A few days passed

Thirteen was training with Zoro, Chopper, and Sanji when a giant ship fell out of the sky and into the water next to the ship. Thirteen kept going, he didn't really care although it was cool to see a ship fall out of the sky, the other three however were kind of shocked and stared at the ship. Luffy said "Cool a ship just fell out of the sky! Let's go explore!" Zoro and Sanji took off the cuffs and went with him after Usopp made suits for them.

Thirteen cuffed himself again and continued his work out, Robin walked over and sat on his back as he did his push ups and said "You're not curious about the ship?" the duo had grown pretty close after their last conversation, Thirteen didn't know if it was a good thing but it was nice to have someone who knows you to talk to, he said "It fell from the sky. It's already been labeled mystery ship. Plus I bet they'll come back up with new information that will lead us to another adventure." Robin raised a brow and said "You think so?" Thirteen kept going even with Robin sitting on top of him and said "Yeah. It happens all the time. Didn't Nami say the logpose was pointing up?"

Robin nodded and Thirteen said "There you go. Logpose points up, ship falls from the sky. Maybe they'll find a map for some sort of sky island." Robin giggled and said "That would be ridiculous. You think any ship that falls from the sky has maps or a 'sky' island?" Thirteen said "Maybe this one does." Robin rolled her eyes and said "I think you're speaking nonsense." Thirteen said "I think you haven't been on this ship long enough. You'll be speaking nonsense soon enough." Robin laughed and covered her mouth as she glared at him, he said "It was unintentional. I don't think I could make you laugh if I tried. No emotions remember."

Robin giggled as she said "Yeah, yeah, you're just an asshole I get it." Thirteen choked on his saliva and said "How am I an asshole?" Robin crossed her arms and tilted her head up before saying "I've been talking to you for a while now and you haven't even stopped training." Thirteen said "Sorry, do you want to get off?" Robin started playing around with his tail and said "Not at the moment." Thirteen mumbled "Why are woman so complicated..." as he kept training with Robin siting on top of him.

Meanwhile in Alabasta

Igaram barged into Vivi's room and said "PRINCESS! LOOK!" Vivi turned around and saw what Igaram was holding and paled as she said "That's not good." she grabbed the papers from Igaram and snapped "How did this happen!" Igaram shook his head and said "I don't know, but i'm sure they know by now." Vivi sighed and said "This isn't fair..."

In Cocoyasi village

Carla was tattooing a random citizen when Nojiko barged in and said "Did you read the newspaper?!" Carla said "No." as she finished tattooing the man and said to him "There you go hope you like it!" the man smiled and said "It's great thanks! By the way do you have anything to do tonight?" Carla frowned and said "It's 1000 beri for the tattoo." the man paid and said "Are you busy?" Nojiko rubbed her forehead and pulled up a poster and said "This is her boyfriend can you handle him?" the man looked at the paper and paled as he said "Thanks for the tattoo and left quickly.

Carla giggled and said "That always works. Though I wish it was true." she sighed and Nojiko said "Read this." she handed a newspaper to Carla, who grabbed it and read it aloud "Alabasta in rebellion. 'God of Slaughter' Thirteen and known Warlord Crocodile worked together to cause a rebellion in Alabasta but were ultimately defeated by Captain Smoker, resulting in Crocodile's capture and Captain Smoker's promotion to Commodore. Known slave and half Mink Thirteen still at large, motives for the incident is believed to be acquiring the noble status of king, leading to the country's fall into piracy and underworld deals. Fortunately Commodore Smoker put a stop to the plans as Justice prevails again."

Carla frowned "What is this garbage? Why would he want to be a king?" Nojiko shrugged and said "I don't know, but there's also this." she held up a wanted poster, Carla grabbed it with both hands and said "H-H-How much?!" Nojiko sighed and said "Too much." Carla looked at the poster carefully and her eyes widened as she said "Look!" Nojiko looked at where she was pointing and saw a metal bar in Thirteen's ear, she said "What's that?" Carla said "It's the needle I gave him! It's for the heart tattoo I got!" Nojiko smiled and said "Are you happy?" Carla smiled like a little girl and nodded as she stared at it and said "I have to frame this!" and ran off, Nojiko shook her head and followed her.

