Determination

Kids could be seen surrounding a fourteen-year-old teenager with long black hair down to his shoulders and blue eyes with black pants and an exposed upper body filled with muscle.

Of course, the boy was Mark Z. Matheus. He was currently sparring with another teenager who looked like someone between thirteen to fourteen years old. He had short spiky yellowish hair with brown eyes and scar that went from his left shoulders down to his stomach he also had a red bandana hanging from his neck, this was snotty from four years ago, his name was Satyr Jr.

That's right it's been four years since Jimmy "the fang" Morgan has trained Mark and Satyr Jr.

"You ready?" Said Mark while preparing himself to beat Satyr Jr for the 77th time.

"Bring it!" Answered Satyr Jr with an exciting and determined smile. This didn't look like the little snotty from four years ago at all.

Mark punched out his fist at Satyr Jr while Satyr Jr returned a punch of his own, when the two punches connected there was a "Swish" sound that ran through the field and Satyr Jr took three steps back.

"Again!" Screamed Satyr Jr with an excited voice.

This time Mark wanted to finish the fight immediately and when he stretched out his hand something amazing happened, his fist turned all black Busoshoku Haki! Also known as (Hardening Haki) That's right Mark has learned Haki these past four years.

Satyr Jr was surprised for a moment, he didn't think that Mark wanted to end the fight immediately so he pushed his senses to the extreme. Mark's fist didn't connect somehow and he obviously knew why! it was because of Satyr Jr's Kenbunshoku Haki also known as (Observation Haki). The match went for four more rounds before Satyr Jr was thrown to the ground.

"Haha, entertaining! Entertainment!!" A loud laugh could be heard as Jimmy got up from the chair he was sitting on while smoking a cigar.

"Uncle Jimmy!" Cheered all the kids while one youngster ran over to support the old man.

"So what's your plan may I ask Mark, Satyr Jr?" Asked a laughing Jimmy while being supported by a youngster.

"Become a pirate I guess and go for some adventures" Answered Mark half smilingly.

"Same here." Said Satyr Jr with a knowing smile to Mark.

"I guess?? You stinking brats think it's a game to become a pirate??" Jimmy screamed hysterically while trying to beat up Mark and Satyr Jr.

Mark and Satyr Jr ran away while they were laughing.

"Become pirates, huh, you guys really think it's that easy." The old man sighed while looking at the two boys running away.

When Mark and Satyr Jr had run for a bit they stopped at the beach leading to the open sea. They both sat down at the mountain clipart.

"What's your goal?" Asked Satyr Jr while imitating Mark's profound look.

"I'm gonna make a pirate crew and conquer the seas," Said Mark while looking at the sea.

"Pirate King!" Said Mark determined. He obviously knew that the real main character of this world was Monkey D. Luffy but he was determined to change that.

"The will of "D" Huh. I'm going to change that" thought Mark with a clenched fist.

"Same." Said Satyr Jr while imitating the exact same facial expression Mark had.

Mark turned to look at his stupid face while secretly coating his hand in Busoshoku Haki.

"Swosh" a fist came on top of Satyr Jr's head and he fell back over while screaming miserably.

"You're not becoming any pirate king, you will be my first mate!" Laughed Mark while looking at the screaming Satyr Jr.

"Why did you have to hit me! We were obviously talking about our dreams!" Cried Satyr Jr while clutching his head.

"Are you not willing to be my first mate?" Said Mark half laughing with a cunning look in his eyes.

"Of course, I'm willing! But you didn't have to hit me with Busoshoku Haki! You know." Cried Satyr Jr dramatically.

"Tell me honestly, what's your dream Satyr?" Asked Mark while he looked at Satyr Jr wondering what he would answer.

Satyr Jr jumped up to his feet while pointing towards the sea "traveling around the whole world while experiencing the greatest adventures" Answered Satyr Jr with a hopeful look.

"Well, your the first mate of my pirate ship! So I do believe you will achieve that dream!" Said Mark narcissistically mumbling to himself while gazing at the sea.

After talking for a while the sky turned black and the duo decided to go home.

When they got home they discovered all light was turned off and that obviously meant that the kids were sleeping already. In front of the dojo an old man could be seeing half sleeping with one eye closed and the other open it was a scary sight, to be honest.

"Why are you not sleeping, old man. Don't tell me you were worried about us so much that you couldn't sleep? I'm so touched!" Satyr Jr half cried while running towards the old man, before Satyr Jr could hug Jimmy he was punched in the head and he flew back a couple of meters.

"Stinking brat!" Jimmy cursed while grinning.
