3 It's okay to cry just make them cry harder than you did

"Captain are you sure on your decision on taking that boy on board," Asked Reighley to the ever-grinning Roger that just laughs and said,"That boy is holds something that can turn this world on its head" As he laughs he said to Reighley "Can you bring him here I have something to talk to with him" And Reighley just smiles and leaves the Captain's cabin.

It is already the middle of the night and Shawn was startled awake by Reighley constant tugging "Sorry for disrupting your rest Shawn but Captain has something to talk with you." He started walking outside and Shawn followed close wondering what Roger want's from him in the middle of the night.

As we enter the Captain's cabin they can see Roger sitting behind his desk drinking sake and as he noticed us enter he laughs "Huwhaahhahaha sorry for bothering your sleep Shawn but I have a question to ask is that okay to you?"Roger said I sat at on the floor and responded " Well I don't see any problems with that" Reighley just smiled and picked up a random sake nearby and started drinking, Roger then started to ask "Do you mind telling us your life story?".

After knowing that he wants to know about me I hesitated a little and then dig throug the some of the old memories before even mine integrated and started to narate my story "When I was 5 my parents told me that I am not their child that I was found by my father on the farmshed wrapped in a cloth with a letter and a bracelet"As I showed them the bracelet that I was wearing which was the Storage Bracelet I got from the roulette then I continued "Even so they still love me as if I was their own and I ask them why they said it to me they said even if you are just a child it is your right to know who you really are." I looked at them and they signaled for me to go on.

"After knowing all that I can't really bring myself to hate them because if they did not adopt me I won't even be able to live up to this day so I'm thankful for that, When I was six, my father thought me how to hunt some animals even though I'm still small I surprisingly have a lot of strength than a normal 6 year old, With I helped my father that was doing all the manual work while my mother and my 3-year-old sister is doing the house chores.

I was also known as a troublemaker which started when I was in the forest and picked all the apple in an apple tree which pissed a group of older children that calls themselves kong corps which made me laugh my ass off as they started threatening me that I must pay for what I steal from their so-called territory and as I didn't pay them anything the started attacking me which I don't mind because in terms of height were the same level and with my unusual strength I beat the shit out of them and when we see each other in the village a fight always started with me being branded as the one causing trouble as I always win and punished me by living in the forest for 1 week.

And after my punishment, I never messed with those kids not within the sight of the villagers though and when I'm within the village in my free time I always go to the Old Madman Mechanic's Shop to learn as he has taken me as an apprentice of his because he saw my passion when he let me try assembling some his gears need 2 people to put.

I studied under him and learned everything from reading to writing and other stuff that involve building and repairing for 4 years before he died, In those 4 long years the village lived free and peacefully without someone ordering them on what they should do not until 2 days later that a ship of a noble passed by the island which is not possible using a log pose as the island didn't have any magnetic disruption, After setting foot to our village those damnable nobles imediatly order us to kneel and present our offering to them and to which pissed some of them that wore a glass helmet and ordered to kill everyone in the village and pillage anything valuable me and my family escaping only to get intercepted by some bandits that my parent's blocked off in order to give us the time to run.

And then I got separated from my sister as a bandit attacked me that wounded me luckily I have a fast reaction and kicked the bandit and rush to the separate direction from where my sister headed to and I rested a little bit as the little wounds from the thorns of bushes stings and as I was just about to run I saw my little sister and head towards her direction only to see her got shot twice adn died right in front of me" Tears started to fall in my eyes as I narate that part of the story "And then I felt as if the time slows down as I cried and I was suddenly losing conciousness and before I blacked out I saw something wrapped around my body and finally lose me conciousness." I tried to wipe the tears in my eyes after finishing the story but still continue to fall and I just felt someone pat me on the back "It's alright cry all your sorrow out after that promise me that the next time you cry it would be tears of joy" Reighley said as he sat down beside me and Roger said "Remember this Shawn it's okay to cry just make sure those who made you cry, cry harder than you ever did."

I nodded and after some time I finally stabilized myself and look at Roger, noticing my look he said: "Have eaten any fruit that has some weird patterns?" I nodded and said, "When I was sent out to live in the forest for a week a ate a fruit that has weird design and an awful taste as I didn't find any food nearby." Roger finally heave a sigh of relief knowing that it was a devil fruit as he was scared that it might be a dangerous unknown power."So it seems that you have eaten a Devil Fruit and not just any Devil Fruit I think you may have eaten a mythical zoan Devil fruit Huwhahahaha it would be interesting in what type of creature can you transform into." Roger said as he laughs while drinking his sake.

"I will be training your devil fruit starting tomorrow onwards and Reighley will train your body and teach to use a suitable weapon for you, You go rest and make sure to be prepared as this will be interesting Huwhahahaha" Roger while smiling devilishly.
