The Battle Begins

"I see you've prepared your army," Mark said with a cold smile on his face as he scanned the five thousand pirates standing around proudly with their chest high in the sky.

"Zehaha, this fight is going to determinate the future of the world, It would have been disrespectful of me if I didn't at least prepare this much and let me tell you, just so you don't get the wrong idea. I'm going to be the last one standing! Zehaha." Blackbeard laughed playfully when he heard Mark's words, he even joked around. It was as if he already won the battle.

"Haha, there are no winners in war Blackbeard! Only survivors!" Mark laughed when he saw Blackbeard's complete disregard for his grand fleet.

"Hahaha, I see you've brought a friend." Mark couldn't help but laugh after noticing a person he would never have expected would be here right now.

Admiral Akainu! He looked miserable as he was hanging tied up on a pole completely beaten up. He had a scar across his chin which was from Blackbeard, the marines could also be seen tied up behind him.

"Oh, this guy? He is just here to witness history, don't mind him! Zehahah!" Blackbeard laughed creepily as he pointed at Akainu with a mocking smile on his face.

Akainu didn't answer as he was unconscious, but the marines all heard him as they gnashed their teeth in anger and shame.

"Witness history? The man is obviously sleeping, how can he witness anything in that state?" Mark said with a chuckle. Something must be wrong with Blackbeard's head, he just told him that Akainu was here to witness history but he had beaten him up so badly that he fell unconscious and couldn't actually witness this so-called history in the making he was talking about.

"..." Blackbeard was speechless, of course, he knew Akainu was unconscious. He was the one who made him fall into that state, but hearing Mark joke around with him so casually irritated him.

"Attack!" Blackbeard screamed as he pointed his finger at the Z pirates.

"Attack!!" The Blackbeard pirates and their alliances screamed as they ran towards the Z pirates.

Hearing five thousand people scream the word "attack" at the same time shook up the heavens as the alliance members of the Z pirates all had all tense expression on their faces.

The Blackbeard pirates all advanced towards the Z pirates but Mark didn't give out any orders as he was just standing still with his hands behind his back. His commanders were standing behind him.

"Captain, we are just waiting for your orders!" Capone Bege said as he pulled out his two guns from his clothes.

"Wait," Mark said calmly as he kept staring at the Blackbeard pirates who were rushing madly towards them.

As Mark was standing completely still and looking at the scene, something unexpected suddenly happened as Issho drew his sword and slashed it at Mark's back.

"Swosh." A pink colored slash could be seen going straight for Mark's back.

"Cling!"

A metallic sound vibrated throughout the second ship as an invisible figure, turned visible and could be seen standing behind Mark with his sword in his hand.

Mark still didn't turn around as he looked at Blackbeard with a scornful sneer on his face.

"Looks like, they found me!" Shiryu said coldly as he stared at Issho who just stopped him from assassinating Mark.

"What!?" The Z pirates were all shocked! An enemy was actually only a second away from assassinating their captain!

They were too careless! If not for Issho stopping him their captain would have lost his head! the Z pirates all had cold sweat running down their backs when they thought about the man who almost accomplished killing Mark.

"I may just be an old blind man, but I can still see the truth." Issho calmly stated as he slashed his sword at Shiryu again.

"Cling!"

Shiryu blocked it as he took a couple of steps backward, Issho had obviously just won this battle of strength! Shiryu looked at Issho icily as he ran towards him and exchanged some moves.

But Issho was clearly on top of the exchange as he kept forcing Shiryu back.

"You really thought you could assassinate me?" Mark looked at Blackbeard with a mocking smile.

"Zeha..!" Blackbeard just laughed coldly as he heard Mark's words. But he was actually quite surprised on the inside because he clearly knew about Mark's dark-dark fruits weaknesses which were its extreme terrible defense and he wanted to take advantage of that to end the fight as quickly as possible.

The Blackbeard pirates were still closing in on the Z pirates as Capone Bege couldn't wait anymore.

He jumped down from the ship and stood in front of the second ship with his back towards the Z pirates.

"Is he crazy, He thinks he can take us on alone?" The Blackbeard pirates thought as they kept running towards the Z pirates.

"Full-scale rock!" Capone Bege said calmly as he made two signs with his hands, he raised his pinky and middle fingers on both hands.

"What the hell is he doing?" The Blackbeard pirates kept running towards him without stopping even though they noticed his strange actions.

Capone Bege body suddenly turned into a rock as his cigar morphed into a canon shaped form and his body began to grow rapidly, he transformed his entire body into a gigantic, heavily armed and fortified fortress-like golem.

The golem had a large number of cannons that could fire from various points in its body.

"Big father!" Capone bege's voice rang out from the gigantic, heavily armed and fortified fortress-like golem. This was the name of his transformation.

"No way!" Some of the Blackbeard pirates stopped their advanced as they stared at the gigantic fortress golem which had canons pointing out from it everywhere.

Blackbeard's face changed as he pointed at the gigantic fortress golem.

"Attack it! Anyone who doesn't will be killed!" Blackbeard screamed towards the hesitating Blackbeard pirates as he threatened them.

"Canon firing!" Capone bege voice rang out again as the canons on the gigantic fortress golem launched the cannonballs at the Blackbeard pirates.

"Arrgh!!"

Bodies could be seen flying everywhere as Blackbeard pirates were being exterminated by cannon balls.

The hesitating Blackbeard pirates stood still as they were shocked by the actions of the fortress golem.

This wasn't just rushing pirates anymore! But going straight into the crossfire! A suicide mission!

Blackbeard revealed a vicious look as he saw the hesitating Blackbeard pirates scared and terrified faces. Blackbeard took a step forward.

"I wouldn't interrupt if I was you!" Mark exposed a grinning and murderous smile.

"Zehaha!"