On Marineford

Smoker bust through Sengoku's door and threw the paper at him "What the fuck is this?!" Sengoku frowned and read the newspaper before saying "What?" Smoker snapped "WHAT?! What do you mean what?! That kid was not a part of Crocodile's plans! Who wrote this?!" Garp sat up and said "What is it?" Sengoku said "While you were sleeping in my office for whatever reason, Smoker here threw a newspaper at me." Garp laughed and grabbed the newspaper, he read it and said "That's something isn't it." Smoker snapped "It's bullshit is what it is! Let me remind you, that kid saved all those people! He's on Straw Hat's crew! I'm sure you both know that I didn't do a single thing there. So tell me who wrote this!" Garp said "Straw Hat's crew?" Sengoku got serious and said "He's on your grandson's crew Garp." Garp pulled out the bounty poster and said "That's a problem."

Sengoku nodded and Smoker said "Is it really necessary to push this kid so far? It's clearly against him!" Sengoku rubbed his temples and said "Why do you care so much?" Smoker said seriously "Because that kid doesn't deserve this. The paper is painting him as a evil bloodthirsty half-mink slave, do you know how many of your marines I passed by on my way here that told me 'you'll get the disgusting half-breed next time'? Let me tell you around 70% of them. I know what that kid is like and this is going to bite you in the ass."

Sengoku frowned and Garp sighed "Sen, who printed this." Sengoku said "It was a direct article from the higher ups." Smoker clenched his fists and said "What a fucking joke." as he walked out of the room and slammed the door. Garp got up and said "I'll go talk to him." Sengoku pinched the bridge of his nose and said "Please. I have enough headaches already." Garp laughed and walked out of the room.

Garp instantly changed his demeanor when he walked out of the room, he followed after Smoker and went into his office. Garp walked in and closed the door before saying "Tell me everything you know about that kid." Smoker looked up and said "Why." Garp sat down and said "Because he's a part of my grandson's crew, I need to know what he's like. If I don't like it I will take care of it." Smoker stared at him for a moment before explaining everything from the beginning when he bumped into Thirteen in Loguetown to the end of the conversation he had with Thirteen at the bar in Alabasta.

Garp silently listened as Smoker finished his story, Garp nodded and said "That transformation was his Sulong form." Smoker said "Sulong form? It's a Mink thing right?" Garp nodded and said "I think I know who that kid's father was. He was a hell of a fighter and fast too. He hasn't seen any other Minks has he?" Smoker shook his head and said "I don't know but I know he only knew his mother." Garp nodded and said "Normally, Mink's live on Zou. It's an island of only Minks, they learn to control their Sulong form there. If they don't learn to control it, it basically becomes a feral animal, attacking anyone until it collapses." Smoker nodded and said "He was extremely aggressive, the only one he didn't hit was the navigator, but he was about to before I pinned him down with the rest."

Garp nodded and said "It's only because he can't control himself without the proper training. It's not a big risk since it only happens on the full moon.. What else, what's he like as a person?" Smoker said "Other than emotionless, he fights brutally and desperately, like if he doesn't kill the enemy-" Garp cut him off and said "He'll be the one killed?" Smoker nodded and Garp sighed "He was probably a death match fighter... He kills in the most efficient way right? Usually punches through the chest and neck snapping?" Smoker nodded and Garp said "Usually the owners get bored over long boring fights without blood, most death match fighters go for the fastest and most bloody kill. If not they are punished, themselves, even if they win."

Smoker frowned and said "He also used his chains as whips, for strangling, for grabbing things, and sometimes to cover his fist." Garp rubbed his chin and said "I've never seen that. He probably came up with it himself. Anything else?" Smoker shook his head and said "He only attacks enemies, or retaliates if he is attacked himself. I've seen people throw insults at him and he didn't do anything." Garp smiled "He's a good kid, it's a shame. After today's paper circulates it's going to get a lot worse." as he stood up and walked out saying "Don't worry about him." Smoker said "I'm not worried about him. I will catch him and send him to prison. I just don't want someone to bring him back to where he was before." Garp laughed and said "Don't worry.." his voice went stern "That won't happen." as he left the room.

