The street outside of Ulrick's shop was louder than ever. People were scared about what happened but their fear didn't out way their curiosity for many people there. So, they stayed gathering in packs large enough to hinder the approaching marine soldiers that were trying to navigate through them. Once the marines made their way through they saw the fresh corpse on the ground. Its face was a mess-making its appearance nearly unrecognizable. The body's blood had turned black but hadn't fully dried. The marines saw the state of the body and thought some psychotic freak did the deed.

Getting their bearings the navy soldiers quickly found out who was responsible and prepared to surround Ulrick's shop. Ulrick not wanting to go through any unnecessary extra shit walked outside slowly from his shop with his hands up. The navy soldiers seeing the perpetrator walking towards them immediately all pointed their guns at him. From the group of navy soldiers, a man wearing slightly different attire who was most likely a lieutenant walked in front of them and spoke to Ulrick.

"Do not move you are hereby under arrest for first-degree murder. Any attempt to resist can and will be met with lethal force".

Ulrick not worried about being imprisoned in the slightest pled his case." you guys don't have to be so hostile towards me this is all just a big miss understanding".

The lieutenant looked at Ulrick with a raised eyebrow as he replied, "A man is lying dead on the street and you killed him what exactly have we miss understood".

"A lot of things actually because you see I'm the owner of this shop here and that man your trying to claim justice for is a pirate who tried to rob me. So, as you can see you're defending the rights of the wrong guy. It is me you should help and the grey beard pirate of who that man is a part of you should be pointing those guns at".

The lieutenant looked over at the body behind him and notice how the guy was indeed dressed as a pirate and was holding a gun in his swollen black right hand. The lieutenant didn't bother questioning what happened to the pirate's hand he just looked back at Ulrick and said, "I have no way to confirm your statement at the moment mostly because the pirate in question had his face turned into mush but it does look like there seems to be truth in it. So, if you would be willing to-".

*Bang*

A gunshot fired up into the air from the crowd many people to the left of Ulrick screamed as they cleared the way. Walking forward holding a smoking gun was a pirate captain with a grey beard followed closely behind him were his crewmen. Greybeard had a large scar on the left side of his face. He adorned a colorful button-up shirt that was unbuttoned at the moment showing his slim stomach and cross tattoo on his chest (not a Jesus related cross).

Greybeard looked angrily at the dead body on the floor recognizing it instantly he shouted.

"Oye, who's the one that has the balls big enough to do this to one of my crewmen".

Greybeard started pointing his gun around which made a bunch of people sell Ulrick out faster than they could blink. Ulrick rolled his eyes at this while the navy quickly switched targets and pointed their guns at grey beard and his crew.

"You filthy pirate scum you are all under arrest. Any resistance will be met with lethal force for you lot".

The navy lieutenant looked at the pirates with much ire he just wanted one of them to twitch wrong so that he could kill them. Greybeard heard the navy lieutenant's words and laughed at him.

"What is with you navy dogs always spouting the same lines before you die. Don't any of you get tired of it. You guys can all just fuck off I've killed so many of you guys it's lost its appeal".

Under the gaze of everyone grey beard switched his attention over to Ulrick and said to him, "but you on the other hand stay right there you got the guts to take the life of one of my men, so I'd like to cut those guts out and see what makes you think you such a big shot".

The navy lieutenant was seething in anger grey beard was treating him like a joke and ignored him and the rest of the navy. Having enough of it the navy lieutenant gave his orders.

"MEN, FIRE AT WILL!!!"

A dozen navy soldiers cocked back their guns and were a second away from firing. In that second grey beard smiled and was about to show those ignorant fools why he was known for his grey beard.

Grey beard's beard moved and flowed like water before each strand of hair hardened and shimmered like steel before shooting outward. The navy soldiers fired their guns at this moment as well, but the result was unnerving.

Dozens of people watched what transpired with their jaws wide open including Ulrick because he didn't think he would run into such a problem, so soon. In front of everyone, thousands of tiny strands of hair could be seen skewering over a dozen bullets and navy soldiers. The navy soldiers could still be seen twitching vigorously but those were just their death throws. They have each been stabbed hundreds of times all over their bodies they are all certainly dead.

Greybeard let out a victorious laugh as he shouted, "did any of you idiots think that those foolish dogs had a chance to beat me the mighty Greybeard. I ate the Hae-Hae No Mi (Hair-Hair Fruit) and became able to manipulate my hair at will. Those weaklings stood no chance".

Ulrick looked at Grey Beard with a bit of fear as he questioned his own intelligence at the same time. He wondered why did he get a pirate to advertise his shop, why did he kill one right in front of it? He knew the reason well there was no point in asking. It was because he got too cocky it didn't matter if it was his system's abilities or his future knowledge Ulrick got too cocky and looked down on the east blue and everyone in it when he should have known full well that the real world is not scripted. Anything can happen, anything can change, and Ulrick's presence has and will change the world more than he will ever know. Ulrick thought that he was playing the game in his favor but he was actually just welcoming destruction.

Grey Beard's one sided massacre of all the navy soldiers made everyone scatter for their lives. They were no longer interested in what was happening they just wanted to protect their own lives. As people were scattering Ulrick wanted to run too. He has a few was to potential escape from this situation unharmed and as he was about to do so. Another gunshot came from the crowd this shot was loud enough to cut through all the noise around the place and strong enough to knock Grey Beard off his feet after the bullet struck him in the head.

The Grey Beard pirates and anyone brave enough to keep watching were surprised by this sudden turn of events. Though surprised, not one person took longer than a second to turn and see who it was. The person who fired the gun had a fresh hair cut that was combed back and lightly oiled. He wore a custom made Italian style suit that was completely black with a red inner lining. The other people who followed behind that man wore similar clothes and were almost as intimidating as the one leading them.

The leader of the group was named Rico Simoni. He is Alexander Simoni's son in law and married to Alexander Simoni's only daughter. Rico is also known on the streets as sweetheart because he likes sweets and has the habit of ripping out his enemies ' hearts. Before people were scared but now there is no reason to fear because the Simoni family is here.
