.

"No! Lindon! Please hold on! Please hold on!" Kresha didn't know what to do! She want to help and save Lindon but she can't even save her self!

Kresha did not notice that she is already crying!

Lidon's eyes are tightly closed but his mind is still conscious. He can hear her calling out his name.

He force his self to open his eyes.

"Kresha," he called her in a weak voice.

Kresha look into Lindon's groggy eyes.

"You're crying..." she heard him said. Even though his voice is weak she can still hear him.

"Ssshhhh! Don't talk too much!" She said.

Lindon smile." If I hold on and live.... would.. you give me ...a ...chance ..to be...part...of...your life...again?" Lindon struggled to speak.

Kresha's tears keep falling down to her face.

Lindon's word did not register to her mind but she still nodded her head.

"Oh! How romantic! The man suddenly speak and slowly approach Kresha!