Back to the Merry

Luffy and the other two came back and said "We found a map for a sky island!" Robin was dumbfounded and Thirteen, who was still doing push ups, said "Told you." Robin rubbed her forehead and said "What did I get myself into?" Thirteen shook slightly and said "That was funny." he sighed "I wish I could laugh." Robin said "That's the saddest thing i've ever heard." Thirteen said "The saddest thing i've ever heard was that Usopp, never told the girl he liked that he liked her. What an idiot." Robin deadpanned "That's a fast way to get a girl to stop talking to you." Thirteen frowned and said "Aren't you supposed to do that? That's what it said in the book I read."

Robin said "What book is this?" Thirteen pulled out a book and gave it to her, she took the book and felt her eye twitch "'Emotions and how to use them'.. Where did you get this?" Thirteen said "I found it in a store in Alabasta. Pretty useful." Robin opened the book and read the first line "Emotions are essential to life. For those of you who lack emotions this is the book for you!" she deadpanned "Who wrote this? Who did they write it for?!" Thirteen said "I don't know. It said if you like a girl then tell her. It said the chances of her liking you too is 90%"

Robin said "I can tell you right now, that is false." Thirteen sighed and said "Looks like I wasted my money then." Robin nodded and said "You did. I'll teach you instead." as she threw the book at Usopp, hitting him right in the head, he rubbed his head and picked up the book, he opened it up and read a bit before saying "90%?!" Robin sighed and rubbed her temples.

Suddenly

A man landed on the Merry and said "What are you doing salvaging on my seas!?" Luffy said "You own the sea?!" the man said "Of course! I'm Masira! The salvage king!" Luffy said "You look like a monkey." Masira said "Aww you really think so?" Thirteen said "Yes." Masira scratched his head and laughed "You guys are so nice!" Nami rubbed her forehead in confusion, was it good to look like a monkey? She didn't know, but she knew that she didn't want to look like one. Thirteen was also confused and said "I want to look like a rabbit." Nami snapped "You're already a tiger!" Thirteen nodded and said "But rabbits are cute." as he continued his push ups with Robin on his back.

Robin said "You like rabbits?" Thirteen nodded and said seriously "Yes. They're white just like me and they have long ears." Robin said "That's it?" Thirteen said "That's it." Robin nodded "Good to know." as she laid down on his back and sighed, she looked up at the sky and said "That's a big monster." the rest looked up and saw a massive black monster above them, Usopp screeched "RUN!" the crew scrambled to row the Merry away from the 'monster' with Masira.

The Merry was a ways away and the 'monster' disappeared, Thirteen said "It was a shadow. Probably the people from sky island." Luffy said "That's right! Masira do you know how to get to sky island?" Masira said "I don't but there's a guy on Jaya that might." he took out an eternal pose and gave it to the crew before saying "I gotta go back to my crew I'll see you guys on Jaya!" as he jumped off the ship and swam away. Nami said "That was easy." Thirteen said "I didn't have to kill anybody this time." Robin giggled from his back and Luffy grinned before saying "Let's go to Jaya!"

A while later

The ship docked at Jaya and Thirteen had already showered and was wearing his cuffs again, he liked using them as weapons as he wasn't good with swords and didn't have anything else. Robin said "Come with me. I need to buy clothes. Navigator-san already gave me money." Thirteen sighed and followed her mumbling "Why is it always me.." Sanji grit his teeth and mumbled "Why is it always him.." Nami, Zoro, and Luffy went to get information on the man who knew how to get to sky island and Thirteen and Robin went to get clothes, the rest stayed and protected the ship.

