15 Confrontation

After a few days, Kresha's wound finally get better. They are finally back to Beijing.

But Kresha did not expect that an unexpected guest would come today!

Outside the Mo Corporation Building

Arriene have been waiting for ten minutes now, until the person she have been waiting for, finally arrived. She saw the person descended from the taxi.

Arriene approach her and purposely blocked her way.

Kresha have just descended from the taxi and was about to head to the entrance of the Mo Corporation building when suddenly, someone blocked her way.

She looked up and saw the person that she never wanted to see since the day that she was reborn.

"Let's talk!" Arriene said in a sulky voice.

Kresha rolled her eyes." What do you think are we doing right now?!" She knew Arriene's intention of coming here. She knew that Arriene just want to provoke her.

"Ha!" Arriene forced a laugh,"I heard that you saved Lindon from a sudden accident in Shanghai!"

"So?" Kresha raised her brows.

"I know that you like him, and you will do everything just to catch his attention! I just want to tell you that, don't think too much! Don't think that because you saved him, he will finally fall for you?!"

Kresha furrowed her brows."Tsss.." she scoffed. "Did you come here just to tell me this nonsense?!"

"I am telling you! Stay. Away.from Lindon!" Arriene said with gritted teeth.

Kresha look at Arriene's annoyed face. She can't allow this woman to succeed on provoking her. She want to turn the table instead, so Kresha smirked and raised her brow, " Why should I? He is not yet your husband anyway. You might not know that I have already snatched him away from you!" Kresha said with provocation.

In her previous life, Arriene always provoked her.

And now is Kresha's time to return to Arriene the things that she did to her before!

"Hahaha!" Arriene laughed as if she had heard a ridiculous joke. "I don't think so. I know how much he like me!" Arriene confidently said.

"You know how much he like you?! Then, why do you seem so threathened?" Kresha asked with smirk on her face which gave Arriene a doubt.

But Arriene continue to argue with her." Threathened? Hahaha! Why should I be threathened by you?!"

"Because you are afraid!" Kresha confidently said.

"Afraid? What for?" Arriene asked with raised brow.

Kresha gradually walked towards Arriene and whisphered to her ear." Afraid that I might succeed snatching him away from you." And then she straightened her body and smirked before she walk away and headed inside the Mo Corporation building.

Arriene balled her hand." Ha! No matter what you do, you will never have his heart!" Arrienne said with her back against Kresha.

Kresha's footstep stopped but she did not turn to look at Arriene. She sigh and raised het chin like a proud woman that couldn't be moved by anyone. Then she continued to walk forward and ignored Arriene.

"Grrrr!! Kresha Tang! You're such a big burden to me!" She said in a low yet sulky voice, she turn and look at Kresha with her sharp gaze.

"Should I get rid of you first?!" Arriene mumbled and narrowed her eyes.

CEO's office

Lindon was sitting on his swivel chair, He is in a deep thought. He was thinking of what happened in his villa in Shanghai.

The night when he kissed her, the time he help her changed her clothes and the nights that he secretly sneaked in her room when she was in her deep slumber and secretly kissed her. He unconsciously smiled as he rubbed his chin. He was busy reminiscing those memories and was not aware that someone is watching him!

Assistant Chen knocked three times before he opened the door and entered.

But he was startled of what he saw! The CEO is smiling alone like a fool while looking at nowhere!

Assistant Chen's mouth went wide open. Is my boss' sick?! Why is he smiling alone?!

Suddenly the files that he was holding dropped on the floor and made a sound, "Plaakk!" which made Lindon snapped back to his senses!

Lindon was startled and almost fell down from his seat! His wide smile instantly faded when he saw Assistant Chen with his mouth wide opened!

Lindon cleared his throat and pretend to be angry!

"Hey! Don't you know how to knock?!" Lindon yelled.

Assistant Chen didn't know wether to laugh or cry!

Boss! I have knocked on the door but you are in your daydream that's why you didn't hear when I knocked! Assistant Chen secretly cried.

"What do you want?" Lindon asked in a sulky voice.

Assistant Chen straigthened his body and cleared his throat. He pick up the files that dropped on the floor and walk towards Lindon's desk. He just pretend like he have not seen anything. He can not lost his job!

"Sir, this are the bussiness proposals that needs your approval." Assistant Chen put the files on his table.

" Just leave it there, I have to review it before I sign it." This time Lindon's voice is calm.

"Alright sir! Do you need something else sir?" Assistant Chen asked.

Lindon thought for moment.

" Flowers!" He said.

"Huh?!" Assistant Chen was stunned!

"Order one big bouquet of tulips flower." Lindon commanded.

"Okay sir, where will I send it sir?" Assistant Chen asked.

"Ms. Tang!"

"Huh?" Assistant Chen was stunned again. Ms. Tang? I thought he is dating Ms. Arriene Lin?

"I said, send it to Ms. Kresha Tang, don't put my name on it. Just attach this note on the bouquet of the flower." Lindon said as he stretch his hand and gave the note to Assistant Chen.

Hhmm... why do I smell something fishy? Assistant Chen thought.
