Going Merry was slowly floating towards the mist covered island as its shape became slightly visible to the crew on deck, big cactus shaped shadows become more and more apparent. As the crew started to talk about the possibility of danger, Usopp incurable disses started to manifest, as he began shaking with fear and noticed moving shadows on the shores, alerting the others.

Mist started to dissipate, making possible for them to see a large group of people that seem to welcome them with cheers and smiles

" They seem happy to see us "

"Whoa... there are a lot of lovely girls! " Exclaimed Sanji, with a love's stricken expression.

"Heeeeyyy!!"

Soon after the warm welcome, the residents of the island under the lead of their mayor Igaram organized a party for the straw hats with lots of drinks and plenty of food. The welcoming celebration lasted from the morning till down. Finally, under the exhaustion from the route combine with their excessive parting got most of the straw hats sleeping at such, the atmosphere on the island started to change from blissful to murderous as it is revealed that all the normal citizens are in fact bounty hunters belonging to the secret organization known as Baroque Works. Ready to finish the job, they gathered around the building with arms in hand, only for them to be surprised by an unexpected person calling out to them.

"Hey, could you let them sleep, they are quite tired from the road ... Baroque Works ..." On top of the building, Zoro, draws his sword while looking down on the hunters. In the moment of disarray, Zoro, managed to jump right in their midst, surprising them and making them shoot each other. After the chaos ensured, he made a quick retreat hiding and waiting for them to separate, so he could test his new swords.

Right away, the fighting commenced and bullets started flying everywhere as Zoro moved quickly between the masses, cutting them up.

"One Sword-Draw: Lion's Song" ...

The fight eventually moved across the roofs as Zoro was meet with an ambush made by an unlikely combo, a nun and a small kid, which got crushed without mercy albeit by the back of his blade.

"Ohh ! ... so cruel, Zoro, i didn't take you for the type of person to hit a nun much less a kid, you demon "

"Ugh ... How are you still awake, didn't you drink yourself to sleep?"

"Tsk, tsk, tsk ... How can I do that when everything here is so fishy? I smelled trouble before we even disembark."

'Of course i knew what's going to happen, how can I miss this scene'.

"So, are you here to help ?" said as he hit another guy in the face.

"Me ? No, no, I'm not really a good fighter just yet. I don't even have a weapon, but I had to choose between supporting you or going on a stealing spree with our lovely navigator who by the way was also faking it"

"WHAT! ... Whatever, just do something!"

"Kufufu... then how about this ..." The moment he said that, he used his gear to make the hunters see him right beside them, making them panic and attack him, only to find out that they had injured an ally instead.

However, his trick could work only for so long as the hunters started to realize what was happening

"Be careful, there is a devil fruit user among them !" warned Igaram

The hunters started to use sound, calling each other names to make sure they don't injure any more allies.

"Well, this is as far as I can help you." said as he made himself invisible to hide from the coming mob. Then started to look around the fallen bodies for a usable weapon, which he succeeded not long after fining a long black trident with a silver color to its "teeth".

"Well, this will do for now, it's time for my first real fight!" Sol, fallowed the mob that converged on Zoro striking hunter after hunter from blind sports making use of his invisibility and the chaos.

However, this did not go unnoticed as Mr.9 happened to see few people being stabbed out of nowhere, so he jumped in the air as he got out two metallic baseball bats and struck down, forcing Sol to block him.

"How did you manage to find me ? "

"Hahaha … What's the matter, so scared that i found your tricks!"

"No, just curious about what give it away so fast. "

"Hehehe … for someone as smart as me, it's an easy thing to do. I was j-...! " His monologue was stopped by Sol as he could not hear more of his pretends.

"It was the sound of my running and my footprints, isn't it?"

"Ugh... How dare you interrupt me! Now, die ! Home Run Sneaky Bat!"

The top of his bat separated, revealing a long chain which wrapped around his trident, forcing them in to a struggle of strengths. Not wanting to be defeated by such a plain man like Mr.9 he pulled with all his strength hanging on to his weapon. His power concentrate behind him as dozens of spears appeared in the air aimed at Mr.9 and soon began flying at fast speeds towards him. Forcing him to close his eyes, giving Sol the chance to get the bat out of his hand and free his weapon.

"What, I'm alright ? How can this be? You! What did you do ? "

Oh, that ? Just a little trick just like this one!" his image became blurry and 15 other avatars of Sol appeared at the same time fake mist come around Mr.9 making it impossible for him to see. Sol and his avatars ran towards his enemy, hitting him relentlessly util finally he fell down knocked out.

Back on the roof, Zoro just finished beating the rest of the Baroque Works agents and is now standing at the edge of the building looking at the view.

"Oh, are you done, Zoro ?"

"Sure, just a late night workout."

"Fufu… I also manage to win my first ever fight, by the way, did you see a big duck? I want him as a pet "

"Duck?? If i remember correctly, last time I've seen it, I send it flying with that blue haired chick."

The four Baroque Works frontier agents were recuperating when suddenly two shadowy figures approach them from distance. They were the officer agents Mr.5 and Miss Valentine, as they were revealing their purpose coming here another person was listening to all of this, it was Nami who was just about done with robing the place out of every valuable.

Vivi, princess, identity was revealed, so the two of them have been sent to finish her off for finding their boss secrets. A fight broke out between the two groups as every one did their best to protect the princess.

Their struggle proved to be useless as they could not resist the two devil fruits users, they fell one by one util only Vivi remain standing, but the chaos of the battle not only bought enough time for the princess to run away on her trusty steed, Karoo the duck, but also attracted Zoro and Sol here to watch the show.

"Oyy, Zoro, do you think we should do something?

"Is not our business, is it ?"

Right at this moment a crawling Igaram grabbed Zoro's leg begging them to save his princesses, offering to repay them any way he could

"Screw that, I don't care, let me go ! "

"Please ! If something happened to her, the kingdom of Alabasta is going to be doomed!

As his pleads become more and more desperate, Sol was about to accept when from above them Nami requested an absurd amount of money for a poor country like Alabasta making Igaram unable to agree. After a bit of negotiation, Nami blackmailed Zoro in to saving her, not wanting to miss any of the coming fun, Sol also ran after him.

'How often will I get to see Zoro cutting a bugger with his prized sword ?'

In another place, Luffy woke up and found the carnage left behind by his crew, and without even questioning it, he rushed to put them in line.

The two assassins were rapidly approaching the target, making it obviously apparent that they were having fun playing with Vivi as she got cornered and about to be killed in one of the worst ways possible ... a bugger ... a sword appeared in the way of the projectile, splitting it in halves. Zoro and Sol landed on both sides of Karoo, one could feel the intense feeling in the air.

"Hahahahaha !! ... Zoro you did it, another big step in becoming the best swordsmen in the world, a feat that not even Hawk-Eye did not do! ...hahaha!! "

"DO YOU WANT TO DIE, YOU BASTARD !"

"Hmm… Who are you !? Why are you stopping us ?"

Out of nowhere, a scream resounded in the whole town

"Zoroooo, Sooool you two bastards!" Luffy appeared at the other end of the street with an angry look on his face, eying the two crewmates.

"Well, Zoro, I'll leave it up to you ! Without even waiting for him to answer he got in the duck behind Vivi used his powers to make them disappear and whispered in her ear.

"Don't worry we are not enemies right now we are just some mercenaries hired by your guard Igaram to save you, so while they finish here let the two of us go back to find him, what do you say?"

"Umm!" replied with a nod.

The two of them didn't even look back at the abandoned swordsman and the two assassins, but they could hear the sound of battle as they got away, going to meet Nami and Igaram.