Thirteen was walking with Robin and kept getting disgusted looks and glares from the people around him, he yawned and stretched his arms above his head as Robin said "It doesn't bother you?" Thirteen said "Why would it? I'm free now, I can kill them all if you'd like." Robin giggled and said "I don't think that's necessary." Thirteen said "Very well." as the duo walked into a clothing store, Robin bought a bunch of clothes, mostly black. Thirteen was sitting on a couch and said "Why don't you pick something different?" Robin said "What do you mean?" Thirteen said "Black is nice. But every one of them is black" he picked up pink panties and said "Except these."

Robin snatched them out of his hands and said "I get it. There was no need for the demonstration." Thirteen scratched his head and said "Did I do something wrong?" as he rifled through clothes on the shelves, Robin said "Those were private things. Girls don't like it if you look at those." Thirteen picked out some different colored clothes and said "Really? Usually I just have sex with them, thought they were just there to be comfortable." he looked at the clothes and Robin frowned and said "What!?" Thirteen frowned and said "What? Is it a big deal?" as he held a turtle neck over her body and shook his head before trying more.

Robin said "Of course it is! You're not supposed to do it with just anybody." Thirteen frowned and said "You're not?" Robin said "Of course not. Who have you done it with?" Thirteen said "My owner and Carla" as he pointed to the needle in his ear and shook the cuffs on his wrist before mumbling "That's strange I didn't notice that before.." Robin said "You're owner?" Thirteen nodded as he handed her a few shirts and said "Yeah it was my first time too." before he sat down and waited for her to try them on.

Robin frowned before going to try the clothes on, she came back out with a turtle neck that reached halfway down her thighs. Thirteen nodded and Robin said "I'm not trying the bunny costume on." Thirteen sighed and Robin went to get him some clothes, she came back with a few shirts. Thirteen looked at them and saw that all of them said 'Rabbit' or had a rabbit on them, he said "Really?" Robin smiled and said "Try them on." Thirteen grumbled and tried the shirts on before saying "They all fit" Robin nodded and stuffed them all in a bag before going to pay.

The duo left the store and Robin used her devil fruit powers to get information on the man they were trying to find, after getting a name and location they started walking back to the Merry. Thirteen looked at the people around him whispering about him and heard "How can she walk with that thing?" another person stepped into their way and said "Hey pretty lady, come with me. This half-breed is ruining you." Robin ignored him and the man sneered at Thirteen "Fuck off disgusting half-breed, freaks like you don't deserve to walk around with women like that."

Thirteen said "Are you done?" the man said "Why are you scared? If you beg me and give me the woman, i'll let you go." the surrounding people laughed, Thirteen just walked around him, not caring at all, Robin frowned. The man pulled out a gun and pointed to Thirteen's head and said "Oi slave! Did you not hear me?!" Thirteen looked at him and said "I don't really like guns." the man sneered and said "Why's that?" Thirteen said "Because they usually break." as he grabbed the gun and crushed it in his hands before twinkling his hand and plunging it into the man's chest. Thirteen ripped his heart out and said "Looks like you're garbage on the inside too." as he crushed the heart and dropped it on the ground.

The surrounding people froze and slowly backed away, Thirteen turned around and walked away Robin followed him but someone else stepped into his way and said "You're pretty strong." Thirteen said "I've been told." as he walked around him again, the man said "You should join our crew." Thirteen said "I already got one." before he walked away with Robin, the man watched them go before chuckling and walking away. He had a luchadore mask on.

Robin said "Does that happen often?" Thirteen said "Which part." Robin said "The insults." Thirteen said "Every island without fail." Robin said "You aren't bothered? At all?" Thirteen said "Am I going to kill everyone where ever we go?" he shook his head and said "They can say what they want, I don't care. I can kill them all whenever I please. Do you step on ants because they're in your path?"

Robin shook her head and Thirteen said "They're nothing to me. Their lives themselves are meaningless in my eyes, living is a far greater punishment. One day they're going to say that to someone who's just had enough and they'll all disappear from the world." Robin was silent before saying "I probably couldn't do that." Thirteen said "Try being called that your whole life. Sometimes I wish they would say different things. It get's boring hearing the same thing after a while." Robin giggled and said "You want them to insult you in a more entertaining way?" Thirteen said "They're going to do it anyway, why not?" Robin laughed and covered her mouth before glaring at him.

