Suddenly the air started to crackle with electricity, as Chopper grew in size and mass. Towering over Bepo and even the golems that came to harm his crewmates.

Bepo had his jaw dropped, not believing how a mink could transform into his Sulong form without seeing the moon.

With a mighty roar, Chopper charged forward… towards the door, and punched it with all of his might. But other than making a smaller dent, it did nothing.

The giant form of Chopper grunted before turning around and dashing towards the incoming golems. Grabbing a punch from the upcoming golem, he twisted his hands, and threw it over his shoulder with ease towards several others, breaking all of them with the strength of his throw alone.

"What the…! From when can the tanuki do that?!" Cricket said with his jaw almost reaching the floor. Chopper snorted before jumping and launching a dropkick to a golem, "I'm a reindeer mink!" the kick connected and sent the golem towards a dozen of it's group, clearing the path for Aramaki.

"I'm Sorry!" Circket quickly said seeing the glare from Chopper. A bit of sweat ran down his neck. 'No wonder all of the Straw Hats are monsters! But not gonna lie, that's so cool!' Of course, Cricket coughed not wanting to show anything when a certain smith was near.

Seeing the cleared path, Anchor gave a quick thumbs up before running towards where Sanji was last seen. Anchor ran forward, using Soru for the first time in battle, but even then, before he could get far, the golems stopped him mid-way. Along with a swarm of wasps that covered the metaphorical sky, stopping him from using Geppo.

"Duck!" he heard, and complied. Just a second later the group of golems were blown away by multiple shots. Of course, credit went to Usopp.

Unlike others, Usopp could at least stand up and fight. Unlike Robin and Law, he was a bit used to the weakness of seastone. Being able to move in this state, Sanji should be able to do that as well, as Sanji received his fruit just a few hours after Usopp.

So why the cook was still yet to come, worried the sniper. As Anchor was the most capable one, he let him pass to get towards Sanji. But on the way, Usopp also readied another 'Shining Star', in case the tree turned out to be an enemy. Usopp was very close to awakening his Observation Haki, and there were even some cases he had shown signs of using it.

And that's why his intuition told him that the tree was much more then what it seemed. So, he was ready to blow it up, if necessary.

One thing funny about his power was that after affecting an object with his Size Size Fruit, unless he turned it back to it's original size. The object would remain the same size, even if he was knocked out or without his powers.

Sparky's power also worked similarly, but had a timer on. Unless the object of effect was alive, and had a strong will, it would remain with the effect.

But even without his full use of his powers. Usopp was somehow able to cancel out the effect mentally. So, most of his shrunken ammunition were still valid for the fight.

It was similar to how Luffy could still minimally stretch his rubber-body even underwater. Though, if he was here, everyone was sure that this kind of weakness wouldn't bother him. 

As Anchor started getting near the tree, Usopp readied himself…

But right then, like a meteor with red flames, Sanji came down, destroying multiple golems. His feet laced with flames as he panted, clearly showing signs of weakness. But something stood out on him…

Sanji stood up from the crater of his own making, on his shoulder was a small tree-like creature that looked sad. Even Sanji looked like he had a sad expression on his face.

Right then the giant tree moved, as if it came to life with a roar that shook the whole room. But Usopp for some reason didn't feel threatened by it. "I. AM. GROOT!"

The tree creatures roared, and the vines and ivy around all of them came to life, grabbing hold of the golems, wasps. The vines even blocked off some of the spores on the ceiling.

But Usopp and the others had little time to be amazed as suddenly Sanji came by and destroyed a particularly blocked tunnel that was far to the side. It seems, somehow, the cook knew which way to go.

He came back immediately, picking up Robin, and Law. "Chopper grab Usopp. Bepo, Anchor, Cricket… Everyone, this way!"

As all of them followed Sanji, the small tree creature on Sanji's back looked back towards the giant tree creature, shedding a silent tear. "I am Groot!" he softly said, as he gave her one last smile. Before all of them exited through the tunnel.

The tunnel closed, with ivy and roots. As the giant creature smiled, a hint of sadness in its ancient eyes. She then looked at her foes and roared, "I AM GROOT!" engulfing the whole room in its roots and vines. Fending off against every enemy with its mighty powers, doing everything so that her child could reach a better future.

A/N: Honestly I wanted to release two chapters, but couldn't as I'm in a bit of pinch with school work and stuff. So yeah... enjoy the cliff-hanger. hehe.
