15 Fighting Thatch

"Does it matter?" Said Mark with a cold smile on his face.

"I guess it doesn't, whether you are a rookie or new world pirate doesn't matter one bit hahaha...!" Thatch laughed out loud while smiling.

"You think you got what it takes to take me down?" Thatch sudden turned very serious.

"Well, we will have to see about that then!" Said Mark with an evil smile on his face.

He felt like Blackbeard right now, and it felt damn good.

Mark rushed towards Thatch while coating one of his hands with Busoshoku Haki.

"Haki?" Thatch was surprised but recovered quickly. He also fused his hand with Busoshoku Haki and when the punches connected the air cracked. Thatch lost the one vs one! After steading himself Thach was shocked again!

"This kid! How is he so god damn strong!!!?" Thatch took out both his swords and prepared himself for a tough fight.

That's when he discovered that the kid before him wasn't alone! He turned around to block a bullet that came flying towards his back.

"Despicable!" Thatch sneered.

"Despicable? But we are all pirates?" Said Mark laughing while punching Thatch in the head.

Thatch flew a couple of meters away landing on his back flat.

Mark rushed towards him coated his hands in Busoshoku Haki and held him down while searching him.

A couple of seconds later he found a fruit it was large, round, light purple fruit made up of many small teardrop-shaped components with swirl patterns, and green leaves sprouting from the top. Its overall shape and appearance closely resemble a pineapple or a bunch of oversized and teardrop shaped grapes.

"This is the one!" Screamed Mark hysterically, this is the devil fruit he had been dreaming about.

Thatch suddenly grabbed Mark by his collar.

"Crap!!" Being caught off guard left Mark defenseless.

"So you were after this devil fruit little bastard!" Thatch was really pissed he actually got beaten by a rookie and even one of this rookie crew member dared to shoot at him! It wasn't just regular bullets that's for sure! Since when have rookies become this strong! He definitely had to tell pops about this situation!