He sighed and said "It was unintentional." as they finally made it back to the Merry. The duo boarded the Merry and saw that Zoro and Luffy were cut all over. Thirteen said "What happened?" Luffy said "We got into a bar fight." Thirteen nodded and said "What a coincidence. I ripped a guy's heart out just a few minutes ago." as he passed the duo bringing the bag of shirts to his room. Nami said "You don't care what happened at all?" Thirteen said "They didn't fight back right?" Nami blinked and said "How did you know?" Thirteen waved his hand as he walked and said "Everyone in this town is an ant. I don't see the point in stepping on ants. Those two could probably kill anyone in this town I don't think a piece of trash is worth fighting." before disappearing, Luffy and Zoro grinned and chuckled.

Nami snapped "What are you two laughing for?! They laughed at me too! Some guy even tried to buy me!" the crew heard a snap from below the deck, Robin giggled and said "We should probably set sail immediately." the crew scrambled and set sail as fast as they could, even the Merry knew something was about to happen and moved along quickly as they sailed to the other end of the island.

Thirteen was laying down on his bed and staring at the ceiling, he had his new shirt on. It was a hawaiian shirt with bunnies on it, as usual he never buttoned his shirt up and had black shorts with a '13' on them. He sighed and sat up, his cuffs rattled as he moved as he walked barefoot out of his room towards the deck.

Thirteen reached the deck and said "Are we there yet?" The crew turned around and Nami deadpanned "Really?" Thirteen was confused and said "What?" Zoro and Sanji turned around as their shoulders were shaking. Nami rubbed her forehead and looked at Robin, who was smirking, and said "Please tell me you didn't buy that for him." Robin nodded and said "I did. He wanted me to try on a bunny costume." Sanji shot into the air shooting blood out of his nose and passed out on the deck, Nami was stunned and said "What?!" Thirteen said "I thought it was nice. It had ears and everything. Why?"

Sanji got up and gave Thirteen a big thumbs up before saying "You're a brave soldier." Nami snapped "WHY DID YOU WANT HER TO WEAR A BUNNY COSTUME?!" Thirteen said "I like rabbits." Nami pummeled him to the ground and said "You idiot! That's a sexual costume!" Thirteen was stunned and said "It is? It looked normal to me. Are sexual costumes supposed to show more skin?" Nami snapped "Where did you learn that?" Thirteen took out a book and handed it to her.

Nami took the book out and read the title "'How to feel if a costume is sexually appealing with pictures'... Where did you get this?!" Thirteen said "A store in Alabasta." Robin rubbed her forehead and said "This must be some store." Nami opened the book and read the first line "Knowing whether you're buying clothes that are inappropriate or not is a big part of life. If you are unsure of which ones are inappropriate and which ones are acceptable to wear this is the book for you!" Nami frowned "Who wrote this?! Who did they write it for?!" Robin said "Wait what's the next line?" Nami read it aloud "This is the second book in my series! Please also read 'Emotions and How to use them'"

Robin took out the book and said "He had that one too." before throwing it at Usopp and hitting him in the head, Usopp rubbed his head and opened the book before saying "WHAT?! IF I DO THAT IT JUMPS TO 100%?!" Nami sighed and threw the book over her shoulder and hit Sanji in the head, he picked up the book and opened it, he almost died from the sexually appealing costumes as blood shot out of his nose. Nami said "Bunny costume is bad!" Thirteen sighed and nodded, Nami smiled and nodded before walking away as the ship landed at the other side of the island.

Robin said "His name is Montblanc Cricket." The crew nodded and got on land before walking towards a house. Thirteen looked around and walked into the house, he looked around and saw a normal one room house. He walked over to the shelf and saw a book, he pulled it out and read 'How to tell if she loves you' Thirteen nodded and took the book before walking out of the house and back to the crew. Robin said "What's that in your hands?" Thirteen showed her the book, Robin said "Is this gonna be a thing? Why did this guy write so many books?!" Thirteen shrugged and started reading the book, Robin looked over his shoulder and said "Love is essential to life! If you're unsure if she loves you too then this is the book for you!" she really wanted to smash her head into a wall, who was making these books?!

