Youre overpowering Itachi a lot. All Yonko and Admirals are stronger than Madara(without juubi). Itachi Prime would be at the level of 2nd or 1st commander. Of course using Chakra as a base. If he learns Haki he would be a beast. But if he use only Chakra, he is nothing special in One Piece

writing quality is ok MC is an idiot who wastes his chakra and eyes health on weak people. ..................................................

i love the concept but the execution of this is meh at best . This story has an interesting premise but the author is writing someone that feels to me as if It was a joke towards one of the most favorite Naruto character : Itachi
