Chapter 002

Luke woke up and noticed the sky already went dark.

"Having sweet dreams? Here, have some breakfast."

Luke turned his head and saw Killer Bee sitting near the bonfire while munching on a large grilled meat he suspected to be the tiger that attacked and injured him earlier.

He stood up wobbling and dusted his shabby pants before walking to the bonfire with calm demeanor.

Killer Bee paused his action and frowned. He observed the little action of Luke and he noticed something was wrong.

'This dude.. He's forcin' himself to calm down.'

Killer Bee then heard his partner The Eight-Tail Ox' warn, "Bee, be careful of this person. He's dangerous! I don't get it, but he suddenly got so powerful after meditating. It would be best if you avoid him now."

Even The Samehada sword was shivering, not in excitement but it felt threatened.

Killer Bee stayed silent. After a short pause, he started eating again as if he didn't hear the warning of his partner and the whining of his weapon.

While eating, Killer Bee examined the changes of Luke before and after he meditates.

Luke's whole body exudes inexplicable attraction yet dangerous aura as if there is a invisible domain surrounding him.

Tall and handsome dark-haired youth. Around 18 years old yet he has a mature aura as if he's a 30 years old man. Lean muscular body with no scars or any blemishes around the body.

There are no noticeable physical changes except for one, Luke's black eyes before is now scarlet red, even glowing slightly red in the the dark.

'Is he a vampire?'

Killer Bee inwardly thought. He said, "Ya got a name? Ma name is Killer Bee. Call me Bee if you want."

"You can call me Luke." Luke nodded and replied. He didn't eat the barbecued meat. He's not hungry either. He just wanted to contemplate things because he was unsettled with things.

First, he suddenly arrived into an unfamiliar place. After seeing Bee, he somehow has the idea where he is.

And now, he suddenly got stronger. It felt surreal that he needed to think things through. The bizarre feeling to wanting to destroy everything keeps popping on his mind. If this goes on, he might really lose his mind.

'Sigh* My previous world's matters are greatly affecting my train of thoughts..'

If coming to a new world while nothing to lose in the previous world, then it's all perfect no matter how it happened.

But Luke's situation is different. If given the chance to go and explore this new magical place, then he would reject it in a decisive manner.

His family was facing a great calamity in his previous world. And he is the only person who can save this great tribulation. Although he was carrying all the burden, he has no other choice. He couldn't let it go just like that.

Then the only question remains in Luke's mind is,

How to escape this place?

Glancing around with his new improved senses, he affirmed that everything was real. Although kinda weird, he knew it's real.

The earth, skies, trees, plants and everything.

All real!

'This fool is fool. Look at how he behaves now. Like a curious kid.'

Killer Bee wasn't intimidated by how unstable Luke was and even made a silent comment.

Killer couldn't stand the awkward silence and shouted,

"Hey! Ya fool! What are ya doin' all weird moves like that, yo? Are ya an idiot, ya fool? Eat ya dinner yo!"

'Oy Bee, stop intimidating him!' The Eight-Tail Ox reminded with caution.

No matter what, they are on a mission. Facing an unknown foe, they might be at disadvantage.

"I'm sorry. I'm distracted right now. I'm having a little headache." Luke shrugged Killer Bee's annoying voice and picked up a leg-sized barbecued meat.

'Yeah. I don't like it. Taste like raw meat.'

After giving it a bite, Luke put down the meat and stayed silent again. It's better to think things through than eating food he doesn't like.

Killer Bee asked, "What were ya doin' in this place earlier? Are ya hunting devil fruits? Did ya ate one?"

Luke whose a lot calmer suddenly frowned and tilted his head. He stared at Killer Bee with incredulous look. He was contemplating if he heard the latter right.

'He said devil fruit?'

"Don't look at me like a fool, ya fool! I'm serious yo!" Killer Bee immediately got familiar with Luke and began to wave his hand like a rapper.

"What do you mean... devil fruits? Wait. How do you even know those fruits?" Luke was having a real headache now. Things are not so simple now that Killer Bee mentioned this thing.

"Huh!? Don't act like a fool, ya fool!" Killer Bee replied.

"Sigh* Okay. I'm not so used of you calling me such words, but whatever. Let's start again." Luke took a deep breath and continued, "I'm a bit lost. Where are we at right now? I mean the place."

Killer Bee twitched his face but still kept his cool. If this fool is suffering of some kind of memory loss then so be it.

"Accordin' to my knowledge, the exact location of this place is Mt. Corvo, Goa Kingdom of East Blue."

Luke stiffened his body as he recalled a familiar place.

East Blue! Home of Luffy the rubber kid!

'No way! Does this mean there are two stories colliding now? Wait.. Three..'

Luke glanced at his palm that formed into a fist. The power he wields right now is similar to that story.

His crimson eyes glowed with unknown intention. Things are indeed more complicated than it looks.

"What are the current events right now? Tell me everything you know." Luke glanced at Killer Bee while asking seriously.

"If ya have a serious amnesia then fine. I'll tell you everythin' ya want to know. But before that.." Killer Bee smirked and continued,

"Finish ya dinner yo!"