Thirteen was reading seriously, when a man pulled Luffy into the water and jumped up on land saying "Are you here for my gold?" Thirteen said "No, but I stole your book." Cricket choked on his saliva and snapped "Who steals books?!" before collapsing to the ground, Chopper ran over to check on him and Thirteen said "Wow I killed him from far away." Robin smacked the back of his head and chuckled as Chopper said "He had a diver's disease. Help me bring him inside the house." the crew brought Cricket inside the house and Chopper was treating him.

Thirteen was rifling through Cricket's book collection for more 'How to' books, he frowned and said "He only has 3?" he sighed and said "Better than nothing." as he took the other two and sat down at the table, Robin looked over and said "There's more?!" she looked and said "'How to find the right girl' 'How to tell if you love her'" she deadpanned and said "You're banned from these books." Thirteen was confused and said "But I haven't even read them yet." Robin grit her teeth and said "You shouldn't be reading them at all!" as she threw all the books at Usopp.

Cricket woke up and said "My books!" he sat up abruptly and turned to Thirteen and said "Where are my how to books! That was a 3 book set!" Thirteen pointed to Usopp, who was holding the three books in his hands and reading 'How to tell if she loves you' as he said "WHAT! SHE DOES!?" Cricket snatched the books back and said "She always does!" before putting them back into his shelf, Thirteen eyed the books and decided he would secretly steal them later, Robin eyed him dangerously and said "I think I remember telling you that you're banned from those books." Thirteen frowned and said "How am I supposed to know if she likes me?" Robin felt her eye twitch.

Luffy said "Hey Chestnut head guy! Do you know how to get to sky island?!" Cricket said "The only way to get there, if it existed, is by flying up on the Knock-up stream." Luffy said "Great let's go!" Cricket continued "But the knock up stream is very dangerous, it'll send you into the sky. You're ship's not ready for that." Usopp said "Yeah maybe we shouldn't go." Cricket continued again "So me and my boys are going to fix up your ship so that it's ready for the knock up stream, in thanks for treating me." Luffy cheered and said "Let's party!" Nami started talking to Cricket about the knock up stream and Noland the liar.

Cricket explained that Noland was actually his ancestor and was actually known as a man who didn't lie. He explained how the rest of his family died trying to reach Jaya and clear the family name, while he, the one who didn't care about Noland at all, was the only one to reach the island. He handed Robin Noland's logbook and Robin was engrossed as she read, Thirteen noticing this silently stretched his hands towards the 'How to' books, but an arm grew out of the shelf and slapped his hand away, he frowned and grabbed the books quickly before running out of Cricket's house. Cricket was explaining to Nami what a Emperornimbus was, and didn't notice the books were stolen.

A while later

Thirteen was reading the books and learning about human interactions and emotions, he frowned while reading and Robin said "Find anything interesting?" she had a 'smile' on her face, Thirteen looked up and saw her eye twitch, he looked back in the book and said "It says you eye twitched so that means your annoyed and/or angry?" Robin snapped "It doesn't take a genius to figure that out!" Thirteen said "Well sorry I've never had them before I don't know how they work." Robin sighed and sat down before saying "I told you I would teach you. Please no more 'How to' books." Thirteen said "You meant that?" Robin nodded and Thirteen said "Why?" Robin said "Because we're a lot alike. If I can help you I will." Thirteen was silent before saying "Thanks." Robin smiled and threw the books away, she didn't even aim at Usopp but they still hit him.

Robin started teaching Thirteen about emotions and when was a good time to use them, while the rest of the crew partied. Cricket suddenly stood up and said "Wait! You need to go catch a south bird!" Nami said "Why?" Cricket said "The knock up stream is directly south. Compasses don't work on the grandline. How are you going to know where south is?" Cricket took out a golden south bird statue and said "This is what they look like. You can't miss them, they also have a strange cry. We'll get to work on you ship while you're away." The crew nodded and left for the forest that Cricket pointed them to.

