Moria found himself outmatched; the strength of his opponents was simply beyond his own. It was nothing but a fool dream to think he could compete.

"Okay, the escort mission is done, and it's time for me to head back. You all better stay in line here. And a piece of advice for you: if you want to walk alive from here, don't disobey Brontes's orders." Borsalino warned them in a serious voice.

"Kishishishi! Admiral Kizaru, are you trying to scare us? You know we're not just any pirates, right?" Moria challenged with a boastful laugh, eyeing Borsalino confidently.

"Ask them. Even if I don't step in, if you start any trouble here, they will be the first to shut you down." Borsalino replied with a mocking smirk.

"What are you trying to do, Moria? I'm not looking to cause a scene here. Looking for trouble in this place is like asking for a death wish, got it?" Doflamingo interjected, his voice was icy as he fixed Moria with a chilling stare.

"Kishishishi! And you call yourselves pirates! You're nothing but scaredy-cats!" Moria started laughing, as he mocked them.

"If you're so eager to die, be my guest. But don't drag us into your fantasy." Crocodile sneered back.

"Not even the Four Yonko would dare cross him unless they absolutely had to, much less us." Jinbe added, shaking his head in agreement.

They had all witnessed Brontes's fearsome strength firsthand. They were in Mariejois, a place that struck more fear into their hearts than Marineford ever could. They weren't foolish enough to provoke a fight there.

"Hmph!"

Moria just snorted dismissively and fell silent. Deep down, he knew he was no match for Brontes.

In the New World, only the current three Yonko and Brontes could truly challenge Kaido, especially Brontes.

According to the news he got when he was in the New World, Kaido was not afraid of Whitebeard but was very reluctant to fight Brontes

"Stop wasting our time. Head on inside. Someone will meet you there. We've got other business and can't escort you any further. And remember what Borsalino said: don't cause any trouble. With two Marine-Admirals and Fleet-Admiral Ragnarok here, if we all take action, you'd be done for before a fight even starts." Kuzan said in a cold voice.

"Hum!"

Doflamingo took a deep breath to steady himself, realizing the truth in Kuzan's words. He wasn't alone in his thoughts; the other five pirates shared his sentiment.

Ever since Fisher Tiger's incident, the World Nobles had grown paranoid about their security. Having Brontes in Mariejois wasn't enough; they also summoned Borsalino, turning the city's defenses into an impenetrable stronghold.

A group of marine soldiers marched up, saluted the two Admirals, and the leader addressed Doflamingo and the rest: "Fleet-Admiral Ragnarok is waiting for you. Please follow me."

With the marine soldiers leading the way, the six pirates made their way into Mariejois. Borsalino and Kuzan exchanged a look and a silent nod. Kuzan stayed outside, while Borsalino went in to finish his mission. Whatever happened next was out ofno longer their concern.

...

The six pirates entered the conference room and found their designated spots.

Inside the room, two Vice-Admirals were already there, waiting for them. The presence of these notorious pirates made the Vice-Admirals slightly nervous.

"Why isn't he here yet? He's the one who told us to hurry." Moria grumbled, showing his impatience after a short wait.

"If you're in such a hurry, you can always wait in Impel Down." Came a calm voice from down the hall.

Then, two figures in marine coats made their way into the room at a leisurely pace.

"Fufufu! What an honor to meet both Fleet-Admirals Sengoku and Ragnarok together." Doflamingo said with an evil smile, as he looked at Brontes and Sengoku.

"Phew!"

The two Vice-Admirals let out a sigh of relief upon seeing Brontes and Sengoku arrive.

"Looks like everyone's here, except for Empress Boa Hancock." Sengoku said after scanning the conference room.

True to Brontes's earlier analysis, Hancock was absent, but the rest seemed interested to be there.

"The last one is the legendary Pirate Empress. Fufufu! It's a shame we won't be graced with the presence of the world's most beautiful woman." Doflamingo said, still grinning.

"The seventh Shichibukai is Pirate Empress Boa Hancock? That's unexpected. As expected the Seven Shichibukai positions aren't for just anyone." Jinbe thought to himself as he looked at the empty seat in front of him.

"I'll ask you all one last time if you're ready to become one of the Seven Shichibukai of the Sea. This is your final chance to back out if you don't agree with our terms." Brontes stated calmly, looking at the six pirates.

"We didn't come here because we wented to, Fleet-Admiral Ragnarok. We don't really have the option to say no, do we?" Crocodile responded coldly.

"As long as you understand that." Brontes replied nonchalantly.

He had never really considered their willingness or feelings; obedience was all he required.

Brontes then gave a slight nod to the Vice-Admiral next to him. The Vice-Admiral quickly stood up and distributed a printed document to each pirate.

The document detailed the rights and responsibilities of the Seven Shichibukai. The six pirates read through the contract intently, and then, without any hesitation, they each signed their name.

"Now we can make it public; you are the Seven Shichibukai of the Sea." Sengoku declared, nodding in approval after checking the signed documents.

"Phew! It's finally over." Doflamingo exhaled, a sense of relief washing over him.

He had been to this place before, and coming back stirred up old memories. He had often thought about returning, but the World Nobles would never have allowed it. Now, he was back as a legalised pirate, which was quite ironic.

After the meeting concluded, the room emptied as the newly appointed Shichibukai dispersed, each going their own way, with the understanding that they were to avoid causing trouble for the World Government and the Marines.

Jinbe remained seated, his presence requested for a specific task as part of his agreement to become one of the Seven Shichibukai.

"Let's go, Jinbe. It's time to keep the promise I made to you." Brontes said with a steady voice.

"Thank you, and I apologize for the inconvenience." Jinbe responded with gratitude.

"I'm willing to release Arlong, but you must ensure he is kept in line. If he harms any innocents, I won't just capture him next time; I'll take his life." Brontes warned with clear intent.

"I will make certain he behaves." Jinbe assured quickly.

With that, Brontes led Jinbe out of Mariejois and onto a warship.

Their journey to Impel Down was not a long one, but Brontes chose not to take the whirlpool route. Instead, he descended directly from the sky.

However, an unexpected storm forced the warship back to sea level, and they had to navigate the great whirlpool to reach their destination.

The great whirlpool was not a natural phenomenon but a maritime situation engineered by the Marines centuries ago.

After the construction of Impel Down, the whirlpool took on a triangular shape, positioned between Impel Down, Marineford, and Enies Lobby.

The water currents within this triangle, redirected by the Gates of Justice, created a massive spiral current known as the Tarai Current.

Ships could ride this current to travel between the three locations much faster than under normal conditions.

Navigating through the whirlpool, they soon approached the Gates of Justice.

"Open the Gates of Justice." Commanded one of Brontes's subordinates through a Den Den Mushi, communicating with the guards of Impel Down.

Arlong's release had been prearranged, and the timing was critical for the gates to open as the warship arrived.

Failure to enter the Gates of Justice promptly would mean another round through the whirlpool before attempting entry again.

Pirates who stumbled into this area without external assistance were doomed, as escaping the whirlpool's grip with just wind and currents was nearly impossible.

Their fates would be sealed within the whirlpool or, if fortunate, they might be captured by the Marines and taken to Impel Down.

"Open the Gates of Justice!" Came the prompt reply.

As they neared the entrance, the Gates of Justice were already halfway open, allowing Brontes's ship to glide through smoothly, entering the outskirts of the Calm Belt.
