Chapter 3: First Performance

(Third Person POV) Year: Beginning of 1604 Location: Random Island I didn't feel like naming

"Are you nervous?" Crow asked, looking at his girlfriend in amusement.

"Nope," she lied. "You?"

"Nope."

Crow quirked an eyebrow. "You sure about that?" he asked, not believing his girlfriend for even a second.

"Y-Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"

"You're shaking, sweating like a pig, and pacing back and forth," he pointed out.

She stopped walking and looked at her boyfriend sheepishly. "Ok, maybe I'm slightly nervous."

A year ago, Crow and Uta sang at a random karaoke bar, and they were so impressive that a well-known talent scout sought them out. After some negotiation, the young couple began recording their songs at a well-known record label. It didn't take long for them to get popular. Before they knew it, they were about to sing on stage in front of a live audience and worldwide via broadcast.

Of course, she's nervous!

"Wow, really? I would've never guessed," his tone was full of amused sarcasm.

Uta smacked his chest and glared at him. "I don't need your sass."

"But you give me yours all the time," he retorted with a smile and hugged her.

Uta happily snuggled her head into his chest and wrapped her arms around him. "I love you."

"I love you too."

Someone knocked on their door.

"Come in!" Crow yelled.

The door opened, revealing Gordon. The older man saw the two, and he smiled. When they told them about their relationship two years ago, he was ecstatic and couldn't wait to be a grandfather when they got older.

Shanks, on the other hand, while accepting of the relationship, still wasn't happy about it and would be having a LONG talk with the boy when they met.

"It's almost time," the teens nodded.

Crow looked at Uta. "You ready?" he asked.

She nodded and smiled. "Yeah, but for good luck," she pulled the winged teen into a passionate kiss. She then pulled back, having a goofy grin on her face. "Now I'm ready."

(Scene Shift)

The two were now on stage and faced hundreds of thousands of people looking at them. Uta was sightly shaking but quickly steeled her nerves, and Crow looked apathetic. They looked at each other, smiled, and nodded. Soon, the music started to play, and they began signing.

"Huh, oh, oh.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh.

It's always a good time.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh.

It's always a good time."

Crow took the lead. "Woke up on the right side of the bed

What's up with this Prince song inside my head?

Hands up if you're down to get down tonight.

'Cause it's always a good time.

Slept in all my clothes like I didn't care.

Hopped onto a ship, take me anywhere.

I'm in if you're down to get down tonight.

Cause it's always a good time."

It switched to Uta. "Good morning and good night

I wake up at twilight."

They then went back to the duet. "It's gonna be alright.

We don't even have to try.

It's always a good time.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh.

It's always a good time.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

We don't even have to try.

It's always a good time." (good time, good time.)

(It's always a good time.)

(Whoa, oh, oh, oh.)

Uta soloed again. "Freaked out, dropped my snail in the pool again."

"Checked out of my room, hit the ATM.

Let's hang out if you're down to get down tonight.

Because it's always a good time."

"Good morning and good night

I wake up at twilight," they returned to the duet.

"It's gonna be alright.

We don't even have to try.

It's always a good time."

"Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh

Whoa, oh, oh, oh.

It's always a good time."

"Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

We don't even have to try.

It's always a good time."

"Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh."

"It's always a good time.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

We don't even have to try.

It's always a good time."

"Doesn't matter when.

It's always a good time, then," Crow Sang

"Doesn't matter where,

It's always a good time then," Uta Sang.

"Doesn't matter when

It's always a good time, then," Crow sang again.

(It's always a good time.)

They sang together. "Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh

Whoa, oh, oh, oh.

It's always a good time.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

We don't even have to try.

It's always a good time."

"Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh.

It's always a good time.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

We don't even have to try.

It's always a good time."

(Whoa, oh oh oh, oh oh oh.

Whoa, oh, oh, oh.

It's always a good time.

