3 Meeting Luffy
"Oiiii! Cool flying snake person! Wait up!" The straw hat boy shouts towards kei who was humming thinking about what good food he can eat in the village.
Hearing a loud shout that seems to come from the top of the tree, Kei then raises his head and looks up in the direction of the incoming shout.
The sun is still bright so it hinders with his vision at first but then after his eye starts to adjust, He saw the owner of the loud shout.
It was a boy looking around 14 or 15 years old, he was wearing a white t-shirt, a straw hat, and he have a stitch underneath his left eye. The boy is waving at kei with a very huge smile on his face.
Just from one look, kei could already guess who that boy was.
Who else would it be except for the main character of One Piece, The captain of the straw hats, Monkey D Luffy
Kei remembered about being sent a few years before canon but base on how Luffy looks right now. It's safe to say that he got less than 5 years. It might even be less than 3 actually because Luffy set sail to the sea when he was 17 after all.

The boy jumps down from the top of the tree with one hand holding his straw hat to make sure it won't fly off due to the wind.
Upon safe landing to the ground
With a wide smile on his face, he then said "Shishishi, Cool flying snake guy. My name is Luffy. Monkey D Luffy and I want you to join my pirate crew that I will make soon!"
Kei was speechless for a few seconds, He never expects to meet the protagonists of the show so soon.
And to get an offer to join the future crew of the pirate king nonetheless. but
Kei is no idiot. There's no way he will just go ahead and say 'yes I will join your crew' to luffy
[A/N: Pls read the paragraph above carefully cause I see a lot of people misunderstood]
The straw hats bunch is a very dangerous group to join in. Not only do they have the world government as an enemy because they declared war to them, but even kaido and big mom will also be their enemy in the future
Sure the rest of the original straw hats crew will survive. But kei is an anomaly, If he were to join and end up in a dangerous situation then there's no guarantee that he will make it out alive like the rest of them
Kei who have already think this through then decided
with a calm expression, Kei then said
"Kirishima Kei but you can just call me Kei, I'm not interested in joining any pirate crew but anyway are you from the village over there? Do you know any good food selling places?"
Kei was trying to change the subject so that luffy won't pester him more about joining his crew.
One thing Kei is absolutely sure about luffy after watching the anime is that luffy is a very stubborn guy.
So even after he already rejects luffy with a good manner, he is still worried that luffy will be stubborn and search for him all over the world later on just so he will join the straw hats crew.
While Luffy touches his chin with his hand and lets out a loud hmmm. He keeps looking at kei very seriously.
"Hmmm, if I bring you to go grab food will you join my crew then?"
Kei was speechless by Luffy's dumbness, The 17 year old Luffy from the show is both dumb and reckless and the Luffy in front of him now is probably dumber.
Kei just sighs and Reply with "No, I won't" and ask Luffy to lead the way to the village.
Luffy leads kei to the village but along the way, he still keeps pestering kei to join his future pirate crew.

Foosha Village or Windmill Village is a village that is located on Dawn Island and is part of Goa Kingdom. It is the first setting of the Romance Dawn Arc, and is where the story of One Piece starts from.
Never in his entire life, Kei would have thought that he can set foot here. The scenery was beautiful and the breeze was calming.
" What a nice looking village this is" kei said
"Shishishi, come on, I will bring you to a good place to eat" luffy replied
Following Luffy's lead, Kei then arrives at Partys Bar. A bar owned by Makino, A beautiful lady that has also appeared in the show. She have a very nice body, smooth looking hair with a very beautiful and gentle smile on her face
Sitting down, Kei then ordered for some food that contains a lot of meat. While waiting for his food to be ready, Luffy kept looking at him non-stop.
Trying to ignore him, kei then remembered
In the show, Kei remembers that Makino have become a mother but until now he still doesn't know who the father of her baby is. Is it shanks? if it's not shanks then who?
Kei was deep in his useless thought until makino present a 3 layered steak meal in front of him.
Kei was excited, he can finally wash his tongue with some good food. The smell was very fragrant and it makes kei have an appetite. As he was about to dig in...
*Swoop
A rubber hand snatches his food and then luffy puts the whole thing up in his mouth.
*Munch * Munch *Munch
"Say, Are you really not joining my future crew?" He said while his mouth is munching the steak.
It would be a lie to say that kei is not pissed. Although he is a fan of luffy, Anger is normal if someone snatches your food after all.
Taking a deep breath, Kei then sighs while facepalming his face. " Say, If I pay for that meal and another meal for you, can you not disturb my meal? "
Luffy was clueless for a second there while makino chuckle seeing the two.
"Don't worry, the one that luffy ate is is on me. you just need to pay for your meal" Makino said with a smile on her face
"Oi don't change the subject!" Luffy said angrily while still munching.

