"Yawn…" Edam who was in the bed opened his eyes as he yawned and stretched his arms out.
"...?" He noticed from the corner of his eyes a beautiful silhouette lying down right by his sides on the same bed.
What's more, that beautiful girl just happened to be completely naked and just covered by a very small piece of bed sheets, hiding most of the important parts but showing enough for one imagination to run wild.
"Damn, wait, what happened again…" Edam held his head as he thought hard about yesterday night's event.
"Right…" When they both came back to the banquet, a still drunk Hancock took him by surprise as she sneaked up on him and climbed on his chest while undressing herself.
The temperature of her body was extremely hot as her sweat wet her body.
And of course, Edam didn't even try to oppose it and why would he? She was already his and he was hers, there was no need to hold back right?
She didn't even ask him his opinion as she savagely undressed him and kissed him. She was taking the initiative for everything while he simply watched and appreciated the view for a couple of minutes before striking back with full strength and passion.
And well, they end up doing it like two hot rabbits for hours.
Although he now should've been drained, he instead felt completely invigorated, feeling full of power and energy.
"Phew…" Looking at her, he felt the feeling to do it rising yet again but he forcefully calmed down by breathing out.
She seemed completely exhausted but still slept with a faint smile on her face. Faced with this, he just didn't have the heart to wake her up to satisfy his needs.

Her eyes widened as her face blushed to a magnificent red color and she pouted. "Oh~ shut up, dummy~…" She cutely hid her face in her cushion in embarrassment.
"Haha, I will wait for you outside, I'm going to eat something, I'm hungry…"
Feeling refreshed, he opened the door to go out as he was greeted by a few people.
"Hello, brat…" Gloriosa greeted him like usual along with Marie and Sonia as they were accompanied by a little someone.
"Edam..."
Indeed, it was the little Eri, who quickly walked into his arms to hug him.
Seeing her, Edam smiled as he crouched down. "Hey there Eri, you're already up? It's pretty early, no?"
However, the little girl shook her head slightly. "School started early in the morning, I have to be up or I'll miss it…"
The little girl seemed to have become a bit used to this place now. But it was to be expected though, the island was only populated with women, and well, an island made of women only was a lot more trustworthy than otherwise.

They went to take their breakfast before Hancock joined them to eat. She too was quite hungry this morning.
After filling his stomach with a humongous amount of food, he then took a look at the Newspaper because Gloriosa kept hinting to take a look throughout the breakfast.

"Those idiots… they really did it…" His mouth twitched as he read the few lines of the front cover of today's newspaper.

As he then read the whole news, he couldn't help but put a hand on his face, having a small headache but still having a small smile on his face.
Apparently, the newspaper said that the commander of the first fleet of the whitebeard's pirate, Marco the Phoenix suddenly got in contact with a journalist and literally spit Edam's name as well as his position as a Marine and then his brotherhood with Portgas D. Ace, namely the currently famous Fire Fist.

He couldn't care less about this, what he said yesterday was all true, after just a single meeting with the Whitebeard's crew, the old man succeeded in drawing his respect for him. He was also deeply thankful to Whitebeard and was truly honored to be able to become one of his sons.

After her breakfast, Eri went to her school while Hancock was pestered all day long by the old hag to do her duty and just couldn't stay in peace with Edam who then went to breathe fresh air.
The islands that he stole from Shiki were currently floating all-around Amazon lily, forming a crown of some sort.
Edam was sitting somewhere amidst the plants along with a strange grey bird.
This bird was in actuality, Yamote!
Yes, after days of staying with Edam, Yamote noticed Black Snow who was always staying near Edam, and he decided for whatever reason to take this form.
Surprisingly, after having taken this form, he even started to fly around the island no longer staying within Edam's inner space.
And the strangest thing was that the latter always came back with a weird expression on his face, the kind that people would want to slap yes.
"Those things called devil fruits are indeed rather incredible, my lord…"

Mana is the energy required to use magic. This is not some sort of innate willpower or magical energy, but something taken from the energy in the atmosphere and subdued via willpower and techniques – in other words, it is an energy from outside the practitioner. This means that Mana itself has more or less an infinite source, but the practitioner cannot preserve any Mana if he exhausts his own willpower. In this state, the practitioner can be said to be out of Mana. While there are individual differences when it comes to Mana capacity, it is an innate talent or 'gift' difficult to develop through training.
One way to increase Mana capacity is to reinforce willpower, which governs Mana. It is believed that by mental growth, and training of the mind, the ability to hold Mana also increases. Another method is to improve the efficiency of the techniques used to convert the energy in the atmosphere to Mana. If the amount of willpower used can be reduced by this process, then Mana capacity can increase as a result.
The theory of Mana is based on the Chinese concept of onmyou or Yin and Yang. While the energy outside of the body would be Myou, the energy inside the body would be On. As On and Myou are the smallest units representing the state of all things in existence, they exist in the foundation of all phenomena. On is the female and maternal component, representing the power of the earth, and of darkness and shadows. On the other hand, Myou is the male and paternal component, representing the power of the heavens, of creation, of light and brightness, and of activity.
"And after that, we can speak of the way to literally control heaven and earth to one's will, but that's a thing for another time…"
Yamote who was still in his bird's form was pointing a board with a wooden stick or something.
"Interesting..." Edam who was then lying on the grass with his eyes closed opened his eyes and looked at the sky.
He sat down and looked at Yamote. "How do we assess my element affinity then?"
"Uh, well, it would have been easy if we had a mana crystal, but we can just draw out a magic circuit instead, if I remember well, it should look like that…" Yamote then took his wooden stick and drew the said magic circuit on the ground.
A circular and complex thing was drawn on the ground as Yamote said.
"You only have to release your Ki upon it to activate the circuits..."
"Alright!" Edam smiled with a bit of excitement and hurriedly released his Ki out.
And immediately after that, the magic circuits were rapidly dyed a blood-red color, before slowly changing…

And then, a multitude of colors looking like a rainbow appeared in a split second before changing back to the previous blood-red color from earlier.
Boom!
Something seemed to explode as the magic circuits on the ground were completely blown disappearing, and yet leaving some faint traces behind.
"...?" Edam looked at what was once a magic circuit before looking at Yamote.
"Hmm, I didn't understand it well, what happened?"
"Uh, well… it was to be expected…" Yamote looked at it remembering seeing a purple black and white clashing. "But anyway, you have the eight elements at your disposal: fire, earth, water, wind, light, darkness, space, and finally time…"
"Okay…" Edam nodded kinda uncaring about the result. One, two, or more elements didn't mean anything to him since he never had a use for it.
He was a bit bored and was just happy to learn something new. This magic could maybe become another string added to his bow too so why not?
And so, just like this, Edam came into contact with magic.
"Ah, it's time, I have to leave, I will come back in approximately four hours…" Yamote suddenly said as he looked at the sky and began to flap his wings with a devious smile.
"...?" Edam just watched him fly away curiously before he narrowed his eyes.
"Wait a minute…"
"...?! Yes?!" At his call, Yamote completely stopped in place and turned his head to look.
"Where are you going?"
"Uh… sightseeing… I'm just sightseeing! This island is beautiful after all!" Yamote laughed awkwardly with a sweat.
"You… you're not going to the bathroom are you?"
"Gah!? How, how do you know, my lord?! Don't tell me that you too…?!"
"Yes, Hancock asked me not to go there at this time of the day…"
"Oh, and here I thought you finally became cultured…" Yamote sighed, a bit disappointed.
"Well, you, on the contrary, I would have never thought you like to peep…" Edam said a bit surprised.