Zoro and walking with Robin and Thirteen, he was listening to their conversation and thought it was funny that the strongest two on the crew both had problems. Luffy didn't know about anything sexual and Thirteen had no morals or emotions, he chuckled to himself as he thought about a day when he would see Luffy with a woman as the group came across a strange looking bird. Robin used her powers and caught the bird pretty easily, Zoro sighed, he didn't even have to do anything, hopefully he would get something to do on sky island.

The group headed back and met up with the rest of the crew, the all went back to Cricket's house and Robin was still teaching Thirteen on the way. Thirteen was amazed at so many different emotions and listened silently as they arrived at Cricket's house. Luffy snapped "Who did this?!" Cricket said "Don't worry about it, just some brats who came for my gold."

Sanji pointed at a symbol on the wall and said "Looks like they left a calling card." Luffy recognized the mark and said "I'll be back with your gold Chestnut guy." Thirteen was torn he wanted to go with Luffy but he also wanted to listen to Robin's explanation. Robin sighed and said "Go with him if you want." Thirteen nodded and flashed behind Luffy before grabbing him and disappearing, Robin said "What was that?" Zoro said "He made it in Alabasta. I think he is at 90% full speed right now? He said he would only name it when it reached 100%" Robin said "That's fast." Nami said "You have no idea..."

Thirteen and Luffy appeared in town and Luffy said "Bellamy! Come out!" Bellamy came out and said "You're back?! Looking for another beating?" Luffy said "Give me Chestnut guy's gold back!" Bellamy sneered and said "You mean MY gold? How about I kill you instead?" as he started bouncing around. Luffy raised his fist as Bellamy shot towards him and smashed Bellamy into the ground, knocking him out in one punch, Thirteen flashed in front of the rest of Bellamy's crew and said "Give me the gold."

One of the crew members said "I-I-It's him! Run!" the rest of the crew scattered and Thirteen was confused, he walked into the bar and saw a girl holding a bag and shivering at the sight of him. He frowned and said "What's your problem? Am I that scary? I just have ears and a tail.." as he took the bag from her hands and looked inside, the girl said "What?" Thirteen said "I don't understand why everyone is so scared. It's worse than getting insulted." as he walked towards the door, the girl blinked and said "You didn't read the newspaper?" Thirteen said "Didn't have time." the girl threw a newspaper at him and said "You should." before running away.

Thirteen decided to read it when he got back, he walked outside and held the bag up, Luffy nodded and Thirteen grabbed him and disappeared.

The duo arrived back with the rest of the group and Thirteen gave the bag of gold to Luffy before going to sit down and read the newspaper, he had to see what all the fuss was about, maybe it was something about him being a filthy slave again, he was amused and read the paper.

Luffy was talking to Cricket, when he heard a crack and a snap from behind him, he turned around and saw Thirteen was grinding his teeth while reading the newspaper. Luffy frowned and said "What happened?" Thirteen threw the newspaper at Nami, who caught it and read it aloud "Crocodile captured after planning rebellion with Half-Mink slave Thirteen also known as 'God of Slaughter'... Escaped slave killed thousands... Motive for throne, to create a country of piracy and underground dealings... prejudice towards humans for being lower creatures... claims to be an apex predator... Still at large. When will it's terror end!" the crew were absolutely dumbfounded.

Thirteen grit his teeth and walked away to be alone, Luffy seethed "Who the fuck wrote that?!" the rest of the crew was seething with rage too. Not only had they saved the country, Thirteen himself even detonated a bomb that would obliterate the entire city in the sky far away so that no one would get hurt. Robin looked in the direction Thirteen left in and followed after him, she reached a giant crater and saw him hugging his knees in the middle, she frowned and slid down before walking over and touching his shoulder "Thirteen?"

Thirteen pouched on her and pinned her to the ground, she was surprised but not scared as she looked into his eyes and saw they were flashing red, she reached her hands out and cupped his face as she said "Thirteen. Are you okay?" she watched as his eyes flashed from red to blue before staying blue as he said "I'm fine." Robin giggled and said "If that's the case, can you get off of me? Contrary to popular belief, this doesn't work 95% of the time." Thirteen said suspiciously "How did you know that was in the book?" Robin made an 'o' with her mouth and said "That was in the book?!" Thirteen nodded and Robin said "Then you really need to stop reading those."