A week later...
Kei have been renting a room in an inn in the village.
His daily routine was simple, Practice his abilities, eat good food, and occasionally spar with luffy.
Kei actually spars with luffy because luffy kept challenging kei to make him join his future crew.
During the spar, Kei also took this chance to check out how strong he is against a devil fruit user like luffy while also practicing his proficiency some more.
without turning into Rayquaza and hybrid, kei strength is pretty decent.
Although he can't use other abilities except for control over wind.
Creating an invisible cocoon of wind, luffy punch can't seem to penetrate Kei's defense.
Kei then uses the wind to push luffy back and although luffy only got push a few meters back, kei is still satisfied with the results.
As the day is about to end, clenching his 5 fingers into a fist kei then lands a solid hit. Luffy was sent flying until he hit a tree due to the effect of having an invisible wind gale hovering and coating around kei arm.
Of course, luffy body is very sturdy so he barely got injured. Luffy complains to kei because he never fights him in his Rayquaza form.
Of course by giving an excuse like " If you can't even land a hit on me in this form then what's the point?"
Luffy was speechless but that just make him more fired up
This goes on every day and so it allows kei to practice different stuff like enchanting his speed with the support of the wind or slamming luffy to a tree and not allowing him to do anything with the force of the wind. basically like how the barrier fruit can slam people into the wall and make them trap
Kei knew that if he were to fight haki user then his little trick will probably be not as effective. Nonetheless, it's still an improvement.
Although kei felt like it was too easy to do stuff sometimes but he still recalls about being given certain proficiency as a bonus so it's probably due to that reason that kei can use his fruit power very easily.
So he can't really complain because he can't go through much hardship to be able to use the technique he imagine
Luffy on the other hand, can't really do much with his rubber ability. Sure he can extend part of his body and it does pack quite the punch but no matter how hard he tried it's just not strong enough to bypass kei defense.
Of course, it was an easy win for kei as this luffy is not the luffy of the future after all.
If kei were to fight the future luffy that can even beat a strong guy like katakuri. Then he is sure he can't even stand one punch from him.
Currently, it's is the year 1520, and this luffy is 15 years old which means that he will set sail to the sea in 2 years on the year 1522.
His boat will be sucked into a whirlpool and then he ends up floating inside of a barrel until the Alvida pirates bring the barrel on board. Thus, that was the start of the series.

Kei decided to travel somewhere else now. He bought a simple boat with a sail and with some supplies like cloth, food, and water he then set off on his journey.
Luffy was unhappy that kei decided to leave already and although luffy is annoying to kei. both of them still end up being friends with each other after the constant sparring.
After saying farewell to Luffy, makino, and the other villagers that been kind and show great hospitality towards him. Kei then sails towards his next destination.
"Oiii, The next time we meet I'll make sure that I am strong enough to fight you in your cool form and then make you part of my crew" Luffy shout while waving at kei
A grin appeared on kei face, he didn't look back at the people and then just focus on going to his next destination.
Shell town, Located in the Yotsuba island region. The place where luffy met with his first mate, Roronoa Zoro. That is kei next destination.
Using his power to command the wind, Kei then uses it to move his boat towards the destination.
At first, Kei actually have no idea on what he should do in this world. He already got the cheat so his safety is pretty much ok.
He is also now at east blue which is the weakest of all the blues so the chance of meeting a strong enemy that he can't fly away from is extremely slim.

(Kei POV)
This world is weird, or is it me that is weird? I felt no attachment to earth now that im here. I mean I knew that returning to earth is impossible now but not having any sort of attachment is just off.
Anyway, I wonder what I should do now? I have the cheats and such but what am I supposed to do?
As I was thinking about it, I suddenly remember luffy. I spent some time with luffy in the past few days and now a thought appeared on my mind.
I don't know why but a grin appeared on my face when I think about it.
I want to see it myself, Luffy journey to be the pirate king. But I won't be a side character either, especially with my fruit.
Strong! I need to be strong so I can watch it with no hindrance. I also need to make sure I won't die so easily after all, so strength is definitely a must!
Also if I can, I would like to save ace. even if ace is dumb and reckless he is a talented guy after all.
He can even still fight and beat some asses even after not being given water and food for a long time so that just show how amazing he is.
I want to see a future where ace and Blackbeard will end up fighting which is a must!
I also want to see between those two brothers. who will be the pirate king! who knows, maybe if I save ace then the future will be different.
This is so exciting but for now, I need to keep getting stronger but at the same time not go broke.
"Hahaha, I know!"
Bounty hunting! Not only I can earn money but. I can also fight people to improve myself!
I will be a super strong guy that will be strong enough that I can even rival the might of yonko, Then I will live the life of leisure without the need to be worried about marine because I won't be a pirate after all.
After I achieve all of that I just need to get a territory of my own with my money and then sit back and relax while checking out the journey of luffy!
Hahahahahaha, I'm so smart!

Kei was still deep in his thoughts but his facial expression shows it all. It is the face that is thirsty for some excitement
But the thing is, Kei is a coward that can't even hurt a living organism. He is also afraid of things like fights so why is he so confident in himself right now?
Even if he do get cheats, He still a decently smart guy that is always prefer being neutral
All this time, kei doesn't pay much attention to the warning that he got from the letter. But it might be true. That his devil fruit is slowly influencing his own nature....
