Ch 7: New Crew Member

"Unfortunately, I am already getting old. If I were twenty years younger, I would definitely go to sea with you. You are late." Shakky felt a little regretful, She is really curious about the future of Koch, how exciting it will be.

But she lived in seclusion for almost thirty years in those thirty years her strength have degenerated, even if she want to go to the sea, her weak strength will only bring problem to the Koch.

"You don't have to travel on my ship to become my crew member." Koch doesn't want to give up, Shakky may not have great strenght due to old age but she has experience and knowledge.

"Well then, I'll be a non-staff member of your ship crew. I can't help you with other things, but I can help you with information." Shakky replies, she has many years of experience on gathering information which will be great benefit for Koch.

' Even if she doesn't join the ship I still get 50% combat power, this is good news. If I get Shakky to join my ship then will I get remaining 50%, let's not force her, 30k combat power bonus is enough for now and she still need to save those slaves.'

Rayleigh, who was drinking, suddenly looked at Koch in surprise.

"How does it feel like you've gotten stronger?"

Rayleigh was stunned, is this an illusion, no he feel Koch got little stronger than before, It's real, how?.

Rayleigh look towards where the noise came from and use haki to observe, after he remained silent for just a second his face suddenly changed, and he was furious: "These bastard Marines are actually doing such a thing."

Rayleigh couldn't believe, just to catch some innocent slaves those Marine are catching everyone and stripping them to check weather they have slave mark or not, that totally disgust him.

Koch observation haki is a little slower than Rayleigh but he also see what is happening.

"Shakky, Rayleigh, I'm leaving." After saying goodbye, Koch disappeared instantly, turned into an afterimage, and rushed out quickly. He is rushing to the fighting area.

"Rayleigh, close the bar's door, I just join the crew, I will go and support my captain" Shakky also start to run, her speed is also fast, but still slower than Koch and she couldn't keep up.

"I am really getting old." Shakky was a little frustrated.

Sabaody Archipelago, Grove 45.

Hundreds of Marines surrounded the bustling streets, many people are staring the marine angrily, they couldn't believe that those marine are asking the to remove their cloth to check.

"Are you sure you want to fight against Marine? As long as you take off your clothes and don't have the 'Flying Dragon's Hoof' brand on your body, Marine will naturally let you go." The Vice Admiral Onigumo stared at the people especially Hancock and Boa sisters.

It's them, they Injured many Marines just now and are not obeying their orders.

"A bunch of World Government's dogs, either get lost or die." Hancock said coldly.

"Then don't blame me." Onigumo slowly pulled out the sword.

"Be careful of what they have in their hands, those bags must be important. They attach great importance to those bags. It should be very dangerous, first take those bags from their hands and then arrest them"

"Yes, Vice Admiral Onigumo"

A dozen elite officers run towards Hancock's side and reach out to seize the large number of bags in their hands.

"It's over." Marines showed a confident smile, it was a attack from Vice Admiral Onigume himself there is no way that Hancock could survive it and she will be caught immediately.

In Marine's eyes Hancock fighting strength was pretty good but compare to the strenght of Vice Admiral Onigumo she was weak, she didn't even know about Haki.

"You killed the marind soldiers, I am going to kill you" Vice Admiral Onigumo said and raised his sword to attack again.

'Klang'

A big sword blocked the blade of Vice Admiral Onigumo.

"Do you really think you can harm my crew member, I am going to take your life."

A long sword slammed into the Vice Admiral Onigumo's chest with force, and Onigumo watched helplessly as the blade in his hand broke and his chest was deeply cut as he vomited blood and flew out.

'Bang'

Onigumo flew and collided with the huge mangrove tree and he fell down.

"He is Koch"

"How could he appear in the Sabaody Archipelago, hurry up and notify the headquarters."

The Marines are dumbfounded and look at Koch who is standing in between Hancock and them.

"You really came to Sabaody Archipelago, how courageous." Vice Admiral Onigumo rushed out of the ruins.

"And you really are bold to attack my crew member."

A cold voice came from above Vice Admiral Onigumo head, as he look up in horror, he saw Koch carrying a sword and smashed towards him.

A huge crescent moon shaped shock wave of sword energy fell from the sky.

"Tekkai!"

The Vice Admiral onigumo use tekkai and whole body is hardened.

"boom!"

Grove 45 shook violently.

Koch, like a falling meteorite, slashed his sword into the Vice Admiral Onigumo, Their collision create a huge pit.

"Aaaaggggg"

A violent roar came from the depths, the Marine and people who are watching are shocked.

After a few second a figure rushed out and his blade is covered in blood.

"Did Vice Admiral Onigumo lost?" Marine's couldn't belive it, their face turn pale and they stared at the huge pit, expecting Vice Admiral Onigumo to rush out but there are no miracle.

"I'll spare you marines this time, and after this i don't owe Marine anything." Koch looked at the frightened Marine.

There is nothing left between Koch and marines, he only let them off for Gion sake.

Marine did treat Gion well.

(An: I think it was Tsuru that treat Gion well, Gion was under Tsure when she was in Marine and Tsuru think Gion as younger sister too, Marine did nothing)

"Hancock, let's go."

"Yes."

The three Boa sisters happily followed in Koch's footsteps.

No one dares to stop him.
