Title: Jaw… the man too dangerous to live...

As the marine warships are about to continue forward… they see something that they can't believe, even Garp and the Admirals are surprised by that.
An island descends from the sky. In front of it are Jaw, Nagato, Kakashi, Kisame, Ichigo, and Mikoto… together with many children behind him.
"Well hello there." Says Jaw with a smile on his face. "How can I help you, marine men?"
While they have a reluctant look on their faces.
Fwish!
Garp disappears from his previous place and charges towards Jaw.
{EL THOR!!!}
But suddenly above the clouds lightning gathers.
*Bzzzt*
And it hits Garp in less than a second.
BOOOOM!!!
But Garp just punches upward and with his fist covered in Haki, he dispels the lightning. He has an annoyed look on his face. He is about to go and attack Jaw once more but then a giant tsunami arises from the water.
Boom!!
Garp grinds his teeth in annoyance at this, he turns around and sees that the Admirals have nervous looks on their faces and are not making a move.
"Damn brats." Says Garp as he immediately decides to give chase to Jaw again, and the fishman smiles at this slightly and jumps up to go and meet Garp midair.
But as they are about to clash on the air once again.
Pow!!!
Jaw is punched in the ocean by Garp, no one saw what exactly happened as the exchange of hits was too fast. But suddenly a little blood down Garp's lip. "That damn brat… he kicked me as soon as I punched him."
Jaw immediately comes out of the ocean and he has a bloody smile on his face. "You are still as strong as ever, Garp… but I think that the Marines should retreat now. Big Mom is dead… the Marine's shouldn't interfere in the New World. This is our playground now."
Garp looks at Jaw with a trace of anger in his eyes. "You think that the New World is your playground? Well, I will show you brat…"
Jaw shrugs at this and sighs. "Yea, yea, I know that our playground is not as big as the World Government's, but we make due with what we have."
Garp's gets a calm look on his face as he hears Jaw say that. 'So that is what he is after.'
Garp smiles slightly, but his smile disappears as he turns around and gives the order retreat. "We are going back, there is no use for us fighting the Jaw Pirates…"
Jaw's smile widens at this and turns around too. He gave Garp a hidden message, and turning around means that he won't interfere.
'That old man isn't as dumb as he seems.' Ponders Jaw, as he goes back to his kids and says. "Let's organize the population of Totto Land."

After that happened, in Little Garden, Naruto and the rest of the Strawhats spent their time having a feast with the two giants. After the feast, in the morning, suddenly the news coo drops a Newspaper in front of Naruto. He sleepily opens the newspaper and reads the headline...
"WHAAAAAAT!!!" Exclaims NAruto surprised at the headlines.

NOW OFFICIALLY, OUT OF THE YONKO, JAW IS THE STRONGEST?

'What the hell… dad just officially swallowed Big Mom's territory… didn't he fight against Kaido just recently? Damn, he is pulling some big moves and even cased the likes of Garp, Aokiji, and even Akainu.' Contemplates Naruto, he swallows hard at this. Now that they are just playing with Shichibukai, it seems like a kid's play in comparison. 'At this rate, there is no way that Luffy will ever even have a chance of becoming the Pirate King.'
Naruto of course had not been informed of this situation at all. After all, he isn't known to be very smart and strong to really help. But he knows one thing for sure. 'Dad is preparing for something… something big.'

In the Marine Headquarters, Itachi reads the newspaper and narrows his eyes a little. 'Soon… our final move will be played. After that, we will start taking over this world.'
He puts the newspaper down and goes outside to continue training. 'This is what must be done, I must be useful when the time comes.'
A small almost unnoticeable smile appears on Itachi's face as he contemplates situations like this. His wish is to one day see his siblings in an untouchable position, he is a simple man, he just wants to protect his siblings, they are his everything after all.

The residents of Totto Land got easily accustomed to their new leader, it wasn't truly that different from before. There were still even homies who took lifespan away. One of Jaw's children had already eaten the Soul Soul fruit and has now put Totto Land into working order once more.
….
In Sengoku's office, there were three admirals, Garp, and even the Gorosei were here.
"We need to get rid of Jaw at all costs." Says one of the elders with a thick mustache. "It's no longer a fight just between us and the Yonko. Only he or the World Government survives. Even back in the day, Rocks was better than this, Rocks was reckless and there was no working together withing his crew. Jaw on the other hand has all of his children under control and they will listen to any of his orders. He has to die immediately, there is no other outcome."
Sengoku nods at this. "That is true… we must keep quiet and give one all-out attack against Jaw. This is the only thing we can do at the moment."
Garp on the other hand frowns at this. He doesn't like even looking at the Gorosei's scummy faces. Much less be in the same room as them for long periods of time.
"We won't need to go to him, he will come at us." Says Garp suddenly, surprising everyone in the room. He usually doesn't talk or give a lot of input during these meetings. "He said to me to not interfere and his emotions moved a certain way as he said that. Leading me to believe that he wants me to not interfere during the attack… whenever that will be."
Everyone in the room frowns at that. They are confused about why Jaw would say something like that. Even though not everyone in the room currently likes Garp, they all know that he won't betray the marines or the World Government.
"What is that bastard thinking." Wonders the elder with a sword in his hand and with an angry look on his face. Though none of them want to admit it, Jaw's terrifying strategies and mind are what is even more terrifying than his personal strength in their eyes. "Well… we know that he must at least have a plan at least."
The others nod at this, Kizaru has a strange look in his eyes as he sees this happening. "Ora~ this has become quite the complicated situation… but Jaw at the moment is unlikely to attack. His children are weak and he doesn't seem like the guy who is willing to sacrifice any of them."
Sengoku suddenly smiles. "I know now what must be done…"
….
The next day, Jaw got a bounty raise, he is now worth 5,500,000,000 ß… higher than Whitebeard and almost at Roger's level. His threat to the World Government is higher than any of the Yonko now...
....

Now the World Government will actually start moving against Jaw for real.
