85 The Marines Retreat

Jumbo Jim looked at the four admirals as he rushed at them without saying a word.

Zephyr intercepted Jumbo Jim as they exchanged blows and fought back and forth.

Zephyr was clearly being forced back and the other admirals wanted to help him out but remembering Mark's words made them hesitate.

Mark had just killed Blackbeard and declared himself as the fourth emperor of the sea if they fought against him now they would obviously lose a lot of men and even an admiral if they were too careless.

"Satyr, stop him." Mark calmly said as he pointed at frenzied Jumbo Jim.

"Earth prison!"

Satyr Jr made a prison out of his earth element as he trapped Jumbo Jim inside layers upon layers.

"Wow, he is still destroying the walls inside of the earth prison." Satyr jr had sweat on his forehead as Jumbo Jim kept destroying the steady earth prison walls he had made.

"We will be taking this guy with us and then leave immediately!" Zephyr said slowly as he pointed at the earth prison with Jumbo Jim trapped inside.

The admirals looked at Mark and waited for his answer. They felt like Mark would agree to this disposition as Jumbo Jim and he were in fact enemies after all.

The Whitebeard Pirates had all left after seeing Blackbeard's death, they didn't want anything to do with the marines as they left silently, without anyone noticing it.

Mark considered agreeing to the marines disposition, but then again he didn't want the marine to gain a powerful ally like Jumbo Jim.

"What do you guys think?" Mark asked the Z pirate commanders standing behind him for their opinion.

"This guy would be a terrifying opponent for us if the marines were to get their hands on him!" Flint said nervously as he looked at the earth prison in fear. The man inside that prison was no joke! He fought against him before and he was almost killed!

"We can't let them take him!" Capone Bege answered as he agreed with Flint. He was just too dangerous for the marine to get their hands on.

"Alright then, I will tell the marines to leave him behind." Mark was about to ask the Marines to leave when he heard a voice behind him.

"Wait! Let me do it." Satyr jr said with an excited face as he took a step forward and pointed his index finger at the marines.

"I will give you guys three seconds to scram!" Satyr jr said arrogantly with his head high in the sky as he pointed at the marines. He had waited too long to use this arrogant and conceded line.

"You..." Akainu was shocked, who the hell did this guy think he was? To actually be this arrogant in the face of four admiral level powerhouses. If this wasn't asking for death what was?

"What an audacity! You think you are strong enough to fight the four of us, you filthy pirate?" Akainu screamed towards Satyr jr angrily as he gathered magma on his entire arm.

"Haha! I'm an executive of an Emperor now, I'm ready to fight all of you at ones!" Satyr jr laughed when he heard Akainu's words. They had just won the battle against Blackbeard, now they could officially call themselves underlings of an actual emperor.

"Enough Sakazuki!" Aokiji said as he heard Akainu ready to fight an emperor executive for a mere argument.

"Shut up Kuzan! Are you on the pirates' side or the marines?" Akainu furiously screamed when he heard Aokiji going against him.

"You want us to sacrifice the lives of the marines for a mere argument and some brain dead giant?" Aokiji didn't back down as he argued back with an annoyed tone.

"Both of you, enough!" Zephyr said as he looked at Mark with piercing eyes, he wanted to take down Mark this instant but knowing Jumbo Jim could be released any time, made him hesitate.

Ryokugyu didn't say anything as he kept looking at the Z pirates and Mark with an indifferent look, he hadn't really done much in this rescue mission but only he knew how terrifying his own abilities were.

"Let's retreat!" Zephyr said slowly as he walked away while the admirals and the marines followed behind him.

After the marines left the Z pirates and their alliance began to clean the battlefield as they grabbed the weapons on the ground and their fallen crew members bodies.

Mark scanned the area as he saw Blackbeard and his entire crew all lying dead on the ground.

Mark had a glowing devil fruit in his hand as he kept staring at it, this was obviously Blackbeard's devil fruit which he didn't get to use as his powers were constantly nullified.

"Boom!"

The earth prison walls were completely destroyed as a huge furious figure came running out. The figure was obviously Jumbo Jim.

"Hey! Big guy." Mark yelled towards the furious Jumbo Jim as he turned his head in Mark's direction.

"You better stop now, or we will use everything in our power to kill you like we did your captain," Mark said coldly as he pointed at Blackbeard's dead body.

Jumbo Jim stopped his actions as he scratched the back of his head in confusion, he knew about Blackbeard's power, he was defeated by the Blackbeard pirates in the New World as they recruited him to their ranks.

"The captain you followed before is dead you can either join us or do whatever you want, we will be leaving this place soon," Mark said cunningly, Jimbo Jim couldn't leave the island since he didn't have a ship, so the only way to leave the island was to join them.

"Jumbo Jim, fight." Jumbo Jim said as he looked around the place for his hammer he brought with him.

"Jumbo Jim fight? Is that the only thing you can say?" Mark asked as he shook his in disappointment, this giant of a man really did seem braindead.

Jumbo Jim finally found his hammer as he attacked Mark.

"Let me show you the difference between our strength." Mark calmly said as he disappeared from his position and appeared in front of Jumbo Jim as he kicked him with a lightfast speed kick to his face as Jumbo Jim was forced a step a backward.

"Really?" Mark was surprised by Jumbo Jim's defense as he was only forced one step backward.

Jumbo Jim was furious as he swung his hammer towards Mark, but every time he tried to hit Mark he was long gone as he had reappeared behind of him every time while kicking him in the back of the head.

Jumbo Jim kept swinging his hammer crazily as he tried to hit Mark just ones.

"Try and find that girl Blackbeard was talking about, she must still be here on the island," Mark said towards the Z pirates watching the battle between the two as he was battling Jumbo Jim.

"Yes, captain!" The Z pirates agreed as they ran towards the south of the Marineford. The commanders of the Z pirates were all sitting a distance away and watching Mark and Jumbo Jim fight.