Thirteen got off of her and plopped down on his back next to her before staring at the sky, Robin stared at the stars with him and Thirteen said "Do you think god exists?" Robin said "I don't think so." Thirteen said "I don't either. If he did why would people suffer so much? and if he does, maybe he believes that we should suffer? Maybe from the moment we were born we were meant to suffer in our lives." Robin said "Well we're not suffering anymore are we?" Thirteen said "Not at the moment no, but what about tomorrow? Or the day after?"

Robin said "What's really bothering you. Don't dodge the question this time." Thirteen said "Am I a bad person?" Robin said "Depends on what you think a bad person is." Thirteen said "What do you think a bad person is?" Robin said "Someone who uses innocent people for their own personal gain, someone who manipulates information to cater to their favored outcome, and the people who watch as cities and islands burn and have power to stop it but do nothing." Thirteen said "Well I watched a village burn one time but I had also killed everyone in it does that count?" Robin shook her head and said "No." Thirteen nodded and said "So if I'm not a bad person why does everyone want to kill me? Is it really because i'm different? Just because I have a tail and ears, I don't deserve to live?"

Robin said "You're upset about what the newspaper said?" Thirteen sighed and said "It's not about what it said about me. It's what going to happen after." Robin was confused and said "What do you mean?" Thirteen said "People are going to start hunting me down. I think this trip will be my last adventure with the crew. I don't want to put the rest of you in danger because of me." Robin was shocked and said "But then you'll be alone! Where are you going to go?"

Thirteen said "I don't know. Maybe i'll just hide on a random island for the rest of my life." he lifted his hand and twinkled his finger as Robin said "I won't let you. That's too dangerous and stupid!" Thirteen said "Then you would be putting the rest of the crew in danger. Maybe they're talking about me right now, saying how they need to be careful because people are gonna come after me." as he drew in the sky twinkling out a pattern in the shape of a rabbit he snapped and the rabbit danced across the stars.

Robin watched as the rabbit hopped around and said "I might not have been on the crew for long, but I know they won't just abandon you." Thirteen moved his fingers and mad a new rabbit to dance along with the other one as he said "I know. That's what troubles me the most. I don't want to leave either and i'm not going to run away. Ultimately it's Luffy's decision. He saved my life once before, and I still haven't repaid him." he drew a tiger and the rabbits ran around it before jumping on it's head and resting there as the tiger ran through the sky. Robin said "It's beautiful." Thirteen said "It's just a trick, there's no attacking involved. I do it when I can't sleep at night." Robin smiled and said "It still looks nice." Thirteen nodded and said "It does, doesn't it.."

The next morning

The crew set sail with Masira and his brother Shoujou towards the knock up stream, the Merry got swept up into a whirlpool and landed in the middle as Masira and Shoujou sailed away wishing the crew good luck. The water calmed down before a laugh was heard.

"Zehahahaha! Straw Hat! I've come for your bounties!" the crew turned and saw a man holding up 3 bounties, Luffy and Zoro said "It's the guy from the bar!" Thirteen squinted at his bounty and read them all aloud.

'Straw Hat' Luffy 100 million

'Pirate Hunter' Roronoa Zoro 60 million

Thirteen wryly smiled and sighed before saying.

'God of Slaughter' Thirteen 500 million

The crew gasped and Luffy complained "Why is yours so much higher.." Thirteen said "I think the newspaper has to do with that." the picture was also of him in his Sulong form, it was a really nice picture too. He was still covered in blood and he was growling straight at the camera, his needle piercing was visible and so were his tattoo and brand.

Suddenly

The water under them swelled up before shooting them into the sky as the crew screamed and cheered. Thirteen was sitting on the deck and thinking about what the sky people looked like, maybe they wouldn't be disgusted by the way he looked, that would be nice. He thought to himself silently as the ship carried them through the air towards sky island.