Whoa, oh oh oh, oh oh, oh)

By the time they were finished and breathing heavily, the crowd had gone wild and cheered for the young coupled performance, making them, especially Uta, incredibly happy.

Crow chuckled and waved at the crowd, making them cheer louder. He then looked at Uta and smiled. "You see. You had nothing to worry about. You were amazing, Uta."

Uta smiled and began to cry tears of joy. Without warning, she slammed her lips against the wings teens, not caring about having an audience seeing them kiss. The crowd went wild at the sight and cheered louder than ever before.

Once they broke their lip lock, they joined hands and raised in the air proudly for all to see, making the crowd cheer even more. The young couple after this would soon become the talk of the world.

However, little did they know that wasn't ideal for them...

(A week later) Location: Wano

"King, I have a mission for you."

The Lunarian raised an eyebrow. "And what's that?"

Kaido tossed him a newspaper, and the silvered-haired man's eyes widened when he saw the cover. It was an adolescent male Lunarian kissing a human girl.

King couldn't believe it. He was no longer the last of his kind. Internally, King was ecstatic, and if the winged man were correct, which he typically is, Kaido would order him to recruit the boy into the beast pirates, which he would gladly do.

"It looks like you're not the last of your kind as we thought," Kaido said, grinning like a madman. "I want you to find him and do whatever it takes to recruit him before Big Mom or the World Government gets to him, understood?"

King nodded and began his search.

When King was gone, Kaido looked at the image of the teen in the newspaper and wondered why he seemed so familiar. It was like looking at a ghost...it was like looking at--no, that couldn't be possible...although it wouldn't hurt to confirm his theory.

(With Big Mom) Location: Whole Cake Island

Big Mom was in a very good mood right now. When she was reading the paper, the very first thing she saw was a Lunarian holding hands with a human girl on the front cover.

The giant was excited because if Big Mom could get her hands on him, the giant would be one step closer to completing her collection, and the pink-haired woman could force the Lunarian to impregnate dozens of women so that she could create a nearly unstoppable army out of his children.

With them by her side, she'll be able to destroy the World Government, find the One Piece, become the Pirate King, and Kill Kaido.

"Katakuri!" she roared.

"Yes, Mama?" he asked stoically.

"I need you to find him," she tossed him the newspaper. "I don't care what, you have to locate him. Also, take the girl too. There's a possibility she may be pregnant with his child. If not, she'll be the first broodmare."

He quickly scanned the paper and understood why she wanted him to find this individual. He was surprised to see a Lunarian, of all things.

"I'll get done, Mama," he left the area and went to find the Lunarian.

(With Imu) Location: Mary Geoise

Imu was angry. No, that wouldn't be the right word to describe what she was currently feeling. She was absolutely infuriated!

The Lunarian, who was supposedly dead, was alive and on the fucking front cover of the newspaper! Imu had no doubt Kaido and Big Mom were already in search of him, and if either of those two got their hands on him, this could be disastrous!!!

What's even worse is that there's a high possibility of the girl on the cover with him being pregnant with his children! If that chance became a reality, not only would there be more Lunarians, but more of his and her bloodline would be in the world.

This likelihood cannot be allowed to happen, as the fate of the World Government, her, the Celestial Dragons, and the others will be jeopardized if he continues to breathe.

"Do you know why I've summoned you all here?" she asked in a cold and bored tone.

"It's because the Lunarian that was supposed to be dead is still alive," Elder Saturn answered.

"Correct. Not only is the boy alive, but the Lunarian also may be a soon-to-be father..." the Elders grimace at that comment. "That cannot be allowed to happen. Find where he is and kill him and the girl. Also, have the assassin that failed to have the Lunarian eliminated killed."

"Yes, Imu-sama," the five Elders said in unison and left the throne room.

Imu looked at the newspaper and glared at the image of the boy.

"Even in death and hiding, you both still cause me trouble in the form of your son..."

End.
