20 Ch 20 : Meet Nami once again

" Ah...."

Nami was a bit startled by Nate's word.

She had been preparing herself if Nate was to be angry with her, but she never thought that Nate would say things like that.

Her eyes shifted to Nate's smiling face, and her heart inadvertently felt sweet.

If she just hadn't been born in this wicked place, then maybe she could sail the sea together with Nate.

Maybe because Nami was too focused on Nate, she didn't realize that Nojiko who had been seriously injured before now was already fully recovered.

"Why can't I move? I am fully recovered now and can do all the house chores like normal."

Nojiko flexed her muscle at Nami.

Nami couldn't believe it. Just yesterday, the village doctor said that Nojiko's injury was serious, and she at least needed a full month before she could move again.

How could it be possible that she recovered in just one day?

Seeing Nami twisting her face hard, Nojiko chuckled.

If not for Nate, she also wouldn't believe that she would recover in just one day. But the man in front of her was just miraculous, and her heart began to beat faster whenever she thought of that man.

Nami couldn't hold back her tear anymore. She excitedly jumped to hug Nojiko as the two sisters wanted to share this good moment together.

"Great, great, how did you do it?"

The sisters hugged, crying excitedly.

Both of them were orphans adopted by Belle-mere, and even though they didn't have any blood relation, the two always treated each other like a real sisters.

Nojiko smiled at Nami's question as she pointed in Nate's direction: "Because of him, he gave me a miraculous medicine that let me recover in just one day."

In an instant, Nami's attention shifted to Nate.

Her feeling for Nate was mixed. She felt guilty, grateful, and also a trace of love.

Nami was about to say thank you to Nate, but Nate stopped him.

" No need to thank me. After all, she is your sister, and it was normal for me to help her."

After that, Nate left the two sisters to talk.

The two surely have a lot of things to talk about, and Nate didn't want to intrude on them.

He returned to the motel he stayed with kaya with a lot of food in his hand and prepared himself for the massacre that he was about to commit in Arlong Park.

Later in the afternoon, Nate, Kaya, Nami, and Nojiko gathered in one room.

Nami and Nojiko have finished discussing things with each other, and now is the time for them to find retribution.

"Now the time has come for us to destroy Arlong's pirate group!"

Said Nate as his eyes shone full of determination.

Nami was holding a long staff next to him, but different from Kaya and Nojiko, Nami had a trace of hesitant on her face.

"Nate, are you really serious? can we not think of it one more time?"

Destroy the Arlong Pirate Group!

For Nami, this name was the one name that brought her countless nightmare all these years. She indeed wanted to see the Arlong pirate group being destroyed, but she was afraid that Nate was not strong enough to kill Arlong.

After all, Arlong was strong, and Nami had witnessed it with her own eyes.

"Just trust him, Nami. I'm sure that Nate wouldn't do anything that he wasn't sure off."

Said Nojiko as she tried to console Nami.

If it was replaced by anyone else, she would never think that beating Arlong was possible.

But Nate was different. She still remembers the miraculous medicine that Nate had given her before, and she believed that Nate definitely had something behind him that made him very confident in defeating Arlong.

Nate just smiled as he heard Nojiko's words.

He never expected that just a simple act of giving potion would make Nojiko believe him like this.

Nonetheless, everything worked well for him, and he would not complain.

Nate smiled at both Nami and Nojiko as he unsheathed Honedge in his waist.

" Don't worry. I have my own assurance, and now was the time to free this village from Arlong's reach. He had been terrorizing the village for too long, and now was the time for him to pay the price."

Along with that words, Nate and the three girls began to walk in the direction of Arlong Park.

It might be a bit dangerous to bring the three girls. However, Nate believes that with his current power, it would be more than enough for him to handle Arlong and the other while protecting the girls at the same time.
