1 Chapter 1 The Last Mission

_On the battlefield_

"If you can't put a bomb in the control room then the sacrifices of other soldiers will be in vain." The commander said sadly.

"...." All the soldier were silent

"I will put the bomb in the control room. So can you open the way for me?" Cross talk nonchalantly.

"Yes, we will do it." Said the commander.

All the soldiers saw cross for the last time. Because they knew Cross would not return safely.

"*sigh* then do you have the last request?" Hendry asked.

"Of course, I want you to read the end of the story from one piece in my grave hahaha". Cross answered with laughter.

" Do you really like one piece?" Hendry doesn't believe what he hears.

"Hahaha we have been friends for a long time, does that still need to be questioned?" Cross answer with a smile.

'Too bad I can't read the end of the story.'

Cross prepares weapons and armor one last time before leaving. He truly regretted that he would die young and he still had many dreams that he had not yet achieved.

"Give me the bomb commander," Cross asked for a bomb that had been prepared to the commander.

"This is it." The commander answered and gave the bomb.

Cross accepted the bomb and checked whether the bomb had a problem or not. After making sure the bomb was fine, Cross prepared to leave.

"All soldiers salute Harry Cross." The commander shouted loudly.

All the soldiers saluted and shouted "Good luck."

Cross saw Hendry one last time. They were friends since childhood and had the same dream of being a soldier. But now he will run a mission whose life chances are zero percent.

He turned around and shouted to Hendry "If you have a son, name it Cross."

"Yes !!!" Hendry answered.

Cross ran towards the control room.

*Bang Bang bang*

* Boom *

The sound of firearms and explosions grew louder. Cross saw the road to the control room more secure because all enemy focus was on the enemy outside.

'Really crazy people for challenging world war.' Cross curses.

After 10 minutes he reached the control room. He carefully looked for the main computer. After finding it he counted the people in the control room.

*Bang Bang bang*

"Die you crazy bastard !!!" Cross shouted.

People just realized the existence of the Cross in the room. Then they began to return Cross's shot.

*Bang Bang bang*

Cross didn't just stand where he was moving towards the main computer quickly. After arriving at the main computer he contacted the commander.

"I'll blow up the bomb," Cross said.

_Outside the base_

"Okay and thank you," answered the Commander.

"Everyone retreat from here!!! Cross has arrived at the position." Shouted the Commander.

_In the control room_

*Click*

"My final mission is finished now," Cross thought.
