34 Kissed

Kresha and Lindon sitted on the couch.

Kresha rubbed her swollen forehead.

Lindon glanced at Kresha and saw her swollen forehead.

He get up from his seat to call for a servant. But only Nurse Rion is in the living room.

"Nurse Rion." He called the personal nurse of his grandpa.

Nurse Rion is currently at the living room when Lindon called him. He tilted his head and look at the study room's direction and saw Lindon.

"Yes, Mr. Mo?" He replied.

"Could you get me two ice pack please?"

"Alright Mr.Mo!" Nurse Rion turned and headed to the kitchen.

Lindon get back to his seat beside Kresha.

After a while, Nurse Rion arrived with two ice pack on his hands.

"Here is the ice pack that you requested Mr.Mo." Nurse Rion stretch his arms to give the ice pack to Lindon.

Kresha lifted her gaze and look at the ice pack at Nurse Rion's hand.

But, she notice the tattoo on Nurse Rion's wrist!

Kresha froze. Why does the tattoo seem so familiar? She thought.

I think I've seen it before.

Nurse Rion was about to leave but Kresha stopped him.

"Nurse Rion! You have a tattoo on your wrist?" She asked.

Nurse Rion's footsteps stopped. His body stiffened. And his heart beats faster.

Kresha notice his suspicious reaction. But she pretended like she doesn't notice him.

She acted like she is just curious about his tattoo.

She smiled and pretended like she is interested about the tattoo.

"It look so cool!" She said with excitement. "Can I take a closer look?"

Nurse Rion turned to face Kresha. He was anxious but he did not show it. He smiled and walk closer to Kresha. "Sure, Miss." He said. "I didn't know that you are fond of tattoos."

"Yes I am!" Kresha replied.

Nurse Rion lifted his arm and show his tattoo to Kresha.

Kresha look closer at the tattoo.

Indeed! This tattoo is familiar to me! The tattoo looks like a flying dragon which is blazing fire. But she can't remember where did she saw it.

Lindon secretly glanced at Kresha. When did she start to like tattoos?

"Miss, can I go now? Elder Mo is waiting for me." Nurse Rion find an excuse.

Kresha snapped back to his senses. "Uh? Ah... yeah! You can go now." Kresha said.

Nurse Rion quickly get out of the study room. He don't feel comfortable with this Miss Tang.

Kresha's gaze followed Nurse Rion until he is out of her sight.

Kresha pick up the ice pack and put it on the swollen part of her forehead while still thinking about Nurse Rion's tattoo.

She racked her brain thinking where did she saw that tattoo.

But she stopped when she feel a pain in her head.

Gosh! She's having a headache trying hard to remember where did she saw that dragon tattoo!

Nurse Rion take a deep breath.

Why do I feel like, that woman know something about this tattoo? He thought while looking at his tattoo.

And then he shook his head.

No! I must be thinking too much! Why would she know about this tattoo?

Nurse Rion did not think about it anymore.

After lunch Lindon continued to review all the files one by one before he signed it.

Kresha silently waited for Lindon to finish signing the files. It's been two hours but Lindon is still not done.

Kresha got bored by waiting, she did not dare to speak because she don't want to disturb Lindon. And besides, they did not speak to each other again since the day they fought.

She yawned a few times until she fell as sleep while leaning her back on the couch.

Lindon notice Kresha's silence. He glanced at Kresha's direction.

He knitted his brows when he saw her eyes are closed.

Did she fell as sleep? He thought.

Lindon stared at Kresha.

After a while he put down the files on the table and move closer to her.

His gaze fell on her closed eyes, down to her nose and to her lips!

Lindon's adams apple darted up and down.

Kresha's lips is slightly open as if inviting him to kiss her!

Lindon's heart skipped a beat!

He quickly withdraw his gaze away from her lips and wanted to move far away from her but... He look at Kresha again!

He sigh, no, no, no! I should not be thinking about it!

But she is in her deep slumber! I think she won't notice me if I kiss her! Just a smack kiss and I'll be contented!

Lindon is having a second thought!

But at the end...

"Sweetheart! Just this once! Don't get angry if I'll kiss you." He murmured.

And then he slowly lowered his head and pressed her lips against him!

It's just a three seconds kiss!

He quickly withdrawed his lips away from hers. He straightened his body and stared at her once again.

His lips curved upward then he get up from his seat and get back to work as if nothing happened!
